Comfort Suites Ramsey

Two nights was one night too many. Bedding sub par, highway noise, cloudy pool water, no coffee at breakfast, dispensers in bath off walls. Nice big room, ample towels, good air control, lots of parking, clean except for pool bath. Confusing access from highway.

Convenient location. The hotel is going through renovations so things will get better. Our room needed new carpeting, there was a rip across the foot of the bed. There was somebodies soap bar left on the bathroom floor just under the cabinet which made me wonder about the cleanliness but seemed fine otherwise. The soap did not match what the hotel used.

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The hotel was nice - but the breakfast could use an upgrade. The juice machine was broken. The eggs and sausage were cold and the gravy was just about empty, you had to scrape the pot to get any. We will be back, but will opt out of the breakfast.

Don’t ride the elevator. It is super sketchy And don’t bring kids there. We were with our kids the whole time and he went up to one of them and asked them which school district that they were with and he told our kids that they had terrible parenting, that they were bad kids, that he was going to tell his general manager to write a letter to our school district and tell them how bad our kids were, except they were not, we were nearby at all times, and no one was even acting up. This guy just doesn’t like kids. We were all sitting in the lobby watching the Timberwolves game. Nobody was being overly loud or disruptive. This is not a kid friendly hotel bring your kids anywhere else but here and we won’t be back ever. the beds were rock hard and I don’t get how people like the breakfast. It was cold.?

I rarely write a bad review for hotels. Im Disappointed that i have to write this. The elevator was scary. It would make really loud bangs and screeching noises. The night time front desk clerk was rude to us and the beds are like sleeping on a rock. The breakfast (hot) was cold. 2/10 would not stay again.
