Dyafa Pyramids Hotel & Spa

Our room was very nice and spacious, including the bathroom, the shower worked well too. It was very clean when we arrived, after that it was cleaning on request (clearly communicated). When requested the cleaning was very good. Breakfast was good, it was possible to choose between 3 types of breakfast. I would have preferred a less restricted choice, so that I could for example have egg (from the continental breakfast) and a croissant (from the american breakfast). The breakfast was served on the rooftop terrace with an amazing view of the pyramids. The pool was very nice and when using it you immediately get towels. The staff was extremely helpful. We arrived early and were allowed to use the whole building while waiting (including the pool and the tables to eat the food we brought). When the lock of our luggage was blocked the staff at the reception helped us open it. They also helped with printing of tickets we bought online. Once we ate dinner at the hotel, it was delicious but we had to wait a long time for it (they had gotten many orders at the same time). That's the only inconvenience that comes to my mind.

Nous y avons passé un bon séjour malgré la première nuit passée dans un autre hôtel (très proche) car il y avait un problème de chambre. Ils ont tous géré pour cette nuit dans un autre établissement, et ont offert le dîner. Le personnel est très agréable et les prestations de qualités.

Pyramids and plate makers who want to make a little money off you. The hotel is a 5 minute taxi ride from the Egyptian Museum, so a super convenient location. The hotel was under renovation, so a bit messy. The staff very helpful. Breakfast a bit sparse, had to pay extra for 2 cups of coffee and for juice. But extra cheap with the great location. The pool is also not bad. So ok for the price.
