I don't even know where to begin on all the things that were wrong with this hotel. First the remote control for the TV didn't work but eventually the whole TV didn't work. We reserved two queens and ended up with a king and sofa bed. They were not enough sheets to make the sofa bed. When we called down to get new sheets they made us come down and pick them up. Same with extra pillows . We ran out of towels because they're only two towels in the bathroom even though it was a three person reservation . We didn't even bother trying to call for towels because we knew what the answer was going to be by then . The drain in the bathroom didn't work so we had to shove a toothpick into it so it would drain. All of the ice machines for broken and when we requested ice from the bar we got a large coffee cup filled with ice which was not enough. The staff was annoyed if you ask for ice. They were understaffed so you had to wait forever for it.

The ONLY bad thing I have to say about this property is that when a tornado warning came through and everyone lost power, the generator stopped after 10 minutes. Then when everyone else’s power came back on, this hotels power did not. We were without power for no less than 15 hours. We were not compensated for the evening where we were drenched in sweat while sleeping. No one took responsibility and was unwilling to work with us.

Booked this hotel specifically for the bistro & the airport transportation. Upon checking in, I found out that the Bistro was closed at 5:30 pm on a Thursday & they stopped offering airport transportation in December 2023. Those amenities are still being advertised and helped me make my decision on where to stay, Expedia & the Courtyard site needs to be updated.

We didn't eat the the hotel. It had limited options. The bathroom was a disappointment. The toilet seat was very loose and about to come off the toilet. I had to tighten the screws of the toilet seat to to make it secure. The shampoo bottles had been removed from the shower wall, and were left on the counter by the shower. You could see where they were originally mounted. The decorWe were very tired after our travels and wanted to eat at the hotel. We assumed there was a restaurant on site. What they provided was an order and pick up for dinner. It would have been nice to have a sit down dinner with service. The ice machine on our floor was not working. I checked the other end of the floor for another ice maker, It too was not operating. There was no ice machine on the floor above. I couldn't get ahold of the front desk so I went down to the check out counter to ask about the ice maker. The receptionist knew the were not working and sent to the one on the first floor where I could get ice. There was no restaurant in the hotel other than a counter where you order food and sit at tables to eat it. It would have been nice to eat dinner at the hotel and enjoy a meal with service. I was disappointed. I was disappointed with the Courtyard St. Louis.

Staff not helpful at all. Dirty-No hot water- not Marriott level of service. Extremely disappointing-had to beg for clean towels. Room was never cleaned for 4 days as asked repeatedly. Just had to keep putting towels in the hallway and asking for new ones from the staff in the hallway. Room wasn’t cleaned but tip was taken. Noticed small bugs in the sink as well on the last day. This is the first and last time we will be staying at this property.

On the good side, the front desk staff was very nice and helpful and we appreciated their nice attitudes. But…the room was not great. The shower wasn’t not cleaned well before our arrival: hair and soap scum. Yuck. The room had a very musty smell. Granted, it’s a time a high humidity and high temps outside. But also the AC definitely blows drops on the rug in front of it making a wet rug there and in front of the slider. There were just the bare minimum towels in the room and the body wash container had no holder to attach it to the wall like the shampoo and conditioner were. The traffic noise from the freeway was pretty constant. One of the two beds was made up with a thick winter-type duvet/comforter— during almost 100 degree weather. The hotel was just kinda tired and needs a refurb.

All in all this was a good stay. The shower in our room could use some extra attention as there appeared to be mold on the base of it. Just needed a little extra scrub. The rest of the room was clean, bed was extra comfortable and clean.

Let me first start by saying the desk clerk was great and super helpful in getting my room switched out twice in the same day. The first day was because the drain in the tub was backing up. I left for work came back and it was still the same situation. So they switched my room. I started to look around the new room and I found a box of condoms underneath the bed. I always struggled with this hotel because it’s not exactly the cleanest, but the beds are comfortable and the front desk folks are helpful if need be. BTW, the pool was shut down by the health department as well.

Clean, safe, convenient to Hollywood Casino Ampitheater, cozy and comfy! Would definitely recommend! Nightstand on both sides of the bed, lots of outlets and usb plugs, clean, looks new! Would stay again if I’m ever in the area. Also, I got this room at very good price point! I just shopped it a bit!

