Rooms smelled of mold. Carpet was disgusting. Breakfast was in the check in area which was very small with very limited food(loaf of bread, sleeve of bagels, cereal). Parking was limited. People towing trailers beware. Pool was out of order(see picture).

This hotel is dirty and outdated. The carpet in rooms is stained. The beds are NOT comfortable. And the pool isn’t filled which it does not say online. It’s June 13th and HOT.

Centrally location downtown was helpful. Parking was great--right outside of door. Ice making machine on second floor made great ice. Staff was attentive to requests and friendly. Breakfast area small but adequate. The carpet in our room (and probably in other rooms) IS IN DEFINITE NEED OF REPLACEMENT ASAP!!! It's awful-looking, feels dirty underfoot, and does not smell good, I would NOT recommend anyone stay here until carpet is replaced throughout the building. The pool was filled only a foot or two with green dirty-looking water. The picture of the blue, clear water in the pool on the website is NOT accurate as of 6/21/25. So, if parents are thinking this is a good, relatively inexpensive motel where kids can swim in a nice, clean pool, then think again. I have a picture of the pool that I can post, but don't see a place for it here.

While our bedsheets had been changed, the room hadn't been vacuumed (there were things all over the floor) and the bathroom hadn't been cleaned. There was a used towel hanging over the shower door, used soap and shampoo in the shower, and not enough clean towels. We were up all night with the noise - cars, room doors slamming, people talking loudly and yelling, children running upstairs, etc. This was a cheap room and we got what we paid for.

There was a communication error somewhere in the system. The hotel didn't have a copy of our reservation information from Expedia. I showed them my expedia confirmation and I think it got worked out. We were able to check into a room. It's an older hotel, but maintained and clean. The staff was friendly and kind.

There was a makeup area outside the bathroom which had a small counter and seat. Very handy doing hair and makeup while someone is using the bathroom. The beds were comfortable and nicely made. The TV had lots of channels and easy to use the remote. The worse thing was the air conditioner filter was filthy. Air couldn't get out so my son just took it off. Housekeeping needs to do a better job on checking the filters.

I’m f this is America’s best, then I would give up motels! Dated facility, my major complaint was the bed, like a slab , super uncomfortable, usually I can sleep anywhere, but not here, otherwise the room was clean and there was plenty of hot water and air conditioning

The bed was uncomfortable, you can hear through the walls, it was 15 degrees out and there wasn't any blanket, and it would have taken 3 pillows to make one real one. It was clean enough and the area seemed safe so those were pluses.

Check-in was quick & friendly! Room was fine for a one night stopover on a long trip. After we got back on the road the next day, we discovered that we had inadvertently left behind a personal item that we needed. We called the hotel & the managers personally took the item to UPS & shipped it to our home. That’s great service!!!

Great value if all you need is a bed and a bathroom. Older rooms, but clean and comfortable. Pretty quiet for being right on a main street. Easy to get anywhere in town from the hotel!

I have no idea how this property has legitimately earned 8.4/10.0 stars over the last several years--unless it was previously under different ownership. The Good: Friendly and helpful folks. Rooms reasonably comfortable and clean. The Bad: In our first room, the television didn't work. They moved us to another room right away. But, the nice HDTVs they have are badly complemented by low-resolution cable service, so it's pretty poor for watching. The "breakfast bar" was NON-EXISTENT for the most part. At 7:30 AM, I had to start the coffeemaker myself because no one was around. There were three boxes of dry cereal sitting on the shelf, and a bunch of Walmart-brand instant oatmeal packets available, but there were NO BOWLS or PLASTICWARE available. The refrigerator had individual servings of cream cheese and strawberry preserves in it, but there were NO BAGELS or BREAD available, as far as I could see. No fruit. No cream for the coffee. It was a real disaster.

But, the nice HDTVs they have are badly complemented by low-resolution cable service, so it's pretty poor for watching. The "breakfast bar" was NON-EXISTENT for the most part. At 7:30 AM, I had to start the coffeemaker myself because no one was around. There were three boxes of dry cereal sitting on the shelf, and a bunch of Walmart-brand instant oatmeal packets available, but there were NO BOWLS or PLASTICWARE available. The refrigerator had individual servings of cream cheese and strawberry preserves in it, but there were NO BAGELS or BREAD available, as far as I could see. No fruit. No cream for the coffee. It was a real disaster.

Decent hotel for a night while traveling through. It is an older property so the room was a little dated, but clean. The breakfast was pretty much nothing. I saw some bread, cereal, and rice krispie treats. Overall not bad.

Exterior outdoor carpet was ripped and dirty. Rug in room was dirty. Had trouble with door to room staying shut and screw was missing out of door latch. Office is locked overnight and no one to talk to. Not enough parking for the amount of rooms. About 20 parking spaces for around 40 rooms. Was supposed to have breakfast the next morning and office was still dark at 7 am when we left.

If you don't mind how modern a hotel is, then this hotel is just fine. We were hesitant after reading other reviews, but took a chance. The bed was extremely comfortable, the bedding was clean, the bathroom was clean, and the mini-fridge was plenty cold. The a/c kept the room very cool and we like it pretty cold. If you're looking for a hot, elaborate breakfast, this isn't it, but they had coffee ready, bagels, toast, oatmeal, cereal, and juice. It was all we required! No complaints for a simple but clean place to shower and sleep for a couple nights!

Pool is drained. There is no breakfast at all. Just coffee. Ice is upstairs. For the price, it is decent, but they should NOT be advertising a pool and continental breakfast. It is bait and switch. You can see that the facilities are there to provide breakfast, but they do not. I really don't know how they get away with false advertising.
