Bra rum men oklar personal en väldig massa människor men till ingen nytta. Man kunde inte förstå vad de sa och deras information fanns på en QR kod som bara visade ”in room dining” ingen nyttig information om frukost, våningar, tider för middagar osv. Dessutom spelades det väldigt hög musik på deras pool club så pass att det inte var något folk där och man kunde inte sitta och äta utan fick stå bakom högtalarna.. helt värdelöst.

We were staying for one night but booked for two and notified them, both by email and phone calls, we would be arriving late the day after the booking started. The room had still be given away and we had to wait in lobby for a while for a room after dealing with an unpleasant receptionist. There is no amenities shop but concierge was amazing and allowed us to order things we needed online and it was there with few minutes. Room was clean but the roof top pool bathrooms had actual mushrooms growing out of their tile grouting.

AC not working & Technician took 45 mins to repair it at 11:30 PM... The filters were clogged with Heavy Dust... It seemed like the room was allocated to us despite the Front Desk knowing about these issues... also the room was dirty and not cleaned. There was nail cutter & nails lying near the side table when we Checked In... Unhappy with the overall stay experience... would not recommend...
