Wifi wasn’t the greatest. But it was included. No extra charge for parking! Clean, quiet and a decent breakfast. Would definitely stay again. Pleasant staff. Busy little place.

Pros: A safe and clean hotel that is usually significantly cheaper than surrounding hotels. Cons: On our stay the Internet was slow, hot water was limited, and the dryer in the laundry room did not work.

Staff was friendly and the room was clean. I thought their would be more amenities there: no pool, work out area, or a business area with a computer n printer. I thought the price was high for just a room, Expedia saved me hundreds of dollars on my stay.

We needed to check 2 hours early due to an appt we needed to get to. They charged us $25 for an early check in. That evening there was a storm and the Fire alarm woke everyone up at 1:30 am. It was very loud and after the fire dept. left they were no able to turn off the alarm. We all had to try to sleep through that loud alarm until a tech to come and turn it off. So from 1:30 am-3:30 am none of us got any sleep. We were staying two days. The main disappointment is that there was no apology for the alarm disturbance but they sure demanded the $25 extra fee to check in early when the room was ready and the parking lot was empty.

The sheets had a stain on them and the fire alarm went off at 1:30 am and I got evacuated out of the room in the rain and the fire department couldnt get the alarm to stop going off so I left early

The fitness room could've had more equipment for people to use. Having the washer and the dryer in the same room wasn't the greatest, because it was very distracting. I had to get an air freshener for my room because it had a musty smell.

I got in the hotel and needed to dry clothes and dryers $ 225 and I lost it because it would not start and no one would give it back to me so I could not dry my clothes I could had went out but I was so Tired .so I just hang up my clothes in the room . What desk guy told me to call this 800 number .i said just forget it . How Inconvenience..

The hotel was good. It was for two adults and two kids, 7 and 9. It was only 10 minutes from the Mall of America and right next to a highway for convenient traveling. Breakfast was good. They had a pretty good variety. Mini fridge with different flavors of yogurt, hard boiled eggs, and bread/biscuits. Some sausage gravy, 3 types of cereals, milk, and some waffle batter/waffle iron. My son really enjoyed the breakfast. Only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because of cleanliness. I know certain stains are hard to get off, but seeing them on towels is kinda icky especially if you’re suppose to use it after a shower to dry yourself off. There were small orange/red stains and big brown stains. There was a huge brown stain on one of the mattresses but it was covered with sheets so it wasn’t a big deal. But the sheets did have some spots also. It was hard to walk around barefoot cause the floors felt dirty and sticky. I had crocs or socks on the whole time in the room. Overall experience was good. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Even gave us the option to choose what floor we preferred.

There was a very terrible smell up on our floor, like hot grease. So gross. There were weird stains on the carpet, walls, and bed skirts. Lots of sketchy dudes just hanging around the property. By the time we checked out, all our clothes and suitcases picked up the nasty grease smell.

We had multiple problems with this hotel. The final straw was getting moved into a room where the bathroom smelled terrible and there was lots of visible mould including a badly damage area of the wall. We left with 3 nights left on our reservation. The staff were lovely and we got a full refund, but I can’t recommend anyone stay in this hotel. We were in two other rooms that didn’t smell good and the hallways in the whole place are musty and humid. They obviously have an air quality problem.

The hotel seems nicer online than in person. Upon arrival, the bathroom had hair all over it, there were white stains all over one of the chairs and the counter tops were not clean or wiped down. It was not nearly as nice as it appears online. The breakfast left much to be desired. There weren’t many options and the seating area is small.

I was looking for a hotel that was $100.00 or less being I had an EARLY flight at MSP. It was the first place that came up and I “hoped” the pictures were real and the reviews looked good. I arrived and check in was quick and painless, lobby was clean and inviting and did not appear to be a sub $100 hotel. I arrived to my room and it was exactly as the pictures showed. It was perfectly clean, no smells and was as great as rooms double the price. The only “issue” is the internet was PAINFULLY SLOW. I would stay here again. 4 stars all the way!

We stayed in the room that had three queen beds for a family of five (obviously sleeps more than that). It was clean and the third bed had its own room which we did not know. It was great since we had a person who snores so they slept in the separate room with a door so everyone could get a good nights sleep. The separate room had its own AC as well which was helpful except it didn’t get as cold in the separate room despite being set very low. We missed the breakfast, but it sounded good. Very reasonable priced as well with no charge for parking which in the area ran up to $28. I would stay there again.

I only stayed one nigh prior to f;ying out of MSP the next morning. I had stayed at this property years ago and was pleasantly surprised that it has been all refurbished and updated. Only negative is that the noise from the airport is noticeable, but it didn't keep me for getting a good night's rest.

