Charming Home w/ Golf Course + Mountain Views

It was a very nice and quiet neighborhood. The house was equipped with most everything you needed. It ice make was a life saver lol. Very easy check in and all the info about garbage and recycle and everything was in the booklet which was very nice. And every time we needed anything they responded quickly. Would definitely stat again.

Mattresses were awful and one bed was broken which I messaged the host the morning after our first sleep. A handyman came over and looked at the bed and said, “oh yeah, the frame keeps coming apart and there’s nothing anyone can do about it” so 6 weeks with a broken bed and a straw mattress. I will send the chiropractor bill. Also, I have never seen so many tv remotes (most of which didn’t work or did nothing). Completely ridiculous- buy some antennas and get a universal remote for each TV - problem solved. This house is also not accessible for anyone with mobility issues. The master bath has a tub and the hall bath is so narrow, but it has the walk in shower (no grab bars and slippery as all get out! Kitchen was stocked well enough, but has zero room for groceries and the counter space disappears quickly as it is a very small kitchen. Furniture is terrible, sofas are so soft you are sitting on the floor and the recliners and uncomfortable too so your only other option is hard dining chairs or a single office chair. For the price and one month minimum rentals, they could make it a lot more comfortable and luxurious and at least take care of known issues.

Property listed as 3 BDRM but one is a futon in a closet. Furniture and window coverings staged for pictures. Foolish remodeling with ‘his and hers’ sinks in the bathroom off the living room. The stained, child size recliners were worn out, trash quality and we brought in our camp chairs to sit on. Three TV’s but only one remote worked. The ice maker on the refrigerator was broken as was the king bedframe. Our concerns were met with “We’ll fix it after you leave”. People we spoke with said all previous renters shared our dissatisfaction.

We've stayed here before. Comfortable place to work from and the location is very convenient. to our family.

This house was very central to our friends and the neighbors are very friendly. Enjoyed Sun City a great deal!
