Was informed the pool and hot tub was down for maintenance The guest laundry washer was broken down

Check in went well- staff was friendly enough. I'm annoyed they let people book without finding a way to update that there is no pool use right now - their indoor pool is literally why I booked here. Otherwise it seems fine. Clean enough for a cheaper hotel experience. Nice room

The elevator was down for at least 24 hours and had to walk stairs which I'm not supposed to do. We were on the third floor and now my back is killing me and I can't do anything. The on the good note, the breakfast was good and it was clean.

Advertised with hot tub, there is no hot tub. Facility was clean, breakfast was way better than most budget hotels, and the staff was very friendly. Would absolutely stay again.

Great place to stay! Staff was VERY friendly!! My only gripe is that their pictures are misleading. The hot tub doesn't exist anymore, they only have a pool.

The room looked clean but didn’t smell clean. There were stick tights stuck to one of the mattresses. Carpet in the room was worn, outdated and not clean. The pool and hot tub were not in working condition, which was one reason we booked this hotel. Very disappointed

Pictures were not up to date on the property. Was looking forward to a hot tub by the pool but there was none.

Elevator was damaged and not working. Front desk worker, Dinesh, went way beyond call of duty and carried almost all of our large baggage up to the third floor. This act made the start of our stay enjoyable. I tried to give him a tip for his work but he refused to take any money. He should be recognized by his employer in some positive way.

They advertised pool and hot tub..... Both not working.... Called 48 hrs ahead to check on if they were working they were not asked for refund and they only refunded 1 of the 2 nights. Very frustrating and disappointing. Expedia tried to fight for me and they couldn't even do anything.

We checked in and out within 1 hour. Stains on our sheets. Nothing was clean. Under the bed made me about vomit. Staff offered to change sheets after coming to look at the room and nothing else.

The room was dirty, the door didn’t close properly and once we got it to latch close there was no lock. The frame was not secured and if you would have put any effort into pushing the door in the frame would have failed. The walls were streaked with something. Blood on the bathroom wall, curtains had large spots of something on them. One of the beds was broken and the comforter was ripped. There was a stench when the drawers were opened. My sock bottoms were black after walking across the floor. Walls are so thin. Hot tub hasn’t worked in months. I couldn’t stay the length of the reservation and left after one night.

This property needs updating. Bed sheets had holes in them. The carpet was stained. Old scratched furniture.

It was dirty amd smelled like cigarettes

The beds were comfortable & clean. The staff were friendly. However, the room wasn't clean & there was mold on the walls in the bathroom.

Dirty curtains covering window, stained bedding and towels. Refrigerator looked like it was 20 years old.

The room was very dirty, looked like it was not vacuumed for a very long time. All along the edges and under the vanity there was debris. There were big dark stains on the carpet and a gob of glue on the bathroom floor. The dust cover on the bottom of the chair was falling off and there was big paint splotches on the ottoman and the drapes and the woodwork. The room could be nice if they would take care of all that!! I’d like a refund please.

The staff was very nice, but the cleanliness wasn't up to par. The room I stayed in, there was some stains on the blanket, the carpet felt dirty when walking on it, there was glitter in the bathtub, and there was a bag wrapped around the smoke detector. When taking my son (4) to breakfast, he wanted yogurt and orange juice. Yogurt was all good. He said the orange juice was too tart, so I went and dumped it out in the sink, and there was a bug in the juice! I'm assuming it got stuck in the nozzle, so when I got juice it just came with it. I did tell the front desk attendant about the smoke detector the next morning, as that is a safety concern. Not sure I'll stay again though.

The staff spoke very poor English and didn't seem to have any idea clue. When we finally got into our room we dropped our bags and left immediately to go get something to eat. As we sat in the room eating we noticed all the things wrong with the room. The splatters on the wall, the valance was coming off the wall, we looked under the bed and the bed lining was less than half attached, the walls had huge gouges, looking behind the chair there was what appeared to be dog feces (didn't want to further investigate that) and when I pulled the sheets back they were dirty/stained and a hair on the sheets. The smell was also overwhelming of mustiness. When we turned off the heater the vents looked like they had mold and bugs in them. The hot tub was not working (which we later found out has been broken for three years. The pool looked unclean. I would never recommend this location to anyone. We left without unpacking and told the front desk worker (who was sleeping with his head on the table in the breakfast area ) we would not be staying there. We will also be contacting the health department as the feces is definitely a health issue. I am sure there are things I tried to forget and put out of my mind. Please close this location.

