The property was beautiful. The bed was super comfy, it was clean, having a balcony was nice at night, and having a kitchenette helped tremendously. My only complaint would be for the price of the rooms, you should be guaranteed a parking spot. Every night of our stay, we had to park and walk a ways due to golf carts and other vehicles without parking tags using all the parking spots outside of our building. Would recommend, but would suggest being prepared to fight for parking.

Our only complaint was the lack of parking if you were late getting to the condo, early not a problem but after a show there were not enough parking spaces.

We stayed in the 500 building. There’s limited parking, the area around the building isn’t as nice as the newer buildings and pool. The trim to each side of the patio was coming off and wasps were flying around, so we weren’t able to enjoy the patio much. The stool had a piece of something under the front to keep it from rocking. The marina docks being close by was nice. The other amenities to maybe keep you around the “resort” aren’t there. The most memorable moment was starting the day with the strong odor of the septic. Depending on the day, it carried over into the night. For the amount of money spent, I will not stay in the older section again.

Our family was very let down by our stay here. In the main bedroom there was a queen bed and it was so hard it felt like sleeping on a rock. There were two very small, square like pillows on the bed. We had to request more pillows, which we didn't get until the next day. Another VERY odd thing is that the only bathroom had a barn door that didn't even close fully and didn't have a lock. If you're not going to offer a lock on the bathroom door, at least put a real door on there. We were traveling with our 6 kids and had to warn everyone we were going to the bathroom because anyone walking by could look in the door through the sides. When my husband had to take a shower, we had to keep all the kids in the living room so no one could see in. This is such a big oversight in a family condo! Another thing we really were let down by was the pool situation. The pool by the lake was getting renovated and literally looked like it was from the 50s and like it was in a trailer park. The second pool was much nicer with a pool, a slide, and a hot tub. But it was SO disgusting. I told my kids that I don't think I had ever seen such a gross pool. At one point a huge ball of hair grazed my leg. The water was cloudy, you couldn't see your hand in it. It was warm and shaded yellow. Tons of bugs and dirt in it. I truly felt we'd be sick if we stayed. Last thing that was off was that the entire complex on the way to the pool smelled very strongly of sewage.

We enjoyed our stay and had access to the lake and pools. This is a great place for families to stay. You do have to do some walking to get to the docks or pools but there's a local company where you can also rent golf carts. We rented a boat for a day too which was enjoyable. I would recommend

Wonderful experience! The condo itself was absolutely beautiful! Very spacious, cozy living room with fireplace, back deck overlooking the lake, and it even has a washer and dryer! After hours check in was a breeze. We requested a late check out because we were with a fishing tournament and that was also no problem. The convenience of the boat ramp and nightly slip rentals was great! Also has plenty of places to unhook your trailer and leave onsite. We will definitely be returning!

Our condo was super spacious, extremely clean and nicely remodeled. It was also quiet and we were unable to hear our neighbors so that was a bonus. The saltwater pool was nice and new. The older chlorine pool needed some tlc, but the kids could've cared less so no loss for us. Great property and location. Just around the corner from silver dollar city

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The lakeview condo we stayed in was very nice, clean, quiet, and we had a wonderful view from our balcony. We plan on booking here again on our next trip to Branson.

The floors were filthy, the rughs were filthy, even the bath mats had not been laundered. The covers on the bed throw pillows were very dirty as well. The house was big. Nice. Was fully stocked.

Second time staying there . Everything was fine, but the carpet showed signs of previous guests spilling something as it had some stain spots. Was really no big deal but obvious signs of clumsy previous guests.

The pool is out doors ONLY and was not open. The hot tub is also Outdoors only and not working. The condo was not clean. White sox are now black from dirty carpeting and kids left behind a trail of sticky blue stuff on the couch and end table along with open cool aid containers with cool aid. The fireplace is electric and does not provide heat. The grill was not cleaned and the kirchen needed a good washing. Front of applabces were dirty along with sticky tile floor.

The condo was nice, but the floors were really dirty. The bottom of our socks and feet were black the first day we were there. Loved that we could walk to the dock and the rooms were big/comfortable. Would stay here again!!

Property was very clean and spacious. Staff friendly and helpful. Property stocked with supplies needed. King size bed extremely comfortable for a fabulous night of sleep. Dishwasher had a leak if not sealed tight. Excellent restaurant close and a small grocery. I would recommend to stay again.

