This property is perfect for any large family gathering. Great accommodations, very large guest home with all of the amenities (pool, hot tub, TVs, Wi-fi, large fenced in back yard, propane grill, outdoor/indoor eating areas, fire pit, etc.). Lots of parking is available on site as well. The home is well taken care of and comes with all kitchen items you need to cook meals as well. The property managers are fantastic and live just up on the hill behind the home of anything is needed. I highly recommend this property!

We had a great stay here. The pool and hot tub were priceless, the house has a ton of space with a big kitchen and lots of seating. There is a grill with an outdoor area and there is a lot to do in that area. The owners were very responsive. I highly recommend we had a great time and will likely return and stay here again.

The house and grounds were immaculate and the perfect size for my family of 7. The kids enjoyed the pool and games and the adults enjoyed the hot tub. Wish we had been able to stay longer to enjoy the other outdoor spaces like the BBQ and fire pit. Would highly recommend this property. Also thank you to our hosts for the delicious bread.

We had a wonderful weekend in Lancaster. This Vrbo was in a great location to Sight and Sound. It was a bit closer to the road than we originally thought but it was beautiful inside. My family enjoyed all the space the house provided as well as the hot tub. We had 11 people in our party from 70 to 5 in ages and all were very comfortable here. It was very clean which I really appreciated. Steve was a great host and I would high recommend this property.

We were pleasantly surprised to find a place to stay with our family that was VERY clean, well equipped, roomy, and better than staying in more expensive hotels without our own kitchen. The owner was attentive,easy to communicate with and accomodating to our grandkids visiting with animals on his farm. We plan to stay here again on our next visit to Sight & Sound. Highly recommended!

It was so pleasant and comfy. We loved it. The decor was soft and calming with lots of scripture to remind you how gracious our God is and how blessed we are. It was very clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook with. It was too cool for the pool but the hot tub was a big hit. The stay here made for a wonderful weekend. Thanks so very much.

We stayed with a total of 9 adults for our weekend trip to the PA Renaissance faire. The house was gorgeous and had enough space for all of us comfortably. Having a dishwasher was a blessing. Having a pool and hot tub was very relaxing after a day of walking around the fairgrounds. The owners were nice enough to show us their animals before we left. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to the PA Ren faire next year.

This property was perfect for our family of 8. It was extremely clean and well stocked. With 3 living rooms ahd 4 bedrooms, everyone had space. It is a little far from the center of activities and some uneven flooring made it a challenge for me since I use a walker but I would recommend this property and Steve, the owner. And the kids loved the pool.

We spent a wonderful week with extended family at the White Horse Guest House in Gap Pennsylvania. Of course, we sampled the standard tourist attractions; Hershey World and Hershey Park are certainly worth a visit, but elicited mixed reviews among our family members. Mostly, we enjoyed the lesser known pleasures to be found in the more immediate area. A farm stand that boasts homemade root beer, and a nearby pretzel factory that provides hands-on tours were particularly big hits. Mostly, we loved the Guest House itself. Our children loved swimming in the very well maintained pool, and the hot tub was certainly relaxing after a long day of exploring. The fire pit was also enjoyed by all. The owners could not have been more gracious and generous, answering all our questions and going above and beyond to make sure that we had a fantastic time. If you ask nicely, they just may let you see their goats and horses. We certainly recommend a stay at the White Horse Guest House. Indeed, we already miss it.

I set this trip up for a group of my high school theater students, traveling to see Sight and Sound. Our group's plan changed along with the number in the group a few weeks before our visit, and Steve was willing and very accommodating of the changes. I did message him one time and didn't hear back from him for a few weeks, but when I did hear back he was very apologetic for the delay. As for the actual visit, the home was very nice and spacious with plenty of beds and bathrooms for our group of 19. The kitchen was nice, too. They struggled a bit to regulate the temperature at first but got it working in the end. I definitely would use them again.

We really enjoyed our stay in Stevens property. It was convenient clean and the family is great! They made you feel like you were at home and any question I had was quickly answered. We had a wonderful weekend in Lancaster. This Vrbo was in a great location to Sight and Sound. It was a bit closer to the road than we originally thought but it was beautiful inside. My family enjoyed all the space the house provided as well as the hot tub. We had 11 people in our party from 70 to 5 in ages and all were very comfortable here. It was very clean which I really appreciated. Steve was a great host and I would high recommend this property.

This property was perfect for our family of 8. It was extremely clean and well stocked. With 3 living rooms ahd 4 bedrooms, everyone had space. It is a little far from the center of activities and some uneven flooring made it a challenge for me since I use a walker but I would recommend this property and Steve, the owner. And the kids loved the pool.

Everything about the property was perfect! It was beautiful, had everything we needed, and the location was central to many of the areas we wanted to visit. The hosts were fantastic. This is a beautiful and welcoming place to stay.

The house was very spacious! The rooms are a very big! The house had everything we needed for the week. Pots and pans, dishes, towels, linens, washer and dryer, pool, hot tub and more. The location was great, it was close to all the attractions near Lancaster. We enjoyed our syau very much! Mike and Janice

As one of the youth directors of my local church, this property was very nice and accommodating. Once the young people entered the house, they loved it and truly enjoyed it. While we were away most of the time because the convention center was far, we appreciated the place. It was also very clean and great.

We were very pleased to have spent Thanksgiving weekend in such a wonderful, clean and well appointed home. The highlight , for us , was that the kitchen area was large enough for all to gather and that there were plenty of places for privacy as well. A delicious bread greeted us on the counter too. For me personally, the clop-clop of buggies passing by was comforting and enjoyable.

This house was perfect for our friends getaway weekend. We enjoyed some local things and then actually headed into Lancaster for dinner and loved. Mary Bailey's. The house was spotless and yummy cookies greeted us on our arrival along with the family. Thanks for a great trip!

Our third time staying at this beautiful home! Everything was perfect, excellent & spacious. Kitchen is large, bedrooms are equally large - property is meticulously maintained and close to all the area has to offer. We will definitely be back again!

Everything was wonderful. We enjoyed the hot tub even though it was in the 50s during the late evening. The jacuzzi tub was great for the kids to enjoy a bath and the walk in shower was great for disabilities. The house had a lot of room and we enjoyed the different spaces. There was plenty of seating, towels, linens and even a high chair and pack and play. The little ones loved walking up to see the animals. We brought our own wood and enjoyed a campfire and s'mores. The place was excellent. The only negative was that the beds were a little hard.
