Big Studio with Ocean View max 6 sleepers

I stayed with a few friends this place is beautiful and cozy and was just what we were looking for. Location is great and near little Italy lots of restaurants nearby.

A nice large studio, we were able to walk to the park and little italy with no trouble. And the planes overhead didnt seem as bad as most people have said, it was pretty cool watching them fly over.

Me and my girlfriend stayed here after my birthday trip in LA and it was a beautiful condo with a beautiful location, nice views, nice breeze, freedom to have my dog. Literally the only negative things were the planes that fly directly over which you are warned about and is in the description so nothing you can do about that, and the studio next door was doing work so there was people working right next to us from 8 in the morning to 8 at night. So it was a little loud but they were pretty cool respectful people and I understand they have a job to do so it was very minor. Other than that super wonderful beautiful place. Almost wish I could live in there 😂 All jokes aside very nice would def recommend and would book this place again!

We had a great time! This stay is roomy for a studio and it’s walking distance to Balboa Park and many bars/restaurants. The planes are indeed loud and parking can be tricky, but the ad is upfront about those things. We had no trouble with either. The view from the kitchen window looks directly down the airport runway… it’s noisy but fun to watch!

In town for the marathon and myself and 3 friends stayed. Upon arrival, there was some construction going on INSIDE the apartment and it was a bit weird to try to checkin with all our stuff as the men didn't seem to know we were arriving. However, manager was there and it all worked out. When other reviews say it's directly under the flight path - it is DIRECTLY under the flight path! However, we found this more fascinating than anything - felt like you could reach up and touch the planes. I wear bose sleep buds to sleep, so I wasn't bothered by this. It's close to downtown, so there was plenty of sirens going off - police/ambulance. But, that's not different than any city in my opinion. Location was convenient. Lyft/Uber always available within 5 minutes. One thing to note - the sun comes in the windows pretty harsh in the afternoons and it warms up fast - but the AC worked fine for us. But when it cools down in the evenings - the AC was way too much. Not a big deal at all, but saw people complaining about the AC in other reviews. The view was amazing from the kitchen. Bathroom is a bit dark and couldn't shut the shower curtain completely b/c of lack of light. Again - no big deal. Of note, the bathroom doesn't have good light for makeup. The light is off to the side and casts bad shadows. So we had to set up a mirror in the kitchen to get ready. Also, not a big deal. Overall - no complaints and would stay again.
