Great location in Shibuya, right across from a large shopping center that has both a Nintendo and Pokémon store. The staff is pleasant and helpful. I found the double room to be very spacious and his like work well for people with young kids as there is a small fridge as well as kitchenette and a washer/dryer in he common areas.

Svært sentralt og moderne hotell i Shibuya. Uendelig med tilbud utenfor døren. I tillegg har hotellet både moderne eom, felles kjøkken og lounge, vaskerom og treningssenter. Personalet var veldig hyggelig og imøtekommende. Ville definitivt bodd her igjen.

This fun, artsy hotel is steps away from shops and restaurants in Shibuya and was a great hub for our family's Japan vacation. You're walking distance from the famous scramble crossing as well as Shibuya station. The hotel room was fun, beds were comfortable, and I loved all the little areas to store and organize your belongings. The laundry facilities were great and FAST! I was shocked that my clothes were washed and dried in only about an hour's time. Nice when you don't want to spend a lot of time strapped to laundry on your vacation. Lots of amenities, staff was excellent, and they held our luggage on the last day after checkout which was nice. I'd definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Shibuya.

Really nice rooms, which are well organised. enough space for 2 people & 4 suitcases. Comfy bed, room was super clean & the social area is great. The staff is amazing, helpful & friendly. The location of the hotel is super close to Shibuya crossing although very silent. We enjoyed our stay a lot!

We loved our stay at Lyf. Although our room was very small, it was extremely clean and fresh, with daily housekeeping. The front desk was helpful 24/7, and the location was perfect for exploring Tokyo. It was close to the metro station and the famous Meiji Shrine. Despite being in the heart of Shibuya, it was quiet enough at night to get a good night’s sleep. I also loved their amenities, we used the washer, dryer, and common kitchen area often, and they were always clean and well-maintained. The breakfast restaurant served nice, fresh food every morning starting at 7 AM. If I stay in Shibuya again, I will definitely choose Lyf Hotel.

However, you can’t open the window to air out the room, which was a bit annoying. Also, be aware that the staff don’t speak much English and may have trouble giving directions around the city. The hotel was very convenient for us. It was our first time traveling out of the country and the staff were super friendly and spoke good English. I felt very comfortable here and they helped and answered any questions we had. The breakfast was very good and the location was great for shopping and eating but also off to the side away so it’s not loud when trying to sleep at night.

Staff did an excellent job, making sure that we were well taken care of. Their hospitality was outstanding. The location was perfect as we were about an eight minute walk away from Shibuya Crossing, but we’re tucked away, so it wasn’t very noisy at night.

I loved my stay at lyf Shibuya. the location was really good, being right next to Parco which is where I planned to do a lot of shopping. It's a few blocks from Shibuya station as well, so very easy to get to other parts of the city. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and they all spoke English in case you don’t speak Japanese. My room was easy to access and had lots of outlets, along with the usuals like a washlet and a shower with shampoo, etc. the showerhead had an interesting mist feature that was unique, but otherwise it fulfilled my expectations and I felt very comfortable overall with my stay. The only negative, which is not big enough to knock a whole star off, was that the AC didn’t go as low as I would have liked considering that it was quite hot in Tokyo the time I stayed, but I think I was so tired from my trip that it didn’t end up mattering. My room was small but I saw some families checking in so I think whether you’re traveling solo or with a group, you’d have some options. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again, just maybe in cooler weather.

The hotel was very convenient for us. It was our first time traveling out of the country and the staff were super friendly and spoke good English. I felt very comfortable here and they helped and answered any questions we had. The breakfast was very good and the location was great for shopping and eating but also off to the side away so it’s not loud when trying to sleep at night.

I enjoyed my stay at lyf Shibuya Hotel very much. Parco is across the street. Plenty of restaurants and shops in the area. Staff is very helpful and accommodating. Hotel breakfast was good. Hotel laundry was easy to operate. I will stay here again when I come back to Tokyo.

We loved our stay at Lyf. Although our room was very small, it was extremely clean and fresh, with daily housekeeping. The front desk was helpful 24/7, and the location was perfect for exploring Tokyo. It was close to the metro station and the famous Meiji Shrine. Despite being in the heart of Shibuya, it was quiet enough at night to get a good night’s sleep. I also loved their amenities, we used the washer, dryer, and common kitchen area often, and they were always clean and well-maintained. The breakfast restaurant served nice, fresh food every morning starting at 7 AM. If I stay in Shibuya again, I will definitely choose Lyf Hotel.

This is a really lovely hotel. It’s clean, the staff are friendly, and it’s very close to everything. If you’re visiting Tokyo for the first time, it’s perfect. The breakfast is reasonably priced and good. I stayed on the 6th floor and couldn’t hear the city at all from my room. However, you can’t open the window to air out the room, which was a bit annoying. Also, be aware that the staff don’t speak much English and may have trouble giving directions around the city. But all in all, it’s a really great hotel.

Super lækkert hotel! Meget meget venligt personale og utroligt dejligt rent. Placeringen i Shibuya er fantastisk. De har også et fællesområde med køkken og hang out - kæmpe plus. Min varmeste anbefaling.

Clean, comfortable, and right in the heart of Shibuya. The hotel offers convenient laundry facilities and has a very nice workspace, which is perfect if you need to get some work done during your stay. The location is excellent, with everything you need nearby.

Aircon was super quiet, as was the room. Room smaller but expected. Shower and toilet were great including the soaps etc. Gym is tiny, not really a gym, treadmill and a few small dumbbells. Breakfast was the only disappointing feature of the hotel - tiny selection, little fruit, no yoghurt selection, dry pastries and the coffee came out of a jug, not adequate or expected of a 4 star hotel. Location great, walking to everything and close to main Shibuya Station.

our family went there and book the (2 of a kind) room, it has little living area with 2 separated rooms, both has it's own toilets and everything, very nice stay, staff is very helpful and smiles all the time. The location is right in the center of Shibuya but not noisy at all. Perfect hotels for couples and families.