The single queen room that I had was small, but very functional, and nicely decorated. The hotel was clean, the area felt very safe, and the bed was very comfortable. Upon arrival, the guest in the room next door was loud, and the staff immediately took action, and remedy the situation. The staff is very in tune with making sure that all guests are well cared for and respected. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

room was ok, was on the noisy street side so heard semi's and vehicles all night. not helpful when you are a light sleeper in hotels. sheets on one bed were dirty, thankfully we didn't go under as we usually sleep on top of them with our own blankets. didn't want to alarm my son, so never checked his bedding. ac was on 60* when we arrived so took awhile for us to warm up!!!

We stayed two nights, just before and just after a trip. Only 15 munutes from the airport which was convenient. Very small and basic rooms. The room keys didn't work either stay requiring us to return to the front desk 2x the first night and 3x the second. The room next to ours on the second night had people staying there chain smoking in the room, when we asked to switch rooms due to the smell there wasn't anything avaliable so we had to pay to upgrade, a process that took nearly an hour at 12:30am. The queen "suite" has a couch area, kitchenette, and queen bed, the TV is awkwardly placed in the middle difficult to watch from either couch or bed.

- cold coffee in the morning -thin walls and loud neighbors. We could hear every word they said. - they sent a text waking me up at 8 am. It woke me up and asked us when we'd be leaving. I paid for that room - don't hint I should hurry out.

Clean enough but the staff was inconsiderate. Vacuuming outside our room at 1am and playing tv loud in lobby so we didn’t sleep much at all. The wife asked them to turn it down they were very rude to her. Never staying there again

Hotel smelled like pot and the front desk staff didn’t seem to care. We asked for a couple blankets and were told they could only find one in the entire hotel. Very loud outside noises. Will not stay here again.

The tv did not work as well as I like to. My family and I couldn’t enjoy television as it was not working to our liking. The bathroom tub was dirty. The toilet tank was not very clean. The shampoo and conditioner was too little. The person at the check in was not very friendly or personable. He did not tell us anything about where everything was. I had to ask where I can find things in the hotel. Didn’t even share about when breakfast was at.

Nice hotel, the gal at check in was very nice, breakfast had a good selection, everything was clean and updated. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel was good. It was for two adults and two kids, 7 and 9. It was only 10 minutes from the Mall of America and right next to a highway for convenient traveling. Breakfast was good. They had a pretty good variety. Mini fridge with different flavors of yogurt, hard boiled eggs, and bread/biscuits. Some sausage gravy, 3 types of cereals, milk, and some waffle batter/waffle iron. My son really enjoyed the breakfast. Only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because of cleanliness. I know certain stains are hard to get off, but seeing them on towels is kinda icky especially if you’re suppose to use it after a shower to dry yourself off. There were small orange/red stains and big brown stains. There was a huge brown stain on one of the mattresses but it was covered with sheets so it wasn’t a big deal. But the sheets did have some spots also. It was hard to walk around barefoot cause the floors felt dirty and sticky. I had crocs or socks on the whole time in the room. Overall experience was good. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Even gave us the option to choose what floor we preferred.

Good value. Stayed two nights over a weekend for the Yacht Club Festival. Room was clean, service friendly. Decent variety of breakfast options including cereal, breads, waffles, biscuits and gravy, etc. not too far from airport or downtown St. Paul.

Great place to stay! Only complaint was that breakfast on Saturday was supposed to go until 10 and they were putting things away by a little after 9:30 when people were still eating.

I wish they provide better breakfast. They did not have hot breakfast (bacon, eggs, etc.). Also, during the weekend, they would run out of supplies way before the end of breakfast time. It seems that they may probably need one more person working there during peak time. Finally, breakfast time was until 9:30 every day of the week. Usually, it goes a little bit later on the weekends.

The hotel seems nicer online than in person. Upon arrival, the bathroom had hair all over it, there were white stains all over one of the chairs and the counter tops were not clean or wiped down. It was not nearly as nice as it appears online. The breakfast left much to be desired. There weren’t many options and the seating area is small.

The food is not good, the eggs were from the day before as was the bread, I say this because I looked at them in the fridge the night before.

Really enjoyed their breakfast options was a first time having biscuits and gravy at a hotel so that was fun. The connecting room was a little weird but no problem just kept the door locked and put the suitcase in front of it and it was fine. Good water pressure in the showers. Gym was all leg equipment but makes sense harder to injure yourself. Have an elevator. Side doors are opened with a keycard so feels pretty secure. Good channel variety tv was a good dive for the room tv remote was a little unresponsive. Check out was quick and easy. Overall I am probably going to go back next time in the area.

Our room was musty and the lighting was terrible. The light between the beds was shockingly bright and unusable at night, There was alight near the window that didn't work at all. You basically had two choices, be blinded or blind in the room. The shower pressure was so high that it was almost painful t shower and the drain couldn't keep up and I was standing in ankle deep water after 5 minutes. Also a rear door had the lock taped over bypassing the security measures. Overall a cheap place to stay that wasn't terrible, but could've been better
