Loved te back door entrance

The check in was poor, when booking this unit with Expedia I asked for 2 rooms, 2 adults in one, 1 adult in the other. Was transferred to VRBO, and the unit only had one bedroom. They told me I was not misinformed, that the unit slept 3 adults. Said there was a sofa bed, which was actually a fold down Futon type with ridged cushions, not at all comfortable for a tall man. A couple would barley fit on it. Sent screen shot from Expedia that said 2 rooms. and they said this is what this unit was, which actually technically has 3 rooms counting the bathroom. Also Vrbo wanted extra fees, for the Fantastic Stay people, plus damage deposits. I have always done well with Expedia, but did not enjoy this experience with VRBO

The room was very spacious, clean and had everything required for basic needs, except for the coffee mate or cream & tin foil that I bought for the kitchen. I left it in bottom drawer for future guests to use. There was an oversized jetted bathtub for soaking in but would have been nice to be able to have the jets working! Also if it could be arranged for the pool and hot tub in area as the Fairmont Hot Springs were closed for renovations during my stay. Really enjoyed having a corner walk out as well. Would recommend this to others for sure.

This time of year is quite. The unit is private, bright, comfortable and so clean. Thank you!

The extra pull out sofa is not the best to sleep on. Way too hard and could use a foam pad if kept or changed if allowing 3-4 people to stay in the unit. Nice to have laundry inside unit. Could use a couple more kitchen items like, Pyrex dishes and cookie sheets for the oven. Thank you
