Checking in and all that was fine. Mostly clean and warm rooms. However their ice machine was broken so they're telling their customers to cut across the parking lot (thru the ice and snow) and get ice from the neighboring motel 6. Unfortunately the next morning my wife went to get ice and slipped and hurt her arm, hip, and shoulder. Very unprofessional. Get a giant cooler and fill it with ice and keep THAT in the lobby.

The property itself was very clean, but the parking lot was a pothole mess. I loved the laminate flooring and the beds were very comfortable. Just because of our schedule, we didn't partake of the hotel breakfast. Our only real complaint was the hot water - or rather, lack thereof. The water temperature never got above warm.

* Property is an older place. * Flooring updated, but bathroom ceiling is cheap drop ceiling that reduces headroom. * No microwave in breakfast area, no orange juice, just orange "drink". * Both nights we were there the other guests close to our room were exceedingly loud and raucous. Many sirens through the night. Would have been nice to have 2 chairs in the room.

Hotel was better than other places I stayed at during my trip, which were more $$. Room was clean, sheets were very soft, and AC looked new and worked fantastic. Having over sized parking right outside my door/window was very nice. It allowed me to feel secure about parking my truck and cargo trailer.

Expedia reviews seemed fairly accurate until this one. There is no way this gets 8.6 and I really question some of these reviews. The property was cheaply renovated but is still nasty and unclean. There was hair in the bathroom and the floors were dirty. No tissues and a towel was stained. Noisy as hell. People smoking cigarettes outside. They shouldn’t even advertise the “breakfast,” it is that lame. It might be worth $30 but not anywhere near 100. The only good thing I can say is my car didn’t get broken into which was a concern just looking at the property.

The person at the desk was friendly and helpful. The room was not clean. There was hair in the sink and bathtub from prior people staying I called the front desk to ask about and was told that housekeeping is not available. There were random people all about outside , would not recommend

The desk clerks were nice. The room was fairly clean. AC was good. Linens and drapes were good. Bed and pillows were just ok. Outside of motel was pretty scruffy. The walls were thin, so outside and next door sounds were noisy. We won’t stay again.

It wasn’t a bad hotel room by any means. If you’re looking for somewhere cheap to crash for the night…this might be the place for you. However, there were several sketchy people in the parking lot, screaming and yelling at night, and drunk people stumbling around by my door. The bathroom had paint peeling off the tub, the hair dryer was melted, the bed wasn’t the best, and the 24/7 front office was locked at 10pm when I got lost my key. That being said, it was the cheapest in the area, the room was clean, the AC worked well, the WIFI was good, and breakfast had waffles. I wouldn’t stay here if you’re a woman traveling alone or have kids, but if you need somewhere to crash for the night for cheap…

It was nice to get into a clean bed. But the room was hot and muggy, not what your looking forward to after an all day drive. But it cooled quick enough and I'm grateful. I would probably stay again, I stay to get clean sleep and out the door and it suits my needs.

I stayed here with my family for one night. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The room was spacious and comfortable, but unfortunately, the cleanliness of the washroom was disappointing — there was visible dust and hair on the floor, and the shower was not working. The room was clean, cozy, and quiet. Check in was easy. We tried checking out this morning at 6 a.m. and the lobby was locked and no one answered the Ring doorbell. Also, the pillows were heavenly!

Upon arrival I rang the bell on the door. Apparently after a certain time they check you in through a window. Not like a checkin window, an actual full size window, lady holding the blinds up trying to pass my id back and forth. It was cold outside, I found this ridiculous. Then I was asked for a deposit. I paid through Expedia and dont remember seeing anything about a deposit. If I would have known, I definitely wouldnt have booked here. We had been on a long three day road trip and I was just ready to sleep. The room was cold and took hours to warm up. There was hair on the pillows and sheets and the floors were dirty. Breakfast is very limited. I personally would not stay here again.

