We booked this home for a wedding weekend in Lewisville. The host was very responsive and easy to get ahold of. The home is decorated so cute and there wasn't a single thing that we needed that they didn't have available for us. They left us a cute little basket of farm fresh eggs and snacks. I have stayed in many short term rentals and this is definitely at the top of my favorites list! The ONLY downfall is the parking space was a little tight for the gigantic SUV I rented and someone parked on the street - but most of that was probably on me :)

I was delighted to stay for the third time at this sparklingly clean, beautifully appointed property. The house is perfectly situated on a quiet street yet conveniently close to downtown. Sitting on the little porch sipping my coffee in the mornings was particularly delightful. Holly is very responsive when I have to contact her.

The Maple Roost did NOT disappoint! Rhe home was extremely clean. The decor was perfect. Truly felt like home. The layout was wonderful. It was just me and my husband, but if traveling with kids, the double living areas would be a huge bonus! It had everthing we needed! The location was great for exploring the quaint downtown area. Perfect little stress free getaway for us!

What attracted us to this house was proximity to Ridley Park (10 minutes) and downtown (3 minutes). The house was immaculate, the beds and furniture comfortable and the communication and little personal touches outstanding. Definitely recommend this to anyone looking to stay in Columbia!

My father, teenage son and I stayed in this lovely two bedroom home. There was space enough for everyone, and it suited all ages. The location was quiet and felt very safe. From the house, we enjoyed walking down toward the courthouse and visiting the Polk House. We hope to visit again.

This place has everything a family of 4 could possibly need, including enough space to stay cozy and watch a movie or spread out to separate spaces for alone time. The owner was extremely responsive, the place was squeaky clean and adorably decorated, and conveniently located near everything Columbia has to offer!

Beautiful home in a great location, close to the downtown square. The layout was excellent and offered plenty of space for our family. The owner/host was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always quick to communicate. Highly recommend!

Easily my favorite VRBO rental to date. The house was even nicer in person. It’s one if the few properties I’ve stayed in that I didn’t feel the need to clean anything. Even the Keurig looked freshly washed. Check in/out instructions were clear and the host is friendly and responsive. The house is very cozy - plenty of space to hang out with friends but also space to have some alone time. The walk into town was nice and there were several great food options. Our only complaint is that we couldn’t stay longer.

My elderly mother, husband and I stayed at this property for a four day trip to visit my brother and his family. Communication was outstanding as soon as I booked I received a message from host Holly. The home is just as described. Comfortable and welcoming. The decor is really nice and everything has its place. Holly makes everything clear and concise. We had zero trouble checking in and checking out. We will book this property again on further visits to Columbia.

We were in town for a family wedding nearby and absolutely loved this home. Very clean and everything we needed from toiletries to coffee. Although the houses on this street were very close together, it was perfectly quiet and peaceful during our stay. Host was very helpful with recommendations for restaurants nearby. It’s a lovely house, felt spacious and clean. The neighborhood was quiet and close to everything I needed. Would suggest a big plastic bowl for popcorn and a few plastic glasses for kiddos. We hope to be back in the summer.

Little gem in Columbia! Even better than the pictures! Located @1/2 mile drive to the square on a charming, safe, neighborhood street with beautiful landscaping. Home is equipped with more than you need.. easy to settle in and relax after a busy day!

This charming home is within walking distance to all the shopping and Christmas festivities that the Columbia Square has to offer. The kitchen is wonderfully appointed with everything you need if you wish to cook. The entire home is beautifully decorated, cozy, and peaceful. We loved our stay!

Wonderful home away from home! We love enjoying the little town of Columbia! So many wonderful little shops, restaurants, coffee shops....just laid back area. This trip we focused a little more on our 7 year old. Tenn Pin was the big thing for this trip. Ask our son what his favorite part of this trip was....staying at the Maple Roost! He loved the home just as much as my husband and I did when we came before. The beds are luxurious (haven't slept that well in a while). The layout of the home is wonderful. Has everything we needed! Close drive to all the amenities. Communication between the host and myself was spectacular! Clear instructions on check in and out. Quick responses when message was sent. The home is clean clean CLEAN! Refreshing space. Not cluttered. Well maintained. I have no negatives at all! Our next little getaway to this sweet little town will again be at The Maple Roost! Thank you, again, for another wonderful weekend away!

The home is clean clean CLEAN! Refreshing space. Not cluttered. Well maintained. I have no negatives at all! Our next little getaway to this sweet little town will again be at The Maple Roost! This was the best VRBO experience we have had in years. The little house is centrally located in Columbia which makes for easy access to all parts of town. However, the biggest bonus is the like new interior and cleanliness that greats you. Everything has been thought of to make for a very comfortable stay and the owners are very responsive to any question or comment. We had a great stay and have already highly recommended it to family planning to travel to the area. This will certainly be our first choice whenever in the area. Great experience!!
