Quality Aparthotel Zenitude Val d'Europe

This property was perfect for our visit to Disney. The staff were excellent and very helpful- so friendly. We were a 2 min walk to the train station to Disney and lots of places to eat nearby. Pool was great. We enjoyed the games room/ pool table. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Very safe place with a special key to get into the building at night. Highly recommend.

This is a good location for Disney if you don’t want to pay those Disneyland hotels prices. Shopping centre is in walking distance as well as restaurants & cafes Local shop round the corner which is good because they don’t provide you with water or anything in the rooms. Had some coffee to put in the machine but feel water is more important especially as it was hot. We had a couple of issues was given a room with sofa bed only which when you are with a 7 year old you don’t want to keep making the bed each night. Complained to them and they moved us. They did struggle to communicate in English and nothing in the hotel is written in English this was a struggle. So if you are good at French you will be ok. They charged me again as had no Proof of payment from Expedia but I did get it back. So make sure this doesn’t happen to you. Double check you have booked a room with a bed. It was very clean. Signal was dreadful had to do phone calls or internet outside the hotel. No hair dryer either but says on info there is. TV wouldn’t work no signal but we spent more time out so didn’t bother informing them especially with language issue. Pool is great as you book a slot for an hour & have it to yourself. However be aware closes at 6.30pm which is a same after hot day in Disney. No reception open late either. In all honesty I am more annoyed at Expedia as they should vet the hotels and raise the language issue when booking. Even your emails from the hotel is in French. Staff tried.

Piscine au top et bien chauffée meme en hiver.

This hotel was in an excellent location for Disneyland Paris. 5 minutes walk to the train station, and only one stop on the train to Disneyland. The reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is located on a beautiful street, with an array of restaurants, supermarkets and large shopping centre. Our boys aged 8 and 6, loved relaxing in the beautiful indoor pool in the evening. I would highly recommend this hotel, it was also extremely good value for money. We are looking forward to our next stay in this hotel!

Cependant la propreté était moyenne (syphon de la douche vraiment dégoûtant; vaisselle pas très propre; et couloir pour aller au garage plein de toiles d’araignées et sol poussiéreux). Le store dans le salon était cassé, nous avons appelé un technicien qui n’a pu le réparer que partiellement; le store ne se baissait que jusqu’à moitié (problématique quand on aime dormir dans le noir); personne n’a proposé de nous changer de chambre. This was a great stay.. It's was a 4 minute walk to the Mall, Starbucks, and train station.. It's a very new and clean community.. The staff was very courteous and knowledgeable about the facility and surrounding areas; they even spoke English.. The facility also had a laundry service for 8 euros..

Summary: Property is okay. Ensure to check in when reception is manned i.e. before 6pm. Very difficult to check in otherwise and we only managed it due to luck! Buy supplies including washing up stuff, glasses and coffee etc. We are a family of 5 (3 young kids). Positives: really close to Disney - 5 min drive. Good supermarket under the building. Great bakery and pizzeria. We didn’t try the brasserie over the road but it looked good. Clean property. Lots of towels. Laundry service really good value and fast. Pool looked lovely but we didn’t manage to test it. Not so positive: frustrating check in process as we arrived after hours. Telephone not manned and staff cannot speak English which was problematic in the circumstances as we couldn’t work out for a very long period how to get in and also where the parking was. Nowhere to park easily and unload luggage. Our apartment had a leak from the air conditioning which we saw as soon as we came in (after 10pm). There was no way to contact anybody so I managed to find a lady downstairs who came up and cleaned so that was lucky as there were no cloths or any other way to wipe up (save the bath towels!!) The main blackout blind didn’t work - not good. No kitchen roll or washing up utensils provided. Only two bowls and cups and glasses provided (property for 6 people). there is a coffee machine but no coffee.

Super ! Établissement très très agréable et confortable j'ai adoré faire un petit tour à la piscine, qui nous fait perdre le fil du temps. Avec la grande verrière au-dessus, (il faudrait mettre une petite pendule 😅) Le personnel est adorable Il fait partie maintenant de mes premiers choix d'hôtel dans le secteur 👍

Chambre avec une odeur de cigarette et comme lit un canapé convertible avec un confort moyen. Sinon la chambre était propre et spacieuse.

Very clean establishment. Staff was friendly and accommodating when dealing with late check-in. They very promptly replied to emails. The location was close to the train which made it easy to get around.