I stay at Marriott Hotels every weekend as I travel consistently for work. I booked a suite this go round to be able to unwind and have a little extra space. The living area in the suite had a nice, large tv that I planned on relaxing and using. Unfortunately, the tv was not working correctly. It seemed to have an internet connection issue. I contacted the front desk about the issue, and was informed that a maintenance worker would come to look at the problem. The maintenance worker never arrived, and I was confined to the tv in the bedroom, essentially eliminating the purpose of booking the larger suite. I was pretty disappointed in the handling of this situation.

Not a bad place to stay. Had 3 rooms with some friends. Was expecting more from breakfast. Just had some bagels and sweet rolls. Just prepare for that if you stay. Had a tv in one room that didn’t work when my friend got up. It was time for us to go but just frustrating.

I appreciated it was bear the highway with the ease of access. This Courtyard is a low-budget hotel. The walls are thin, with inoperable electrical sockets, along with a worn look in the rooms (and the exterior property).Additionally, Mobile Key is not a working option at this location. I stayed one night and it met the purpose of finding a place to sleep. I would not pay for an extended stay at this property.

Several things that were supposed to be there for conscience did not work properly. (1)The wall thermostat in the room that was broken. It had a label maker label that said “A/C must be controlled at the unit”. The label was OLD. Why wouldn’t that be fixed? (2) The bathroom exhaust and light are controlled by one switch (outside) of the bathroom. The exhaust fan was so loud it was hard to stay in there. You had to have it on or the light wouldn’t work. We left it on while we were out and it was less noisy after running for four hours. (3) The convenience outlet in one of the bed side tables did not work. It was plugged in to the wall, just did not work (4) The light fixture b on the other side of the bed had a broken shade (5) The phone in the room did not work (not even to the front desk) (6)There was NO COFFEE in the lobby. Breakfast available for $$. Bad fake Starbucks coffee for $3.50 a cup, which came with ample grounds in the bottom of the cup! (7)The Good. EVERY employee was friendly and accommodating! Nice people!

Our stay started out on the wrong foot when we had to wait about 10 minutes for a front desk person to show up and check us in. We then went up to our room to find out the TV in our room didn’t work. We called down to the front desk and were told they didn’t know how to fix it. We then went swimming in the pool and it was very small, even for a hotel pool. The piece de resistance though was the next day when the breakfast staff failed to show up meaning breakfast was canceled and they did not even apologize or offer us any conciliation when we checked out. We will not be staying here again

The staff was friendly and helpful. Especially Jasmine, who showed great patience on the night we arrived. There was a sports event in town so it was hectic at the front desk. Someone who called was not happy, but she maintained a plesant apologetic AND SINCERE voice. Best of all, she didn\'t badmouth him to us after she hung up. It is unfortunate that there is only soda machines in the lobby & they carry limited, Pepsi only products. And that the "Cafe " is only open for a short breakfast time especially on weekends, since there is nothing nearby.

I was charged for both rooms I had reserved under my name even though the other party provided cc info upon arrival as this was a "pay at the property" hotel. I alerted the front desk that evening to the error. It was late so no solution was provided. The following morning I inquired again about the billing issue and was told The manager was off work and apparently no one else at the location could remedy the issue until her Monday return. As of now it’s a waiting game but be warned, if this happens to you, you may be waiting days for a refund since there appears to be periods of time where supervisors aren’t available.

We started our stay off with one of the most rude and unprofessional check-in lady. She first made us wait till she was done texting whoever she was texting on her personal phone to ask us “what do we need” then as we were checking in she asked me for a card and to put it in the card reader and never explained why it was needed. As I asked her what it was needed for she was was rude and acted as if me asking was bothering her. I might add this is my first time ever booking a room for myself. Then I asked how much it charged my card so I was aware of how much she charged me and again was irritated with me for asking questions. She was very rude and a very poor way to start my trip. The room was nothing like in the pictures and the sofa bed was covered in stains and had a sticky feel to it and also had no sheets provided for the pull out bed, so we had three adults in one bed. Finally i had charges made to my card that were from a restaurant room charge that totaled up to $43.60 that me nor my group had made. As I told the same check in lady that these charges were wrong she said she’d fix it while again staring at her personal phone, and did in fact not fix it. So long story short, I do NOT recommend this hotel for your stay until changes be made.

