Çok temiz ve sade bir otel. Eğer benim gibi gösterişli ortamları sevmiyorsanız, sade ve kültür içeren 80'lerin dekorasyonu ile döşenmiş bu oteli seversiniz. Otelde her şey yeteri kadar var. Odamız çok güzel ve temizdi, bahçeye bakan oda olarak almıştım, hem denizi hem de bahçeyi görüyordu. Havuzu güzel. Denizi ise harika. Altın kumu var denizin dibinde ve sahilde. Çabuk derinleşmiyor, bu yüzden bir yürüyüş oluyor denizin içinde, dalgaların kumun üzerinde bıraktığı kabartılar, ayaklarınızın altına refleksoloji yapıyor. Harikaydı. Su çok güzel. Sakin ve kaliteli bir tatil için çok güzel. Merkeze 8 km uzaklıkta, taksi 15 euro tutuyor.

Sahil gayet temiz, deniz çocuklar için birebir, şezlong sayısı yeterli değil. Havuz güzel gözüküyordu ama hiç girmedik. Sabah kahvaltısı şaşırtıcı derecede zengindi. Türkler için çay makinesi bile konmuş. Domates, peynir, zeytin, reçel, yumurta vb. yanında kendilerine özel kahvaltılıklar da bulmak mümkün. Merkezden taksi ile 14 Euro tutuyor. Otopark var. The hotel is well located with restaurants and beach right near. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The restaurant manager, Dimitros, gave us a best choice of the fish restaurants in Lagade, where we enjoyed a lot the local food. Rooms are outdated and should be renovated, but it didn't affect our great stay at this hotel. By my opinion, if you are going to Chios, it is the best option to stay due the beach and pool. The breakfast/dinner/supper has a lot to choose from and the service is highly rated. Overall, we had a good time and will return to this property if will be back to Chios.

Çok fazla Türk misafiri olduğundan çay demlenirse çok güzel olur. Otel eski yenilenmeye ihtiyacı var. Banyodaki duş perdeleri, musluk, duş çok eski ve bakımsız. Havuzun temizliğine dikkat edilmesi gerekir.

Otel konumu harika plajı var odalar deniz manzaralı ve temiz .Eski bir otel aile odası istemiştik 3 kişilik ödeme yaptık ama çocuk için küçük bir koltuk vardı yatak yoktu çocuk rahat edemedi .Sifon bozuktu ipi çekerek su gidebiliyordu.Açık büfe kahvaltı güzeldi peynir salam gibi ürünler soğutucu dolapta muhafaza ediliyordu bunu birçok 5 yıldızlı otelde görmedim çok beğendim genel anlamda hijyene önem verilmiş konfor eksik.

Temizlik kötü değil aslında. Sadece tadilat anlamında rötuş ihtiyacı var. Temizlik o yüzden görünmüyor. Mesela küvet kaldırılmalı, perdeli olunca temizlik belli olmuyor. Genel anlamda çok beğendim. Özellikle resepsiyon çalışanları daha ilgili olması gerekiyor. Ben kendim de hizmet sektörü yöneticiliği yaptığım için algı da seçiciliğim fazlaydı belki😊 Kahvaltı da açık büfe düzeni daha şık olmasını tavsiye ederim. Bunun için para gerekmez, ufak dokunuşlara ihtiyaç var. Masa düzeni daha düzenli olmalı ufak dokunuşlarla ve değişikliklerle.

The staff are great, but it looks and feels like the owners have not spent a cent on it since it was built in the 70’s. So, it is tired. There’s nothing wrong with it - it is clean, staff are friendly and efficient, but it is not up to modern standards.

Odanın gayet temiz olmasına karşın maalesef içerideki Banyo tesisatı cok eski kalmış. Yikanirken banyonun her tarafini su basıyordu. Odanın bir perdesi eksikti. Onun dışında resepsiyon personeli çok arkadaşça ve yardımcı idi.

The staff are great, but it looks and feels like the owners have not spent a cent on it since it was built in the 70’s. So, it is tired. There’s nothing wrong with it - it is clean, staff are friendly and efficient, but it is not up to modern standards.

The hotel is well located with restaurants and beach right near. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The restaurant manager, Dimitros, gave us a best choice of the fish restaurants in Lagade, where we enjoyed a lot the local food. Rooms are outdated and should be renovated, but it didn't affect our great stay at this hotel. By my opinion, if you are going to Chios, it is the best option to stay due the beach and pool. The breakfast/dinner/supper has a lot to choose from and the service is highly rated. Overall, we had a good time and will return to this property if will be back to Chios.

Otel konumu harika plajı var odalar deniz manzaralı ve temiz .Eski bir otel aile odası istemiştik 3 kişilik ödeme yaptık ama çocuk için küçük bir koltuk vardı yatak yoktu çocuk rahat edemedi .Sifon bozuktu ipi çekerek su gidebiliyordu.Açık büfe kahvaltı güzeldi peynir salam gibi ürünler soğutucu dolapta muhafaza ediliyordu bunu birçok 5 yıldızlı otelde görmedim çok beğendim genel anlamda hijyene önem verilmiş konfor eksik.

Temizlik kötü değil aslında. Sadece tadilat anlamında rötuş ihtiyacı var. Temizlik o yüzden görünmüyor. Mesela küvet kaldırılmalı, perdeli olunca temizlik belli olmuyor. Genel anlamda çok beğendim. Özellikle resepsiyon çalışanları daha ilgili olması gerekiyor. Ben kendim de hizmet sektörü yöneticiliği yaptığım için algı da seçiciliğim fazlaydı belki😊 Kahvaltı da açık büfe düzeni daha şık olmasını tavsiye ederim. Bunun için para gerekmez, ufak dokunuşlara ihtiyaç var. Masa düzeni daha düzenli olmalı ufak dokunuşlarla ve değişikliklerle.

