Room had roaches, towels and bedsheets were dirty and stained. Breakfast was not appetizing. People smoking in rooms, hallways and main lobby. Walking into the hotel it smelled like smoke. People screaming at 3am and knocking in my room. Book elsewhere.

Staff was very kind but the cleanliness issue falls on owners and mgmt, not the cleaning crew. We left and didn’t even stay overnight, it was so disgusting. The entire place smells like weed with a layer of bleach. Pool is freezing, broken glass exterior doors and towels the size of kitchen rags in the pool area. One elevator broken. Walls all sorts of dirty, chipped and crumbling. Hall carpet is bunched, wet, and stained. Room carpet has chunks taken out of it, where you only see the threading underneath the carpet fabric itself. Cockroaches in the hall and other patrons complained and were told to just move rooms up to a higher level. We left at 6pm and I will be demanding a refund. That place should be shut down. My daughter touched the remote and it was so sticky, she freaked out (she’s 7 and I didn’t explain to not touch it). Then the TV was offline/didn’t work anyways. Feels like a complete slum lord motel.

Overall this property has a few positives but also a lot of negatives! It is right off I 80 so it has a very convenient location, however that also leads to a somewhat noisy stay if your room is on the south side of the building! The halls and public areas were also a little dirty. The room was also in need of some attention...carpet very dirty and some ragged edges on corners of walls and doors etc. No hair dryer, no mini fridge. So a good cleaning and update is in order. On the positive side the breakfast was ok and staff friendly and helpful. The price is competitive for the area and we were able to secure a room when the other hotels in the area were sold out...and quite a bit more expensive. Overall I'd give it 2 & a half stars. Not terrible but room for improvement.

Everything at check-in seemed ok. Staff were quick to get our room key. The elevator had a wet puddle on the floor and so of course our shoes were sticky when we walked off. It smelled in the hallways. The walls had either paint or wallpaper peeling off. The door in the bathroom had the paint fading away at the bottom. The tub was so scratched up and coating of tub was worn off. looked like were at a super cheap hotel. The bathroom was not clean. We went to breakfast. My husbands eggs were partially green. He tried eating them and they were like rubber so, he pushed his plate away. He was sick later on. Cereal was spread all over the counter and the staff did not seem to mind. The dispenser for milk was missing a handle to get milk. We were there one night but scheduled for 3 nights. We went to turn in our key the next morning and nobody showed up at the front desk. So, I'm pretty sure we waisted our money here. We've stayed at many Comfort Inns and have never experienced such neglect.