Just a short walk to Val D’Europe station and one stop to Disneyland Paris. (It is walkable apparently, but we didn’t try it, especially as the trains are both frequent and cheap!) One note - remember to let reception know if you’ll be checking in after 6:30pm / 10:30pm (I’ve seen reference to both so not sure which) - we arrived around 11:30pm and I hadn’t realised we needed to inform them, but reception staff were very helpful and understanding. Highly recommend

Room clean, spacious, convenient location

Super clean, new, comfortable rooms. Really easy to get to from Disneyland Paris. Close to train station and shops and restaurants. Claire on reception is amazing, so friendly and helpful! Traveled with two children and they said the sofa bed was the most comfortable! Would definitely recommend

Impecable habitación. El personal de recepción es muy amable. Perfecta para ir a Disney y a solo unos minutos de la estacion de tren y la zona de compras. Val d'Europe es una zona perfecta que siempre eligo para mis viajes a Disney. Primera vez que me alojo aqui y lo elegire en el futuro otra vez. Le hace falta un poco de decoracion en la paredes para hacerlo un poco mas "cozy" y tener secador en las habitaciones. El secador lo puedes pedir en recepcion, pero lo tienes que entregar al terminar. Me imagino que seria un poco incomodo si te quieres alojar varias noches y lo tienes que pedir todos los dias. Pero para una noche o dos perfecto

This property has recently added a hotel offering, but it was created as a retirement residence five years ago. The building is lovely. The location is excellent. The apartments are spacious and well air conditioned. It was nice to see the seniors and we chatted with several. The pool is very nice, but keep in mind it closes at either 8 or 9 PM. After a long day at Disneyland Park it was nice to use the pool. There was no hairdryer, but I received one at the reception after asking. There were no luggage racks but I was told they are on order. The beds were a little hard but some people like that. It was great to have a full kitchen and there is a grocery store on site. Overall we were pleased with our stay and would recommend for anyone visiting Disney or Val D’Europe.

We enjoyed the size And (cleaning), we are used to front desk. Staff 24 hours, I was surprised there was nobody on the desk at 8 AM in the morning. My previous hotel had USB adapters and that was a great asset!

I booked 2 rooms. Receptionist was nice at check-in. There was no soap in our room. I had to borrow from the other room. I notified staff in the morning, when we returned at night there stil wasnt any.

Super courteous and kind staff. Beautiful room and a lovely continental breakfast. I'd highly recommend staying at Zenitude.

Excellent hôtel idéalement situé en plein centre de Val d’Europe. Tout est accessible à pied : centre commercial, boulangerie, restaurants… et Disneyland n’est qu’à une station de RER ! L’appartement est très propre, bien entretenu et agréable à vivre. Le personnel est vraiment au top, très accueillant, aussi bien les deux réceptionnistes que la directrice. Je recommande à 100 % et j’y reviendrai sans hésiter.

Really lovely hotel/ apartment very modern and clean. Very convenient location only 20 minutes walk to Disneyland and 20 minutes walk vallee designer outlet which makes it perfect if you want to do both. Grocery store around the corner so you can pick up bits you need to cook. Overall really impressed with the hotel and would stay again

Ideal for those looking to save money on a Disney trip. Val D’europe station is minutes away. A 3 minute trip on the train takes you right to Disney village. Excellent shopping, grocery, and restaurants nearby. Quiet neighborhood.

Nice remodel room with kitchen. Very quiet. Easy to take train to Disneyland in 1 stop. I just wish we could have check out later.

This was a great setup for our family. We stayed for two nights for our day at Disney before moving into the city for our next two nights in Paris. If we had known how convenient it was to the train, we would have stayed here the whole time.

Room was spotless, clean, and beautiful. Staff are great as well with all of the info and help us with all we need. The convenience of the location to the transit and shopping mall are amazing. I'll give this 4 star because breakfast coffee machine was broken the first day of our stay. We also couldn't use the toaster since the breaker blew up. Overall great experience though.

Hôtel très bien dans l’ensemble bien situé proche du rer et du parc Disney La chambre était confortable et bonne literie Quelques points à revoir petit déjeuner un peu élevé au niveau du prix par rapport à la prestation proposé Non respect des des cartes bancaires : utilisation de l’empreinte de la carte de la réservation alors que normalement le paiement devait se faire sur place Facturation de la bagagerie je suis un peu surpris

Nice rooms, spacious and clean. Not fit for cooking, no utensils. Poor language skills and pretty unhelpful staff. Only stayed one night, from 10 pm till morning. The breakfast consisted of stale bread, cheese and rubbery ham. Some cereal. But NO tableware, ie no cups, bowls or plates…
