Hot tub didn’t get hot because the maintenance man let us know it has been filled the morning we arrived. You know you had ppl staying the hot tub should have been prepared days in advance to assure it was up to temp.

Overall the cabin was incredibly clean. The floors were spotless, and I'm a clean freak who likes to walk on the floor barefoot, so when it's dirty or dusty I notice right away. The kitchen was very well stocked with additional appliances should you need anything (like a deep fryer and crock pot). I noticed that most of the issues that other guests had complained about were fixed. The hot tub was very clean. The only issue might be the aesthetics on the outside of the tub (as in the wooden housing for the tub) and the cover have seen better days. However, most (at least 75%) of the jets worked just fine....and like I said the inside was clean and water was hot. It held a good temperature. The grill was probably new this season and plenty of propane was provided. I was traveling alone with a 3 and 5 year old and felt plenty safe in the area. Things were well lit if you wanted them to be. The two front TVs - I couldn't get to work the cable but I didn't call about it because the two back bedrooms- the TVs worked just fine and that's all we used. I would recommend this rental.

The Hot Tub was not hot as it had kicked off with an error message "Pump Failure" and was only 69 degrees when we got there. We tripped the breaker and reset it but it took until the next night to get to 102 degrees. Again the Pump Failure error came on and it kicked off and was down to 97 thennext morning. We called and a guy came but said we fixed it when we reset it but clearly there is an issue with it and he said he moved the filter to allow more water through but shortly after he left it again went into error mode. So we left a day early because it was raining and cold and we couldn't even use the hot tub. I would like refunded for at least one night because your facilities were not as advertised and we couldn't enjoy our stay.

We had a great stay, and came just in time for peak foliage. The hot tub worked very well, the house was clearly well-maintained, and the location was the cherry on top. Management was responsive and checking in/out was a breeze. Overall a 10/10 experience.

Wi-Fi did not work as soon as we got there. The tv worked but not able to watch anything I assume due to no Wi-Fi. I called the next morning and was told someone would get back with me and of course never did. I reset the router several times still nothing. I prepared to use the grill one evening. Had the food ready and the grill wouldn’t start. Tried using a lighter and still nothing. The inside is so rusted Im not surprised it didn’t work. Steak was cooked in a pan on the stove.. good thing the stove worked! The hot tub looks like it is about to fall apart as well. It leaks water causing mud in the porch. Rent at your own risk!

Stay was nice except the electric didnt work right had no plug ins in living room that worked half in kitchen called maintanence and was told someone would be out noone ever came told them at check out they just oh . The hot tub only halfed worked n so did the central air so it wasnt the best trip but we managed.

The hot tub jets were inoperable, and looked a bit run down. All else was as expected. Access to the fire pit was not well lit. The place was clean and the water didn't stink.

First night the hot tub jets wouldn't work. Followed by the worst sleep ever! The beds were so worn out, you could feel the springs through the fabric. The maintenance crew came out, un-jammed the hot tub nozzles allowing all jets to work. Also replaced 1 mattress. They said they replaced 2, but it was only 1. Upon waking up after the 2nd night, we seen roaches! I mean come on, ROACHES! Most of our food was wasted because no one wanted to eat after seeing all the roaches! The outlet behind the couch didn’t have a cover & had a burn mark on it! Also some plugs wouldn't work and when we used others the electric would Flicker. The smoke alarm went off (from cooking the 1st night), but you could barely hear the alarm! So we decided to stay after all this. We decided to just wash & dry all of the clothes before we left, you know to ensure we wouldn’t bring roaches to our home! Well the washer didn’t even work! We told the crew everything that happened & for our horrible adventures we were offered 2 free meals per guest, which was 10 altogether, at their locally owed Delhi. When we went to collect our 1st round of meals, the workers told us we only had 5 meals and wouldn't get anymore. The worker was so rude and disrespectful we decided we wouldn’t want them making our food! We asked for a 140 refund for the food that was wasted & was told no! The only good thing is that everytime we messaged them, they did respond, but somehow was not helpful. Would’nt recommend this place.

This was an impromptu couples get away and it was perfect. The cabin was immaculately cleaned. Its location was within 30 minutes of literally anything. We will definitely be back and looking into some of their other properties.

