Nasty. Parking lot nasty. Staff never said a word. Almost killed in parking lot by someone else driving to fast around corner. All review that are good and great are made up. It’s the kind of place you do t take a shower you don’t walk barefoot on the carpet. Can feel the springs in the matress

Very dirty and unkept - dirty bedding, room, carpets and tub, and the room smelled bad for the entire visit. I used an entire can of lysol before I would even sit anywhere in the room. One of the light fixtures was falling out of the wall and the vent for the AC was broken and falling off.

Absolutely filthy. I only gave it 1 star to be able to rate it, but it deserves ZERO stars. Room was filthy. “Breakfast” was a granola bar or an apple. Pipes were exposed and rattled in the bathroom. Close this place down.

DISGUSTING. We also are covered in bites, assuming they are bed bugs. Couldn’t even shower because the water stunk and the shower was gross. Bathroom door wouldn’t close. Holes in the doors looked like bullet holes. Black stains all over the pillows.

The curtain was torn. The tub was horrible they didn’t clean it good at all. My pillow cases was supposed to be white but they were yellow. It was old carpet with spots. The remote didn’t work. It smelled like cigarettes which I asked for a non smoking room. I would never stay there again. Only good thing is that it was surrounded by stores and restaurants.

I had a roach in my bathroom. The towels were dirty and the blanket had lipstick on it. The pillow cases were covered in stains. Asking for a refund. NEVER STAY THERE!

This was the worse Quality Inn ive ever seen and honestly if it wasnt for my pure exhaustion at 1am when we finally arrived, I would not have stayed. The staff was nice, but the room we were assigned too was awful and i just didnt have it in me to go elsewhere. It does seem that they use the backside upstairs rooms often at all and it showed. When we first walked in, it was hotter in the room than outside and smelled of smoke & weed. I went to use the restroom after an 8 hour roadtrip and shower floor was black and someone else’s toothpaste spit was on the counter. This prompted a trip to speedway for surface cleaner, bleach, & paper towels. The nightstands and all surfaces were sticky. I ended up cleaning the room myself. I honestly didnt have another place to go since I hadnt slept or cash since i had paid to stay here. Ive stayed at several Quality Inns, and while I didnt expect the Hampton, theyve always been clean until now. I shared a couple of pictures, but not the furniture surfaces or lack of vacuuming.

Room was no smoking smelt like smoke. Roach on the wall. Bedding had very large stains. Towels had hair in them. Tub looked like has not been cleaned in month. We left a day early because we could not stay there anymore. Bed was broken. Woman at check in was very very nice.

The bathroom was HORRIBLE. Black rings in tub, room so small you had to walk in almost in the tub to shut the door. A tall (6' plus) would have hit their knees on the wall Small. The lighting in the water closet and vanity are was awful.

Needs interior paint, laminant floor, new bed/pillows/sheets. I might would even pay more to stay at this nice, quiet property with the great staff if updates were made. The really nice service was the best part. Great staff.

I came expecting a swimming pool that was advertised on their website that was nonexistent. That is false advertising. I also requested a non smoking room and my room reeked of cigarettes from the time I got there till the time I left. If I wanted to smell cigarettes, I would’ve asked for a smoking room. The bed was comfortable enough the bathroom door had lots of scratches and stuff in it. The complementary breakfast was almost nonexistent as they were out of just about everything by 9 o’clock. It was supposed to go till 930. When I came, they were out of plates, etc. and when I needed a personal toiletry item, I was told they were out of that too. Just not that nice of a hotel for the price. You can do better than I know I can do better for a two star hotel. This was on the low end. If I ever go to this town again, I’ll book at the Holiday Express or the Clarion. Disappointing experience.

The front desk person had zero knowledge. She was rude and unhelpful.The room was disgusting. No sheets for the foldout. This was worse than an Econo Lodge. I’ve stayed in lots of hotels. This was one of the worst ever!

My uncles key card on his room wouldn't work. The lady at the desk just kept telling him he was doing it wrong. After over 30 minutes she finally walked over to the room and said oh it doesn't work not sure why. Wouldn't even offer him anything. And when I checked out early they charged me more money cuz I was leaving early

Manager attempted to come in my room while naked 3 hours before checkout. My first room would not lock gaps under door broken light fixtures in room and and unknown splatter dried to pictures and wall. My new room was ok so I thought but with dirty sheets (which I changed) and a used condom stopping up the shower.

Was delayed for an hour while checking in, the battery was dead in the door lock, took over an hour for them to issue another room. Power went out almost soon as we settled in. Found a large blood stain on the wall. After two hours of no power requested a refund and checked out.

