Nice clean comfortable house. Very relaxed/quiet part of town with views over the river plus ocean glimpses. Perfect for our stay, would stay again

Location and check in fine. Left over food found in the oven. Maggots everywhere and stench hard to bare. Cleaned it out ourselves for several hours on Friday. Smell lingered for much of the remaining stay. Food had clearly been there for a long time.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our experience at this rental was fantastic. The main bedroom has a beautiful view of the river. The house feels like a home. The house has a great layout and there is plenty of room. The house has a smart TV so on the rainy days we were abel to watch movie. Great location. Kids were able to ride their bikes to the river and we were still able to see them front the front of the house
