Staff is great, hotel is good.

Location is very nice, good staff. Clean rooms.

Overall good, Need to improve the wash room & also Indoor Restaurant need to start for dining.

The staff was very helpful. That place is under heavy construction you have to walk through the construction area to get to the reception which makes going out at night challenging. I was given a room at the back of the hotel next to the construction area and I requested it to be changed because of the constant intense noise and dust from the construction. I was put in a different room but my god, there were bugs or insects all over. They swept the floor but they returned right back. In the morning my bed and floor was covered with them. I felt things crawling in my head all night. Had to ask them to turn the hot water on. The shower was just dripping so I used the cup and the bucket the wash up. There was no toilet paper provided. I asked and the didn’t know what I was talking about. Non provided. Thankfully I only spent one night. I guess I got what I paid for. The overall location was great and close to all the religious places and I am thankful for that, it’s the reason I visited the city.
