The person working at the desk was awesome. Inside of the room was nice and the bathroom well done. Beds comfy. Do not let the parking lot and exterior turn you away.

Clean room, smooth quick check in. Parking right by the room. The only thing I would have preferred is the ability to pay the pet fee and deposit online. But no big deal.

Older hotel thats kind of run down. Not in the greatest area. No real amenities, had to walk to the gas station across the street or use the soda machine. The A/C unit in the room made weird noises all night and the door wasn’t sealed so you could hear everything outside. The sheets looked dirty or stained. Not sure how this place is rated as high as it is.

The site is right off Route 66, so was very convenient to all landmarks in the area, including Uranus Fudge Factory. Beds were too hard for us, but the room was clean and had parking right in front of our room.

They do not offer breakfast, but they did have granola bars and orange juice available the morning we were there. It's a very basic hotel with no frills, but it's convenient, clean, and affordable.

The hotel was subpar. The rooms have a smell likely from what we saw staff spraying on the carpet. Comforter had a stain. Hairdryer was a fire hazard. Breakfast was packaged bar and juice carton. To access second floor, youll need to climb exterior stairs which was littered with cigerette butts and trash. We had to go to desk two times to get room cards reactivated. It was 65/nt and definately showed every penny. If you need a budget room for financial reasons, it meets basic need but Id not stay again.

The room was really clean, the sheets were clean you can tell by there were no wrinkles. You received fresh towels and the staff members were all very friendly. Best Days inn hotel we have had in a long time! Thanks guys!

The guy at the front desk made us feel instantly comfortable. The room was so clean and nice. Out neighbors had dogs and you could not hear them through the walls. The shower was clean and the water pressure was so awesome!! I would def stay again!!

I had a truly awful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, things went downhill quickly. The check-in process was painfully slow, and the staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful. When I finally got to my room, it was far from clean — the bathroom was dirty, the towels looked used, and there was a strong musty odor throughout the space. To make matters worse, the air conditioning barely worked, and when I called the front desk for assistance, they never followed up. I barely got any sleep because of the noise from the hallway and thin walls. Housekeeping never came, despite multiple requests. Overall, this stay was disappointing and frustrating. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone — definitely not worth the money or the stress.

I chose this property because of its location and price. I had pets with me, so I was put in a room where people with pets typically are placed. The furniture had been urinated on and not not well cleaned. The linens were all clean and no issues there. I just felt pretty gross in the room. We also found multiple cockroaches in the room. We moved all of our belongings back to the car so we wouldn't bring them home. The staff were nice, but the owner/manager was very rude to his staff and customers.

We stayed here while we attended my son's graduation from Army boot camp. You never know what to expect when you get a hotel on-line but we were very pleased with our stay. The rooms were clean and up to date. The beds and pillows were exceptionally great!!!! The beds were so comfortable I wish my bed at home was that comfy. The pillows were exceptional. In fact we took pics of the tags from the bedding (blankets and pillows) so we can order some for home. I would definitely recommend this to anyone I know. If your coming to the area for military graduation or visit I would stay here for sure. Also it was only about a 5-8 minute drive to the base!!!

I was initially hesitant to book motel-style accommodations, but I decided to give it a try because of the price and their reviews —and I’m glad I did! The room was spacious and clean, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the area was quiet and felt safe. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to FLW.

It was conveint for a quick stop for the night. Plumbing was loud. Beds were meh, room was clean. They need to get the people that redone the bathrooms back to do it right. Toilet was 15° out of straight, seat was further 10° and the toliet was loose. Made taking a duece difficult as the toilet was already just a few inches from the wall. The shower was draining very slowly and bubbling back. Tile floor was also installed off.... but overall, a ok place for the money

The check in person was very friendly and welcoming. Rooms were very spacious and clean. Only issue at all was that their cable service (Direct TV) doesn’t carry basic stations like CBS, NBC. We watched “Survivor” on my laptop. Oh well, not the end of the world 😜

Overnight stay to attend graduation at Fort Leonard Wood. Excellent value. Unfortunately due to family emergency the original reservation had to be changed twice. Both Expedia and the hotel easily and professionally adjusted the reservation to our needs. Thank you for the professionalism

Room not ready on time/ check in time 2pm arrived at 330 pm, room not cleaned. Booked a King room,attempted to put me in two queen bed room because no kings available if you have pets.Accomadated me by putting me in Handicap room and waiving pet deposits.

The site is right off Route 66, so was very convenient to all landmarks in the area, including Uranus Fudge Factory. Beds were too hard for us, but the room was clean and had parking right in front of our room.

I would stay here again. In the morning, it's a short drive to waffle house and Starbucks; close to interstate. Uranus fudge is literally across the street.

It’s very noisy with the housekeepers dragging the lining barrel to and from rooms to clean. An there was no breakfast despite purchasing accommodations that came with breakfast daily.

The beds were comfortable and the bathroom beautiful. Large screen TV. Heater worked fine.However be aware that there is NO hot or cold breakfast...JUST granola bar...coffee..tea..NO lid for take away cup. Package of apple juice.... 1 table 2 chairs in dining area.

Up to date, clean, check in staff very friendly. Morning staff, not helpful. Breakfast was yogurt. Bowls, no cereal, toaster, no bread, no fruit.

Days inn is a great place to get a good nights sleep And a shower, but I still think I’m getting gypped because there’s no breakfast, I think they still think they’re in Covid mode by having a granola bar in a small cup For coffee, What happened to the fruit muffins cereal?

Stayed overnight on a trip to Texas. Staff was friendly, check in easy and quick. The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable and check out was easy also. There is no breakfast, they do have granola bars and coffee, but nothing else. Also, could use a TV station guide in the room, could only find very limited channels. Overall for a one night stay, I would do it again.

It was advertised that they had free breakfast, but it’s just coffee, tea, juice and granola bars - nothing else. Not a one off either. $50 deposit takes awhile to return. Worked for our need to sleep as it was quiet and clean.

Although the hotel sits on a tight footprint and not much walking space, the fudge factory is a mile down the street and a good steakhouse. Colton‘s is 2 miles away. There’s a lady at the front desk. Her name is Dee. She bent over backwards to be of service. She is absolutely wonderful. One of the best people I’ve ever met in the hospitality industry. She’s an absolute sweetheart.

We stayed here first while at my son’s Graduation. We didn’t get much sleep, there was a couple drunk guys on the balcony at 1 Am cussing and fight and yelling. Slamming doors and being awful, we didn’t approach or leave the room because we heard a guy say if it wasn’t for me your drunk ass wouldn’t have a place to stay so we knew it would be pointless to ask them to quiet down. I needed to cancel my reservation due to a family emergency. I tried to cancel through several outlets with no luck. Hotel couldn't cancel directly, was told I had to go through Expedia in which they did not recognize my itinerary number. Had to jump through hoops with no luck. Won't be using your service again
