I checked out. Went to my scheduled meeting and realized I left something in the room. I called and went back 2 hours later and was taken straight to the room and retrieved my items. They were so helpful and kind. Will definitely stay again when in the area. Will tell friends and family to stay here. Thanks you!

Once again, I stayed at the Candlewood Hotel in Oakwood. The first time was when I came to visit my mother. This time, I came because of her passing. Both times, the staff showed my family and me so much compassion, kindness, understanding, and support. I would like to sincerely thank everyone, especially Maria, the new General Manager, Tracy, the assistant manager, and Omar at the front desk. Thank you all so much for being there for us during such a difficult time. Your kindness meant more than words can express. Once again, the hotel was a wonderful place to stay. Everything was excellent, but what stood out the most was the compassion and care you showed us. I truly appreciate it, and I will always be grateful. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

The room and property were clean and well maintained. The staff were very courteous and welcomed us every day as we were in and out frequently. Definitely recommend this property if you are staying in the Oakwood area for buisness or personal travel. 5 stars all around..

We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean qnd smelled nice. There were plenty of towels and the shower was hot. We will definitely be staying again.

I thought that the room was excellent. The staff was great. It was clean. It was quiet. I only have two complaints. I did not get a bathtub as I asked and the TV and one of my rooms did not work properly but the staff did try to help
