Eleni Holiday Resort

Im großen und Ganzen war die Unterkunft okay. Die Zimmer sind von der Größe her gut, leider lief das Wasser in der Dusche nicht ab und das jedes Mal. Generell gab es damit wohl Probleme im Hotel. Das Essen ist gewöhnungsbedürftig und wahrscheinlich Geschmacksache, für uns war leider nicht viel dabei. Die Kellner bzw. Mitarbeiter sind teilweise sehr unfreundlich/unhöflich. Die Getränke Situation war katastrophal, entweder man wurde weg geschickt oder die Kellner waren überfordert mit dem ausschenken. Die Organisation beim Essen war sehr schlecht. Des Weiteren wurde unser Zimmer trotz Wunsch nur einmal richtig gereinigt. Nach Handtüchern und Toilettenpapier musste ich immer an der Rezeption fragen. Beim Animationsprogramm fiel leider einiges aus ohne die Gäste zu informieren. Das fanden wir sehr schade. Der Pool war sehr schön. Auch die Umgebung toll. Nur darf man hier nicht mit einem schönen Sandstrand rechnen dafür muss man weiter fahren. Generell ist die Gegend traumhaft schön. Man kann mit dem Auto alles erreichen.

Hotel bruyant, un peu éloigné. L'élagage des arbres à 8h du matin, les enfants qui crient dans la piscine dès 8h, les vacanciers qui réservent leur transat dès 8h du matin, la douche qui fuit, l'odeur d'humidité...non vraiment pas mon style d'établissement. La formule all inclusive brasse des touristes peu civilisés

We had a mixed experience at this hotel. The biggest issue was how crowded it was. The pool was extremely busy, with people often standing shoulder to shoulder, which made it difficult to relax and enjoy the facilities. There was also no direct beach access. You could walk to the communal beach nearby, but the resorts next door had their own beach areas with sunbeds, which made the difference quite noticeable. Although our room had been renovated, it still felt somewhat run down. The air conditioning did not cool the room properly, and there were visible pipes in the bathroom. The fridge also did not work. Unfortunately, complimentary food was left inside, and because the fridge was warm, it eventually started to smell and made the room unpleasant. We also found the setup difficult as we were not staying on an all-inclusive package. Getting food and drinks from the small snack shop was surprisingly difficult because we did not have the required wristbands, even though we were paying guests. On the positive side, the reception staff were genuinely lovely. They were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. So if you are looking for a calm getaway with beach access, I’m not sure if this hotel is for you.

Ολα ήταν υπέροχα.Το δωμάτιο καθάρο όπως στις φωτογραφίες.Η πισίνα υπέροχη και το φαγητο εξαιρετικο!Το μόνο αρνητικό ήταν ο χώρος στάθμευσης.Λίγες θέσεις για πολλά αυτοκίνητα.

We were pleased with the room, the food, the kids club activities, the pools and most of the staff. We found the Odyssey nightclub completed soulless, and it was in the basement with no windows. We were also concerned, if there had had to be a fire evacuation for this reason. There was a lack of communal areas - only the lobby, which was full. The kids club room also had no windows, and a smell of cigarette smoke wafted into the room. However, we enjoyed our holiday and the kids loved all the cats and the kids club staff in the resort. The exercise activities were great too (the gym was tiny though, and the exercise needed replacing).