At first the room we were in looked beautiful. We got a king room with a hot tub in the room. The hot tub worked fine , but the rug in our room had two pretty large spots. The room was huge, but lacked furniture. We wanted to play cards but there wasn’t a good place to do it. We layed on the bed to play and eat or support which was ok, but disappointing given am the extra big room. It was ok but not great.

A/C not working properly and took 8 hours to finally get the room cooled to a toleranlw temp. Carpet in common hallways and my individual room were worn and stained un areas. Property needs an update. On a positive note, the manager on duty was pleasant and friendly.

This was a cheap hotel so we didn’t expect much. Beds were ok and breakfast selection was good. Staff was very nice. The bathroom could use some remodeling and the walls and floor are very thin so you can hear everything.

Booked a 2 queen. Was put in a king. No air conditioning It was running. Set at 60 and stayed about 80.

Our stay was OK. I thought the beds were really comfortable.

Impressed I would have to say. I wasn’t expecting the room to be as big, have an extra fan and to top it off the jacuzzi in the room. The price I paid for having this luxury is Impressive. That’s the word that comes to my head.

Being next to the stairs & elevator was quite noisy, throughout the night. Room was nice just dated.

The staff was very kind and helpful. However, the hotel is very dated. Room was clean, but very dated. Rooms not very soundproof. Stopped serving breakfast at 9, which is pretty early for a weekend. While I didn't really feel unsafe, I as a little uncomfortable with security. Keys quit working multiple times and had to go have them fixed.

They were very nice and everything was easy.

The staff was rude and disrespectful, the desk next to bed was broke, no towels in the room, the floor in bathroom was cracked. Then when we addressed the rude behavior with the staff and advised we would contact corporate they became aggressive and disrespectful telling us we had to leave and coming after my husband. All because we advised we were going to contact corporate. I have pictures of the room and the things that were broke and messed up.

Great stay.... I did try to check out this morning and no staff was around for at least 5-10 minutes and multiple bell dings so I left my room key on their desk.

Awesome staff except one guy with glasses he is very rude.

No tissue in holder or room. Deadbolt would not work. Room key did not work the morning after check in. No one at front desk to tell at 7:30 am when leaving.

The staff are attentive and kind. The property itself is easily accessible from the highway.

Was pleasantly surprised by the hotel and our stay :))) It definitely exceeded our expectations and we travel A LOT!!! Our check-in was easy and fast. The staff was super nice. The hotel is clean and has a sense of pride. There is a heated pool and hot tub. Continental Breakfast was served hot and well organized with a generous assortment of goodies. Room had plenty of plush towels and hot water for showers. Ac/heat/fan worked awesome. Plenty of clean bedding. Average pet fee of $20 per night. Convenient, quiet area with private parking lot. Good Wi-Fi. Elevators worked fast. So many other dining options within walking distance and a new Starbucks just around the corner! My son and I loved this hotel and will definitely stay again when in the area or passing through and will recommend it to anyone who travels through or near the area :))) For the price you cannot beat it. Felt safe and welcomed!

We arrived way before check-in time. The lady at the front desk was more than happy to let us check-in early. She was very friendly & helpful. The rooms are spacious, clean, have a mini fridge & little microwave. One morning we came to breakfast a few minutes late. One of the staff was so nice & turned the waffle maker on for my son. We stay there whenever we go to Kansas City cause we know it's a safe area, safe & clean hotel, with friendly & helpful staff & for the most part quiet. They also have a good breakfast.

We checked in only to find the room hadn’t been cleaned. When I went back to tell the staff member she asked if I wanted another room! What did she think? The breakfast fare was lacking as well. There was one orange, no granola, no bananas. And the tv was playing loudly, a news channel that stirs up unwanted political dialogue.

Rooms need to be upgraded. install taller stools. gravy quite shy on sausage and extremely thick. biscuits cold, dry and hard. room attendees need to replace used shampoo, conditioner and body lotion containers. Everything worked in the room, lights tv, air/furnace. curtains need replacing. holes in several places.

Very nice room and friendly employees. The main drawback was we went to this facility because it had a hot tub, however, the hot tub was broken. The breakfast was ok, but they ran out of milk and forks. Its kind of hard to eat a waffle with a spoon.

If you need a clean room, don't stay here. It was so rundown that I went to the store and bought my own pillow and clorox wipes. I booked this hotel for two nights and I canceled my second night because I couldn't take being there longer than I had to. I had chosen this hotel for the breakfast and the pool. There was a sign on the pool door saying it was closed and the breakfast was terrible -- biscuits were frozen in the middle; cereal was stale; juice tasted off; fruit was mushy. I will not be returning.
