Stayed for business. Good accommodation. Easy access to the airport via shuttle. Sometimes the shuttle frequency was a bit sporadic.

Great hotel - airport and Amtrack shuttles !

We chose this property because of the long term parking and airport shuttle. The property itself was great. Excellent clean room etc. The shuttle experience was horrible. We had our luggage and called the hotel at 1am. Took a total of 4 phone calls while we waited at bwi with our kids as we watched everyone else get picked up by their shuttles at the arrival gate by the signs for outside hotel pick up. It turned out that this hotel picked up people at the departure gate upstairs. The driver supposedly came and went twice without calling me even though I gave the hotel desk my number the first time I called. Never got picked up until 2am.

The pictures show a sofa. The description does not. Silly me for trusting the pictures. The first room smelled strongly of smoke. The second room had a loud beeping sound outside it every minute or so. The out to the hallway was about as sound proof as tissue paper. The gas firepit was pleasant. The breakfast was good. The room was decent, even if it was deceptively advertised.

I chose this hotel due to its proximity to the airport and an airport shuttle.If you're looking for their airport shuttle, they don't pick up at the normal courtesy hotel shuttle spot. This created a lot of confusion and irritation since this was the first time for me at Baltimore airport. When I was waiting over an hour for shuttle and called the office two or three times they told me to go to the upper level which I thought I was on and go to door number five which I thought I was at because the area said location number five. I explained to them exactly where I was and The manager finally told me our van doesnt pick up at the normal courtesy shuttle place. Needless to say I was extremely irritated. And they weren't able to give me any directions from where I was to where I needed to be. So I ended up taking taxi. Once I got to the hotel, Front desk person or manager didn't acknowledge what happened even though they had my name and I spoke to a manager while on the phone about the shuttle. It would have been great for them to say hey. Sorry about the confusion with the shuttle, I'm glad you got here. Okay or something to that effect . But nothing. The person at the desk was friendly and helpful. The rooms were good. My room was very noisy being above the pool, and the general condition of the hotel was ok. Breakfast was good. I don't think I would stay here again but others may find it to be fine. Just get clear directions if you need the shuttle and have never been there

This was a great hotel. The service of checking in all the way to checking out was amazing. The room was clean, comfy, and the kitchenette had everything we needed. The pool was open from noon til 8 pm and well kept (5 feet deep). Towels for guests are kept around the pool area. They also have a lounge/grill area. Breakfast had plenty of variety with hot and cold options. The staff are very kind, responsive, and all around sunny disposition. The area is safe and has a few dining options. It's located near downtown Baltimore. There were plenty of families checked in. There is a laundry room on site (cost very cheap to use). They even had board games you could borrow. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a nice property. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Transportation to the airport was easily scheduled.

I didn't use much of the amenities. I just needed a place to sleep and catch an early morning flight from BWI. It's worth the price I paid. The gym was decent enough with a couple of treadmills and an elliptical. Parking was very easy. Don't know much about the breakfast. Didn't get to use the Suites part of it. Microwave, and the cooking range looked nice and clean.

This was a great property for the price. It’s 15 min away from the stadiums and CFG Arena in Baltimore. Rooms have a stove, full fridge/freezer and a dishwasher. There is an outdoor pool and sitting areas with grills and a fire pit. Free breakfast with some hot food options and make your own waffles. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. I’d gladly stay here again.

Room was dated, some peeling paint, didn’t feel clean and new.

Light in the room suddenly switched off at the night time. Room is not clean . I see clearly the dust at the corners.

Ive been to thos location several times. Something has changed. I was given the wrong room. The room wasn't properly cleaned. I found a condom in the closet. The staff weren't very friendly at all. There was one front desk staff that was great. The rest of the experience was awful. To add insult to injury, when I shared my concerns, the person that contacted me was very rude and dismissive. Ive been a Marriott member for 10+ years. I have never had an experience like this.

Very very clean smells clean every time you walk in the breakfast was great a lot to choose from different breakfast each day I would definitely stay again.

The property was clean and well kept.

Very quick check in. Room is large, clean and smell nice. Carpet was clean in hallways. Bed was comfortable but pillows lumpy. Breakfast was good and plenty choices. We will stay again.

I’m surprised this hotel is part of the Marriott family. Rooms were smelly and false advertising regarding breakfast. Pool was there but no water was in it. First room I was assigned was on first floor where the windows were up and smelled like it had just been exterminated. I asked for another room and it smelled of smoke. In the morning we came down for breakfast and none was available. When we mentioned to the kitchen staff about the lack of food, they were not apologetic at all. They said “we are cooking some food”. We waited about 10 minutes with about 20 other guests for food and none appeared. I left with my family hungry searching for somewhere to eat. Families look for hotels that are non smoking and that offer breakfast for a reason. We are now forced to pay for breakfast when we thought it was included in our hotel stay.

Fit our family of 5 for one night perfectly. Great room but walls/floors are thin and/or close together. Luckily none of our neighbors were too noisy.

It is old and needs renovation. Sofa mattress is in terrible shape and old spring that poke your back in every place. The most uncomfortable 2 noght I have ever slept in a hotel. It is disappointing that this is a Marriott hotel. I told the staff to change it but it nothing happened

Wish bathroom was bigger, and sink was in it.