I was excited to stay here because it looked cute and rustic and had exceptional ratings. I took a few steps into the property and IT WAS DISGUSTING. The carpet had huge stains in multiple places. I did a quick walkthrough of the rest of the property--it looked okay at first glance, but I was concerned that if such blatant stains were left unfixed, that there could be a multitude of other issues hiding. Also noticed that the top of the refrigerator was filthy- lots of dust/dirt and dead flies. The property management folks were not available since it was after hours (it was roughly 7-8 p.m.). I ended up calling the main Thousand Hills folks on a whim and although they aren't the "people" for this place, they were gracious enough to help us-- we drove back into Branson and got switched to a different place in central Branson. The new place was leaps and bounds better- we at least felt comfortable staying there. I will say that the new place left a lot to be desired-- it's seeming that Thousand Hills is buying up lots of old timeshares and properties and doing flips--there were a lot of things that needed repaired and updated. However, we were still grateful to have somewhere better to stay.

There was only somebody available at the front desk for two hours a day. The inside was very cheaply “renovated” There was dirt on the walls and stains all over the carpet. You had to go to the front desk to get a hairdryer, but there was no one at the front desk to get a hairdryer from. Lighting outside the cabin was very poor, so not ideal when trying to walk up the stairs at night or see to open your door.

Checked in on Sunday woke up to walk out to balcony Monday morning to vomit on balcony from another floor. Stomping and loud till after 12am every night. Fresh water pool was dirty and greener than the lake. Salt water pool smelled like sewer and couldn’t stay at either pools. Will not stay at this location again

Pros: The buildings and decor looked new and fresh. Everything looked very clean and taken care of. The view from the room was great. We have four kids so we cooked a lot and it worked out well. The kitchen was pretty well stocked but a lot of the cooking bowls were strange sizes. It was like they went to a thrift store and stocked the room. But it worked for our purposes. And the quality of the knives was better than we are used to with other hotels. They had games in the closet. That my kids really enjoyed. You can stream Netflix from the tv. Very close to SDC There were lots of towels and blankets in the closets. Dryers worked well in the rooms. Con: Unfortunately there were multiple children above us who ran yes ran back and forth from 8:30 to 10:45 every night. It was so loud. The walls and floors are very thin. I had never been in a hotel that was so loud. The pressure in the shower also was very low. *Also a note that I requested another two packets of coffee (they gave us one with the room) for our four day stay. They told me that they only give one. That was shocking. They did eventually drop two more off at our doorstep later the next day. I’m not used to having to talk hotels into giving us coffee packets for the maker. Many things in this hotel seem like they are trying to save money. Overall, we would stay here again. We’d definitely reserve a top floor and not expect anything to be provided.

For the most part our stay was wonderful. The space was large enough for our family and everyone was comfortable. The only complaint we had was the walls were pretty thin between the condos. The first night our preteen tried sleeping on the murphy bed only to hear our neighbors having "adult time". The rest of our stay, the family above us had a young child that was constantly running and sounded to be jumping on furniture. The area is beautiful and away from all the hustle and bustle at Branson. Very nice, clean, and front desk staff was friendly.

The second pool was much nicer with a pool, a slide, and a hot tub. But it was SO disgusting. I told my kids that I don't think I had ever seen such a gross pool. At one point a huge ball of hair grazed my leg. The water was cloudy, you couldn't see your hand in it. It was warm and shaded yellow. Tons of bugs and dirt in it. I truly felt we'd be sick if we stayed. Last thing that was off was that the entire complex on the way to the pool smelled very strongly of sewage.
Our family was very let down by our stay here. In the main bedroom there was a queen bed and it was so hard it felt like sleeping on a rock. There were two very small, square like pillows on the bed. We had to request more pillows, which we didn't get until the next day. Another VERY odd thing is that the only bathroom had a barn door that didn't even close fully and didn't have a lock. If you're not going to offer a lock on the bathroom door, at least put a real door on there. We were traveling with our 6 kids and had to warn everyone we were going to the bathroom because anyone walking by could look in the door through the sides. When my husband had to take a shower, we had to keep all the kids in the living room so no one could see in. This is such a big oversight in a family condo! Another thing we really were let down by was the pool situation. The pool by the lake was getting renovated and literally looked like it was from the 50s and like it was in a trailer park. The condo was spacious and clean. The bed was comfy. The walls were thin so we did hear the neighbors but it wasn't a big deal because they were not loud at night when we were trying to sleep. Everyone seemed to respect quiet hours which was nice. There were two pools on the property. One was really sketchy and one was super nice. Made me wonder if they forgot about the one pool. The free kayaks and docks to swim off of were nice too. Lots of other families so my kids had other kids to play with which was also nice. Super close to a lot of food, entertainment, etc. I would definitely stay there again!