I absolutely enjoyed my visit to Golden Sands Hotel. Beginning with the excellent staff communications, and their personal welcome, and continuing with the room accomodations, and the pool overlooking the beach. I was there for a wedding party, and I was very happy with my hotel choice. As a solo "senior" woman, it is important to me to feel safe, to know that someone cares about my comfort and well-being. This is all true at the Golden Sands Hotel. I recommend it highly and can't wait to visit again!

The location of the hotel was so nice however as many other hotels or buildings in island the building was so old. However the rooms and the hotel in general was clean. The breakfast was poor. We did not have the chance to swim in sea or pool due to poor weather conditions. The staff was so kind and friendly.

Odanın gayet temiz olmasına karşın maalesef içerideki Banyo tesisatı cok eski kalmış. Yikanirken banyonun her tarafini su basıyordu. Odanın bir perdesi eksikti. Onun dışında resepsiyon personeli çok arkadaşça ve yardımcı idi.

Otele vardığımızda bize çok kötü bir oda verdiler, çift kişilik yatak istemiş olmama rağmen iki tek yataklı oda idi. Odamız çok güzel ve temizdi, bahçeye bakan oda olarak almıştım, hem denizi hem de bahçeyi görüyordu. Havuzu güzel. Denizi ise harika. Altın kumu var denizin dibinde ve sahilde. Çabuk derinleşmiyor, bu yüzden bir yürüyüş oluyor denizin içinde, dalgaların kumun üzerinde bıraktığı kabartılar, ayaklarınızın altına refleksoloji yapıyor. Harikaydı. Su çok güzel. Sakin ve kaliteli bir tatil için çok güzel. Merkeze 8 km uzaklıkta, taksi 15 euro tutuyor.

Hemen önünden kalkan otobüslerle merkeze çok rahat ulaşıyorsunuz. Taksi kullanırsanız 14-15 Euro tutuyor. Deniz sığı ve kum, çocuklu aileler için harika. Kahvaltısı güzel çeşitli. Çok fazla Türk misafiri olduğundan çay demlenirse çok güzel olur. Otel eski yenilenmeye ihtiyacı var. Banyodaki duş perdeleri, musluk, duş çok eski ve bakımsız. It was very European. Not the same as American, but we were in Europe to be in Europe, not to be in the US. The food was amazing, we had to wait for food, but when it came, it was consistently worth the wait. We would return to Golden Sands Hotel.

The hotel is well located with restaurants and beach right near. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The restaurant manager, Dimitros, gave us a best choice of the fish restaurants in Lagade, where we enjoyed a lot the local food. Rooms are outdated and should be renovated, but it didn't affect our great stay at this hotel. By my opinion, if you are going to Chios, it is the best option to stay due the beach and pool. The breakfast/dinner/supper has a lot to choose from and the service is highly rated. Overall, we had a good time and will return to this property if will be back to Chios.

The location of the hotel was so nice however as many other hotels or buildings in island the building was so old. However the rooms and the hotel in general was clean. The breakfast was poor. We did not have the chance to swim in sea or pool due to poor weather conditions. The staff was so kind and friendly.

Otel şehir merkezine uzak bir konumda. Havuz ve plajının olması güzel. Kahvaltı güzeldi ama akşam yemeğinde çeşit azdı. Odalar temizdi.

Otele vardığımızda bize çok kötü bir oda verdiler, çift kişilik yatak istemiş olmama rağmen iki tek yataklı oda idi. En önemlisi oda çok kötü ve ağır kokuyordu, yatakların karyolaları, pencereler dolaplar çok ama çok eski idi, kokunun sebebi de buydu. Sonra odamızı değiştirdiler ama yine çift kişilik yataklı oda değüldi, orada 1 gün kaldık sonraki günler için odamız yine değişti. Plajda şemsiye çok yetersiz, şezlonglar çok eski. 1 gece 1,5 gün kaldık. Aradığımız şey deniz kenarı bir otel olduğu için bu beklentimiz yüzde yüz karşılandı. Karfas’daki en iyi lokasyonlardan biri olabilir. Kahvaltı gayet iyi, resepsiyon çalışanları güler yüzlü, oda temizdi. Tek sorun suyun ara ara kesilmesiydi ama bölgedeki su borularının tamiri ile ilgiliymiş. Bize denk geldi!

Odalarda ilaç içmeye su bulamadım . Saat 23:00 den sonra mutfak , bar heryer kapanıyor su almak için otelden çıkış markete gitmek gerekiyor :(

The hotel sits right by the beach which is quite nice beach and has sunbeds but the service at the beach is very poor . You have to go and get them from the pool area and it takes a long time to get served . Breaks fast is also nothing special and the choice and the quality of the food served is also nothing special . The waiters don’t even bother to ask you if you want tea/ coffee etc . You have to try and catch their attention and ask for everything yourself . There isn’t a big choice of hotels in Chios especially at the higher end so you are a bit stuck with this level of accommodation . Maybe small family run hotels may offer better service / food etc . On the day of check in we arrived around 10.30/ 11 pm and on the day of check out they were really strict that we had to vacate the room between 11 max 12 . There is a mini bar in the room but it was totally empty and they didn’t even leave a bottle of water . There was a safe in the room but it was not working ( no battery ) So you can understand the level of attention this hotel provides to its clients .