The walls and floors of rooms, carry a lot of noise. Even though the airport is nearby, you don’t feel or really hear the air crafts. You can hear other guests in the rooms (walking, talking, tv/music). Space in general, is also a bit tight (lobby breakfast area, two-bedroom suite). Pool is small, even though they didn’t have it ready for guests, for Memorial Day or the weekend. I probably wouldn’t stay here again, unless it was of extreme necessity.

I stayed at this property with my family of four, and we rented a two bedroom suite. Desk check-in was seamless, and the ladies working the registration desk were very polite and well-mannered. The layout was a little tightly spaced between the main bedrooms, and the pull out sofa was small. The unit having one bathroom was also a little tight, and it made things for four persons again a little tight but we managed. No fault of the hotel but a patron continuously set off their car alarm in the late hours for about four minutes twice in one hour. I contacted the front desk but was informed they would contact security but had no means to determine the owner. Maybe a great add-on feature could be a means to blast hotel messages to patrons by way of the television or phone. Hearing the next door patrons' late night chatter and singing was also another downside to the stay. The bedrooms are likely mirrored on the other side of the wall and present another another opportunity for change of space layout to maximize the space. Other than that the stay was 'business-sufficient' but if in the area again I will likely choose another property.

nice convenient close to BWI airport. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Nice free breakfast. rooms are very nice and bed is comfortable. Very large smart tv with extensive channel selection. Streaming services available for you to sign in with your credentials. full size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and 2 burner electric stove. Has drip coffee maker and coffee packets. large closet and chest of drawers

The mattresses were too low to the ground and were terrible. Neither one of us could sleep. The answer are way too soft. It feels like it’s just an old mattress. Room is very dated bad experience.

While the hotel was clean and the staff were great, I cannot recall a time where I can't felt the walls were so paper thin in the recent history. I could hear conversationsfrom the room next door, I could hear them in the hallways, it sounded like a heard of elephants walking around in the room above me, and I could hear parking lot noise. It was the worst experience I've had with a Marriott location.

The air condition barely worked and it was leaking water all over the floor in the room. It was way too hot for the air to not work as needed.

The ladies at the front desk when we arrived later at night were very helpful and nice!

Great experience from check in.to.check.out. the front desk staff, house men like , housekeepers and breakfast staff go out of their way to provide friendly, relaxed, clean, efficient and professional service. The general manager has assembled an excellent team and I applaud his outstanding management.

My husband and I had our 2 dear friends want to join us for a concert. I booked our rooms etc. all last minute. We had so much fun. The lady who checked us in at guest service desk was amazing. The rooms were very clean. Even the housekeepers were extremely personable, helpful and very nice.

Check in was easy but we did not have extra beddings and when we called housekeeping they were rude and made us go downstairs to pick them up!

This was our first time staying at the hotel. We wanted to stay somewhere that was close to our parking lot that we purchased ahead of time since we had an early flight. We booked the hotel on a later date and we found out that they have extended parking when you stay at the hotel, so if you need parking - you can purchase additional days there. Pros: The hotel is safe, super quiet, clean, close to restaurants on the highway, and have a lot of parking. The hotel was quiet without having screaming, running or loud kids. The parking lot was not tight. The staff was kind to us when we checked in and out. Location was excellent! Cons: There was a hiccup when check-in. The employee did not realize that we paid through Expedia and booked us for the night again. The manager was able to fix it for us right away when she saw he made mistake. My card was never charged - just only had the pending transaction for a few days until it fell off. Also, I did not get much sleep during our 1 night stay, because the walls are thin. I did not hear the neighbors, but I could hear whenever a shower or water was running from above or beside us at night. My husband usually doesn't say much when we stay somewhere, so when he said it the next day then I knew it was bad lol. Next time, I know to request a top floor maybe and see if it will help. Despite that, it was a good hotel and I would give it another try.

Stated at this property overnight since we had an early flight out of BWI. The staff was exceptionally nice. We walked across Nursery road to grab dinner at Glory Days. We always eat there when we stay by the airport. So far-this is the best hotel I have stayed at in the hotel area. Definitely plan to stay here again,

Check in was seamless, sufficient parking, clean rooms, breakfast was great. Happy with the safe. Convenient to airport. Close to highway And if you are looking for a great hiking or biking trail Paptapsco state park is close.

Nice place for a quick stay. There are local eateries for convenience and close to major highways.

Great value and proximity to airport & dining

Great stay. The only issue is hearing the plans take off and land.

We loved it here - property was quiet, could hear birds sing and no traffic noise! The gal at the front desk was so nice, too - it made coming in a pleasure after a hard days travel. Water nice and hot, bed was comfortable and we loved having the mini kitchen in our room!

My room was super quiet and my bed was very comfy. Loved the free breakfast every morning which was well stocked. Plentiful parking spaces if you're renting a car during your stay. Good options for breakfast, lunch and dinner nearby.

As always, Marriott hotels do not disappoint. Their focus on service is always top notch! The hotel was clean and well cared for. The breakfast buffet is plentiful, with various hot and cold options at the ready. The staff was very helpful in getting us the shuttle to the airport and even called me while we were waiting for the return shuttle to make sure we were taken care of. VERY RARE to find this kind of service anywhere nowadays. Will always stay at a Marriott if it’s available - it’s that much better than any other hotel experiences we’ve had!!

It was a very nice hotel. We stayed just one night. The breakfast was wonderful in the morning.

Walls are thin. Guests next door played TV at maximum volume way past midnight. Food not replenished for complimentary breakfast 20 minutes before breakfast was over at 10 a.m. No complimentary bottles of water in room.