We stayed for 3 nights and the room was comfortable. The staff was friendly and readily took care of any needs which we had. I am disabled and they were able to get us a ground floor room which was great. We didn't have them clean the room, but was able to get fresh towels as needed. This hotel isn't anything fancy but it is great for an overnight or multi-day stay. The breakfast was nothing to jump up and down about...cereals, bread, begals, small muffins. All in all it was a great stay and would recommend it.

The motel is behind another motel, so I was kind of unsure when I pulled up. Everything was fine though. The area felt safe, the room was clean, and the staff was nice. The price was excellent, and I’d definitely stay again.

We were driving home to Ohio from Colorado, and had been in the car for 15 hours. All we wanted was a clean room to crash in for the night for a reasonable price. This place was perfect. This place was clean, quiet, well kept up and close to the highway. The breakfast bar was nice too.

Nice, cheap motel in a pretty quiet corner of town. Taco Bell across the street for easy grub. Weird intersection close by but it wasn't too big of an issue. Motel was very clean & offered a simple breakfast every morning. Would definitely stay here again.

Was looking for an over night hotel. Needed to be clean with comfortable bed and a shower. Met expectations. Not much breakfast. No tea. Disappointed.

Room was very clean and comfortable. The ad did say that there was breakfast included and there was nothing not even coffee. The page may need to be updated if they aren't going to even have a continental breakfast. Also was charged a $50 deposit that was a first with Hotel.com in the years that I have been using the ap.

Rooms had been recently renovated and were clean. Typical features such as work out room were lacking and dining options were limited. Complimentary breakfast was abysmal. Consisted of prepackaged toast, some jelly, cereal, OJ and Coffee. No fruit, oatmeal (even pre-packaged) or yogurt.

We got a good price for the night stay. Nothing fancy,but clean. Breakfast, if you can call it that, was bare minimum. Just plan to go across the street to the cracker barrel, you'll be glad you did.

This was a perfect overnight stay while traveling to our destination. Right off interstate, quiet, bed comfy. Breakfast of cereals, bagels, muffins, waffles, coffee, juice. Would definitely stay again

It's a basic motel, clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The included breakfast consists of cold cereal, muffins , bread for toast, coffee and juice. The bed was comfortable. There are a couple of sit-down restaurants very close by with a bunch of fast food chains a few miles down the road.

I stayed here with my family for one night. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The room was spacious and comfortable, but unfortunately, the cleanliness of the washroom was disappointing — there was visible dust and hair on the floor, and the shower was not working. The breakfast offered very limited options and could be improved. Overall, while the stay had some positives, the cleanliness and amenities need attention.

Unfortunately we had to move rooms because there were multiple roaches when we went in. The room we were moved to appeared to have not been used in a while so it was hot when we walked in. We also had to kill two brown recluses (one on the floor under air conditioner and one in the sink). There were spider webs in the corners and dead bugs on the floor. I would not stay here again.

The location is kind of awkward. I had pre-registered online which didn’t mean a thing once I got there I had to pay a $50 hotel fee that supposedly someday I will get back. The breakfast was bare. Basics in the room was just as basic definitely would would not go back

This is an older hotel with outside doors and a huge parking lot, which was a plus for my 18 wheeler . Check-in was kind of slow as I arrived at 1:15 AM and there was a button to push. I think we had to wake up a guy up to come and do a check-in breakfast was so so no protein items just cereal, toast, waffles, etc. one thing I like was they put pasdet mattress covers on the bed and it made it feel like memory foam it was the most comfortable band among the bunch of hotels I’ve stayed recently

Staff was nice. The hotel idea of breakfast was a joke and a waste of time going to the lobby! Can the hotel also get better toilet paper? This hotel will not be on my list for a quick weekend getaway again! Get what you pay for is how I'm looking at this hotel stay.

It was very quiet and not busy which was nice. The front desk staff were very kind. The room was recently remodeled which was cool. I think the cleaning people need to pay better attention to some stuff like making sure their hair doesn’t fall on sheets and that the sheets are cleaned better. There are no vents in the bathroom so the ceiling looks a bit rough. The bed was comfortable with good pillows. The tv worked good. Just some cosmetic issues. See pics. I’d stay here again though.
