Hotellet var nok fullt så ingen ledig parkering. Ellers kjempe lett å sjekke inn med grei standard på rommet.

Bed was comfortable. Staff nice. Breakfast buffet was good. Only complaints which they can’t fix was my bathroom was really small with no counter space and there is no elevator so need to heave your luggage up the stairs.

Limited parking outside. Parked ICE cars blocked all 4 EV-charging points which I had had planned to use overnight. I ended up parking in the street, not sure if it was legal. The hotel is not staffed. Entrance to the premises and the room is by code which was sent in advance. My Double room had ok size for one, but would been a squeeze for two. Very clean everywhere. Bathroom was very narrow. Fortunately I don’t have an expansive build, otherwise I am not sure how I would have managed to reach the toilet seat. Very slippery floor tiles in the bathroom. I slipped when I came out of the combined shower&bathtub, fortunately did not hurt myself. If I were American I would have sued the hotel. I am sure those tiles on the floor are made to be used on walls. The bed was far far too soft. Now I understand why the preposition is to lie IN the bed instead of ON the bed. Something wrong with the window. I could easily open it but it got stuck, and despite my best efforts I could not close it again. Breakfast buffet style, quite basic. Bacon, meatballs, scrambled eggs for hot breakfast, and the in Norway ubiquitous salmon. The space very limited. The one and only staff person responsible for the breakfast tried his very best, but could not keep pace with the many guests. Lots of food items missing, dirty plates blocking tables. All together a much less than satisfying experience, I am afraid, and absolutely poor value for money.

Great hotel, but no elevator. Breakfast was great. Location was close to main square and shopping. Parking on the street. In a quiet residential neighborhood.

I really wanted to give this place 5 stars because the room and cleanliness were top-notch. However, the hot water supply was a major disappointment. There was no hot water at 9 PM or 7 AM. The management was friendly and explained it was due to the high occupancy, but they couldn't fix it during my stay. It seems the water heating system cannot keep up when the hotel is full. If they can upgrade the water capacity, this would easily be a perfect 10/10 stay.

Room and bathroom were very clean. I got an email and sms about the passcode for the room , everything was very smooth. Room was spacious and modern. Super hotel for the price .

Trevligt hotell, nära till stan, bra frukost, både varmt och kallt - och trevligt bemötande. Enda negativa var att rummet inte städades en enda gång under de fyra nätter vi var på plats. När vi kom var det rent och fint, men efter fyra dagar var det rätt skitigt.

Kun TV på deluxe-rommene, ikke på vanlige dobbeltrom. Ikke heis som jeg kunne finne. Dårlig renhold på baderom. Rommet ble ikke rengjort iløpet av 3 dagers opphold. Enkel, men grei frokost. God seng

El hotel fatal de limpieza, nunca me encontrado nada parecido, suelos sucio, cosas de la pequena cocina sucios y trapos por arriba del fogón, una toalla qur habia sido utilizada estaba colgada en el perchero, de verdad pensé en irme pero como era una noche dije vale me quedo, pero me arrependi, no había toalla de rostro, tampoco jabón para manos o cuerpo y un ruido qur no cesaba...uno de los peores que encontré!

Clean rooms, plenty of space. Friendly nice staff. Breakfast was sufficient with good quality salmon. Coffee and tea machine in the lobby. I would definately stay again. Parking at rear for those driving.

Rommet luktet vondt, og vinduene var så skittne at man nesten ikke kunne se igjennom de. Slitt og virket ustelt.

Alldeles för mjuk säng, avloppet i duschen behövde rensas då vattnet knappt rann undan, fläckig stol, väldigt lyhört, mörkläggningsgardinerna var spruckna och det kom in massa ljus i rummet. Balkongdörren gick knappt att dra igen. Fönstren var så smutsiga så att man knappt såg ut. Smidig in och ut checkning.

Väldigt skön säng. Rent.

Considering that it was one of the only hotels that offers a family room at a reasonable price, it was worth the price with a good breakfast. Not the easiest and practical shower in between the sink and the toilet... it was build in the cheapest way possible and after a shower the whole bathroom gets wet and a real Water Closet.

Clean and big room but the room is right outside the breakfast area so busy and noisy in the morning. Also very weird to open your door and it's directly facing people eating breakfast.

Das Hotel sieht von außen nicht so gut aus aber wir waren positiv überrascht von den Innenräumen. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon und haben die begehbare Dusche sehr begrüßt. Bad und Zimmer modern eingerichtet. Das Bett war nach unserem Empfinden zu weich. Das inbegriffene Frühstück war gut.

Bra boende nära centrum. Sköna sängar. Bra frukost. De har ingen hiss och ingen AC på rummet så det var ganska varmt. Och inga myggnät om man ville ha fönstret öppet. Vi fick fick ingen parking då de har få platser och folk hade parkerat med väldigt stor mellanrum. Vore bra om de kunde markera parkeringsplatserna med nergrävda plankor som de ofta har på grusparkeringar.

Presebce d'une kitchenette tres pratique. Les matelas nécessitent vraiment d'être changés !

Smart and efficient hotel let down by spartan bathroom with public toilet-style loo paper dispenser and no shower mat. Bed good size but way too soft. Breakfast good.

Lovely room, clean & comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Easy free parking. A little warm in room, and unable to open the window.

Easy check in with room number and door code emailed to you. Spacious, basic room - perfect price point for when you need a place to shower and sleep (we spent all day hiking and then early departure to airport).

Staff was most helpful and pleasant

Great staff delicious breakfast and having tea coffee snacks all day is high plus plus. The outside needs a bit of winter face lift but inside is clean quiet and lovely very helpful staff. Miguel helped recommend hikes and places to stay in Reine. We asked Carl for an extra towel and it was there in a snap. Carl checked us in late and helped with everything we needed. Thanks for giving us late night access as well self check in.

Le déjeuner était vraiment très bien. La serrure de notre chambre était défectueuse, on nous a rapidement octroyé une autre chambre. Chambre propre.

The rooms are great but it is harder not having anyone on reception to enquire about parking or any other matters. It could be signposted and the parking site needs cleaning up and marking out. Thanks for a good stay.

I did not receive a text with the code and room number Called customer service and someone who spoke a language that I didn't understand answered. Paid for a room at a hotel with people on site.

Had a problem with the door locking and someone came over to fix it.

Unfortunately the heating didn‘t work and the hotel service didn‘t react to any message or call.

This is a great value. It's right near the Hurtigruten dock. There's a grocery store and many restaurants in walking distance.

Very good breakfast. Great service from the staff member in the morning. I was in room 101 which was noisy during the breakfast time, and had to pass through the dining room with my lugagges while the people were eating.
