Addison Suites

Location The hotel is run by Indians. There is a woman that works at the front desk, who is absolutely a sweetheart and helped me get into the right room however there is a man that hung up on me when I called him to let him know that we needed towels in our room, which I find absolutely disrespectful and unprofessional coming from a representative of a. hotel chain in one of the best areas in Dallas, which is Addison. I called him back because I knew that he was rude, and I can just tell in the tone of his voice that he was annoyed by such a simple request as wanting two towels and two washcloths. I don't know if I will be staying here again. The rooms are great and you definitely get what you pay for, but this customer service has to change. If you're going to come to America, you need to adopt a more. respectful attitude.

WiFi doesn’t work, neither does TV in room. One receptionist pretty much accused me of not having a room, I got dropped off from Uber, guess he assumed I was a Bum, LAST place I would wander around, nothing works, coffee cold asf…

Rooms not as clean as thought. Stains on carpets and walls. Musty smells

I didn't need to cook so I didn't look hard for pots and pans. There were plates and I'm owls and glasses though

Our stay was pleasant and the property was clean and had convenience of full kitchen with refrigerator and microwave as well as cooktop range. The buffet was decent but lacked having any available plastic forks. The staff was friendly and accommodating.