When we arrived at 4:30 our room was not ready. They were short staffed and did not have a clean room for us and about 20 other people waiting in the lobby. The clerk said she would call us when it was ready. We waited in the lobby until 6:15 then we went to the front desk to ask again about our room. There was a room ready, so she checked us in. I had the worst experience ever. First time with an Marriott Bonvoy and I've stayed at plenty. Arrived at 4 for check-in. Was told there wasn't any staff on the premises to clean any of the rooms right now. So a night would be compt to just give her a hour. 8 o'clock still no room with a pre reservation. Had my kids outside waiting with other guys for hours. Only one worker at the desk. No phone or any type compensation for our time and reservation.

Clean, safe, convenient to Hollywood Casino Ampitheater, cozy and comfy! Would definitely recommend! Nightstand on both sides of the bed, lots of outlets and usb plugs, clean, looks new! Would stay again if I’m ever in the area. Also, I got this room at very good price point! I just shopped it a bit!

Staff was very nice and the room and place were very clean. Even the restaurant provided good meals. If there is only thing to complain about…. It is that they really do need to check into their phone service. My family was stuck at the airport waiting on the shuttle bus and the number that is listed was down due to the storm. Another hotel shuttle was gracious enough to give us a ride to this place. That’s when I found out their line was down. Still would have been nice to have gotten a text from them as they had my cell phone number. Other than that… very quiet and nice place.

Hotel needs a good clean and some updating. Having a starbucks bistro and cafe is great- but when the staff leaves unexpectedly it leaves guests with no options for food. We came down for breakfast and everything was gone except some limited cold food (eggs and sausage- i'm vegetarian). The room was clean, but no ice maker on our floor and only a very thin thin bedspread- no comforter. Bedspread was like a sheet.

Not a bad place to stay. Had 3 rooms with some friends. Was expecting more from breakfast. Just had some bagels and sweet rolls. Just prepare for that if you stay. Had a tv in one room that didn’t work when my friend got up. It was time for us to go but just frustrating.

Our stay was great! They made it very easy to check in and had our room ready way before we thought we would be able to check in, so we were able to get in early (which was great because we were going to a concert and wouldn't be done till after 10). The staff was super friendly and kept hard at work! The only complaints I have is our room had about 100 flies hanging around by the window and curtain (I just filled a cup with soap and sugar water and trapped most of them though) and breakfast was nearly non existent. I think they were short staffed in the kitchen and down on food supply though, so the lady running it was still nice and had eggs and sausage until they ran out, and did a great job with the coffee I must say! Wasn't too big of a deal anyway though, we ended up getting to explore St Charles nearby to eat at a nice little cafe there! The place was very conveniently located, away from direct heavy traffic, within walking distance from an olive garden pretty much as well! I would stay here again, it felt safe and comfortable, so that's a win for me!

Booked this hotel specifically for the bistro & the airport transportation. Upon checking in, I found out that the Bistro was closed at 5:30 pm on a Thursday & they stopped offering airport transportation in December 2023. Those amenities are still being advertised and helped me make my decision on where to stay, Expedia & the Courtyard site needs to be updated.

We didn't eat the the hotel. It had limited options. The bathroom was a disappointment. The toilet seat was very loose and about to come off the toilet. I had to tighten the screws of the toilet seat to to make it secure. The shampoo bottles had been removed from the shower wall, and were left on the counter by the shower. You could see where they were originally mounted. The decorWe were very tired after our travels and wanted to eat at the hotel. We assumed there was a restaurant on site. What they provided was an order and pick up for dinner. It would have been nice to have a sit down dinner with service. The ice machine on our floor was not working. I checked the other end of the floor for another ice maker, It too was not operating. There was no ice machine on the floor above. I couldn't get ahold of the front desk so I went down to the check out counter to ask about the ice maker. The receptionist knew the were not working and sent to the one on the first floor where I could get ice. There was no restaurant in the hotel other than a counter where you order food and sit at tables to eat it. It would have been nice to eat dinner at the hotel and enjoy a meal with service. I was disappointed. I was disappointed with the Courtyard St. Louis.
