Comfort Inn & Suites Omaha Central

The 1st room they gave us at about 10pm, we went right to the room, upon entering there were several wet towels on the bathroom floor, and the bed was a mess. The next room they gave us smelled horrible and was sticky and just nasty. The “Comfort Inn and Suites “ I am pretty sure they stole the name as the logo doesn’t match the real Comfort Inn and Suites.

The room was not clean when we arrived. We actually opted to go get a vacuum cleaner and do the floors ourselves. We couldn’t even walk on the carpet because it was disgusting We also used a washcloth to clean off the tables, the end tables by the TV and the beds. And the tub paint had been chipped and repainted and chipping again ….looks horrible. Around the toilet on the floor was not cleaned. We only had two towels for two people and only one washcloth. The floors in the elevator were horrible. It smelled in the hallways. Breakfast was less than desirable.. Not what you expect from a comfort Inn for sure.

It's worth the price

Check in was okay. Small, slow elevators. Room was disgusting. It smelled when I opened the door. The carpet had multiple stains, and the chair was so dirty I wouldn't sit in it. The bathtub appeared to have been spray painted, and scratches then made in it. There was a nasty glob of something on the edge of the headboard. There were multiple scratches and damaged areas on the walls. I could not get the hair dryer to work. The bedding looked clean, and the breakfast was good. Odd people hanging around inside and outside. I wouldn't stay here again.

Breakfast wasn’t good room wasn’t clean. The water took forever to get hot in the room. Each time wasn’t happy with how small it was either