Our stay was an over night stop. Overall it was less than expected per the pictures posted. Lots of noise late into the night. I feel the room was a clean as possible given the circumstances.

Pretty much what I expected. Stayed here for a night while hunting in the area. Room shows its age but again it was cheap. Only thing I wasn’t a fan of was the teenagers racing their loud cars up and down the main street well into the night.

The Free Breakfast was horrible unless you enjoy stale cereal, expired yogurt and hard sugar. The bed spread had cigarette burn holes and we stayed in a smoke free room. The bathroom was dirty, and the shower didn’t work properly. A waste of money!

Absolutely filthy. I only gave it 1 star to be able to rate it, but it deserves ZERO stars. Room was filthy. “Breakfast” was a granola bar or an apple. Pipes were exposed and rattled in the bathroom. Close this place down.

This motel is 1 that not even 'Bozo' Biden's illegal's would like. While the desk clerks were nice and polite (after all, they do need their jobs) the hotel itself has already gone to pot. Nothing works properly and their so-called hot breakfast is nothing but yogurt, decaf coffee only, waffles and cereal. Oh, I almost forgot - they hace an apple also. I do not recommend this motel to anyone, not even to the lowest of the lowest.

Staff were friendly. Housekeeping tidied up the room, but didn’t really clean it. Breakfast was a joke. Either don’t say anything about breakfast, or make a much better attempt.

This is a nice hotel. Its not 4 star, but its a nice hotel. Definitely worth the price. There is not a big selection of food for breakfast. But it was enough to hold us over until lunch time. Just be careful. The yogurt they had was out of date. We ate it and didn't get sick. Lol But the room was nice, not without a couple of flaws. But it was clean and comfortable. I would stay there again.

This location definitely needs to replace their Towels as they are not white anymore, they're gross looking! Our bedspread in a non smoking room had cigarette burn holes. & the Breakfast was SAD! No kind of bread other than waffles, fresh fruit, or juice available and the milk spout didnt look like it had been cleaned in forever. Literally 2 kinds of cereal, waffles, and some yogurt

I came expecting a swimming pool that was advertised on their website that was nonexistent. That is false advertising. I also requested a non smoking room and my room reeked of cigarettes from the time I got there till the time I left. If I wanted to smell cigarettes, I would’ve asked for a smoking room. The bed was comfortable enough the bathroom door had lots of scratches and stuff in it. The complementary breakfast was almost nonexistent as they were out of just about everything by 9 o’clock. It was supposed to go till 930. When I came, they were out of plates, etc. and when I needed a personal toiletry item, I was told they were out of that too. Just not that nice of a hotel for the price. You can do better than I know I can do better for a two star hotel. This was on the low end. If I ever go to this town again, I’ll book at the Holiday Express or the Clarion. Disappointing experience.

I know it was a cheaper hotel but our first room smelled like cigarettes. Then the next room was okay till the next day after we came back from shopping it smelled of weed. Bathroom was very small. Room was decently clean. Complimentary breakfast was very minimal and all we had was apples.

This hotel from the outside looked pretty rough. The rooms were better inside. This is not a top notch, nicest hotel but it was clean, and they seemed to be doing some upgrades. For the price it was good. If we where planning on staying for longer and planned to stay in the room more I may have preferred to stay somewhere different.

The air conditioner did not work properly and there were bugs. Roaches. Two of the lights did not work and there was hair on the bathroom floor. I was very disappointed with this location. The worst by far.

The location was great and the bed was comfortable. I originally booked a queen room with a pullout, but was told at check in they didn't have any queen rooms with pullouts. They moved us to a king with a pullout instead, which worked out well. The grounds definitely need more attention. There were cigarette butts everywhere and several areas with broken beer bottles and glass. I also saw a roach and a cellar spider during my stay. Around 6 AM Saturday there was a lot of yelling and cussing outside. I couldn't tell if it was a fight or just an argument, but it wasn't a great way to wake up. My biggest issue was the $25 per pet, per night fee. I traveled with three dogs for two nights, which added $150 to the stay and made a cheap hotel not so cheap. I travel frequently for dog shows, so I may stay somewhere farther away next time because of the pet fee. Overall, the location was very convenient and I felt reasonably safe walking at night, although I usually had two large dogs with me.

The room was roach infested. Left the property at 2:30 am once I saw at least 10 roaches crawling. I tried to call the staff, no answer. I stopped by the desk later that morning. The manager begged not to give a bad review but that property needs to be fumigated immediately. Very disappointed! Rob
