Got upgraded to a suite but to be honest it was still pretty poor. Restaurant was closed so only food available was in the bar area, which stops at 9, and consisted of frozen pizzas taken from a freezer in the bar and put in the microwave. Really poor, could only eat half. I was not the only person there complaining about the poor standard of food. In no way is the hotel a 4 star.

É um ótimo hotel em Roma, com um café da manhã muito gostoso, com frutas, pães, tortas, geléias, ovos, muito variado e as atendentes preparam um café muito bom. Ficamos em um quarto no primeiro andar que não tinha elevador, estávamos com 4 malas pesadas e pedi ajuda para leva-las ao quarto e o funcionário me disse que eu deveria subir sozinha, achei muito chato, pois um hotel 4 estrelas e sem acesso ao elevador e o hóspede com 4 malas e sem ajuda. A cama era muito confortável e o chuveiro muito bom. O ar condicionado não esfriava mais, a temperatura ficava em 20 graus, o que achei chato pois gosto do quarto um pouco mais frio. O estacionamento foi ótimo, sempre tinha vaga na área coberta. Um dia ficamos na piscina o dia todo, a área era muito boa, com cadeiras, toalha e guarda sol. O uso da touca é obrigatório e tivemos de pagar 3 euros para cada pessoa para poder entrar na piscina.

My wife and I enjoy staying at this hotel when we travel through Rome. It a beautiful property with great service and all the amenities you need. It located just off the Grande Raccordo which makes it easy to get in and of of the area for car travel. Rooms are very clean and well stocked with water (sparkling and flat), tea and coffee. All the bathroom amenities you need. The staff is extremely nice and very helpful. Breakfast offers a great assortment and service is the best!