We stayed 5 nights and would highly recommend. If you want peace & quiet out of downtown Branson, this is the spot. Great communication when we reserved the room & day before arrival. Excellent information at check in on local restaurants & activities. Room was clean, loved fireplace and you can turn it on without heat for ambiance. Had ice maker in freezer. Dishes available in the kitchenette if needed. Private balcony with 2 chairs & small table. Shower was large & clean. Only negatives- No inside lock on the door & only 1 hanger in closet. We will be back.

Just a family vacation to Branson. We booked our cabin last second. The front desk workers were very helpful and polite. The cabin was very accommodating for our family of five. Private setting, great parking, pool was close and extremely nice. Close proximity to Silver Dollar City. My family and I would definitely go back

The condo has a nice open floor plan with high vaulted ceilings, a nice view of the lake & the property & the decor is gorgeous. Checkin was strange. The young lady who checked us in seemed to be bothered by something which made it a less than ideal experience & when we went to the desk the next day to extend our stay because we really liked the accommodations she said we couldn't because we booked through a 3rd party & a man who may have been the manager immediately came out from the office & took over. He was very friendly & accomodating which made the experience much more pleasant.

Loved the location. Close to Branson but still away from the crowds. We would have little more directions on the operation of the tv and the tv service. We were not there long enough to watch tv but when we were we watched our own service on the ipad.

Great location on Table Rock Lake. Just down the road from Silver Dollar City and a short drive to the heart of Branson. Property was very clean as well as the rental. Rental had plenty of space for the seven of us comfortably and a great view of the lake.

Lots of hills and windy roads, kinda scary. Going to the lake for a novice, getting help, and finding activities is a challenge. Some rooms are updated and super clean, and others are dated and dirty.

Nice property on Indian Point. We came for a weekend at Silver Dollar City. It was nice not fighting the HUGE crowd that comes from and returns to Branson every day. Just a short trip to the parking lots with very little traffic. It would be nice to have more places to eat on the Point.

The property was beautiful. The bed was super comfy, it was clean, having a balcony was nice at night, and having a kitchenette helped tremendously. My only complaint would be for the price of the rooms, you should be guaranteed a parking spot. Every night of our stay, we had to park and walk a ways due to golf carts and other vehicles without parking tags using all the parking spots outside of our building. Would recommend, but would suggest being prepared to fight for parking.

We really liked the layout of the space. It had everything that we wanted. We liked how we actually got the room that we picked out. I thought it could be a bit cleaner. It was mostly quiet, but you could hear talking in the room beside us a few times. It was nice and close to Silver Dollar City and the lake. We enjoyed it.

The property was like living in the getto except the interior was nice. The appliances old and the pots and pan handles were barely attached. They need to separated the pictures of the lake from amenities at the location. If you come on a holiday weekend be prepared to wait 90 minutes to eat at the recommended breakfast place. You were required to remove your own trash and do the dishes before leaving. The fees for the room doubled the cost of the room.

We had a great stay at Table Rock lake. Our condo was perfect. Clean modern, had everything we needed, and felt safe and secure. We loved sitting on the dock and putting our feet in the water. Front desk suggested Billy Gail’s. GreT breakfast!

Check in was super simple. We were not going to get in until after the front desk closed (11pm) so they set up a lock box right outside the door for us to get what we needed. You do have to communicate this ahead of time or I am not sure how you would get your key or parking pass. The condo (we were in 1110) was just as it had been advertised. We had a full/full bunk room for the kids, a double queen room and a king room. We even used the sofa bed for our 12 year old and he said it was comfortable. We had 4 adults and 3 kids. It was perfect. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. It did have an ice machine. The only "bad" thing I could say about the property would be that the rocking chair in the living room was broken. The handle was gone so it was difficult to put the foot rest up and down and we never found a way to turn the TV on in the bunk room as we could not find the remote. The table on the balcony was so nice. We sat outside very morning and watched the geese fly over to the lake. I LOVE hot showers and the water was get VERY warm and the water pressure was good. We never got to use the free kayaks or paddleboards as they were only available from 9-4 and we were out in Branson doing various things, but they were there in the room. We had fun swimming off the dock. The pool with the waterslide and the hot tub were super fun! There was plenty of parking. We never got stuck far from our condo. It was a great experience.