First impressions, the first thing you see is the hot tube! it needs to be replaced. The house was very nice with a few exceptions, ants and the mattress in the middle bed room is very uncomfortable. Good location and a fun time was had by all. Thank you for the fun weekend.

The place was cute. However the smoke detector needed a battery. The hot tub could be cleaned. The place was a little musty smelling and needs an update. Google maps does not take you to the correct address it is approx two miles from where it takes you. The floor was clean but slippery. Ok for the price we still had a good time.

The cabin was okay--the kitchen was well-stocked, the living room was comfortable, and the hot tub worked. However, it was in need of some TLC (ceiling tiles looked like they might cave in, paneling falling off hot tub, etc). The check-in process was a bit annoying (had to drive 15 min to a different location instead of having the key in a lockbox like most places), and putting the address in Google Maps took us to the wrong location (the written instructions got us to the right place). My biggest complaint was that we requested and were provided a travel bassinet, but it was so filthy/stained that I was not willing to put my baby in it. This ruined our first night somewhat as we had to co-sleep with him, and we ended up getting a Pack n Play from Walmart the next day. I'd strongly recommend bringing your own bassinet if needed.

The Blue Jay is not at all what we expected. The drive way was very difficult to navigate when you have a trailer with a UTV on it. From the moment I walked up I seen the neglect the place has received. Mildew and mold..plants growing out of the gutters along with a few holes. Walking in the door the smell is terrible. Smells of musty and moldy. Tried to open the windows and only could get the ones by the table to open. Couldn’t get the smell out actually went to the DG and bought stuff to try to mask it. Didn’t work. There was stuff on the wall in the one bedroom and mold on the ceilings. With being allergic to mold we tried to stay away or outside most of the time. Since being inside caused issues with my breathing. The handle on the refrigerator was broke and the pans that were there to cook with were in terrible shape. Last thing there is something living in the walls or ceiling because thats what a heard most the night. I was not happy with our stay and wouldn’t recommend especially if those with children.

Comfortable beds, good water pressure, and the hot tub was wonderful - hot and so clean. Everything we needed was in the cabin including kitchenware and linens. It was quite clean on the inside of the cabin and there were televisions in all the bedrooms which was nice. The view from the front porch was lovely for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Check-in is at a separate location which is different from usual, but went smoothly.

Internet & cable not working 1st night (no credit), hot tub and cover falling apart with electrical less than 2' away (safety hazard). Hot tub overfilled with water so spashed out near electrical when in tub. Inside electrical outlets installed outside (GFI?) Ramp to door rotted out and starting to collapse. Concrete patio sinking and trip hazard. Door handle on refrigerator missing, freezer handle falling off, light not working and drawer missing. Washer plugged in using an extension cord ran into bedroom. Railing on patio doesn't look like it had been cleaned in years.

The staff at check in/out were extremely friendly. Although it wasn't our first time in the area they provided a great list of local spots to hike and activities. House was in a great location. The living room was cozy and the kitchen had any pot/pan/appliance you could need. The house could have used some updates, the beds were not very comfortable and there were a few things that didn't work(exhaust fan in bathroom, sliding door on bathroom was off tracks, fan above the stove). However we still enjoyed our stay/time in the area.

We had a great time. Liked the fact that our cabin was isolated but not! Mattress was horrible so bring something if you have back problems. Kitchen was fully equipped and really nice to work in. The grill has seen better days but did the job.

Comfortable beds, good water pressure, and the hot tub was wonderful - hot and so clean. Everything we needed was in the cabin including kitchenware and linens. It was quite clean on the inside of the cabin and there were televisions in all the bedrooms which was nice. The view from the front porch was lovely for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Check-in is at a separate location which is different from usual, but went smoothly.

Wi-Fi did not work as soon as we got there. The tv worked but not able to watch anything I assume due to no Wi-Fi. I called the next morning and was told someone would get back with me and of course never did. I reset the router several times still nothing. I prepared to use the grill one evening. Had the food ready and the grill wouldn’t start. Tried using a lighter and still nothing. The inside is so rusted Im not surprised it didn’t work. Steak was cooked in a pan on the stove.. good thing the stove worked! The hot tub looks like it is about to fall apart as well. It leaks water causing mud in the porch. Rent at your own risk!

First night the hot tub jets wouldn't work. Followed by the worst sleep ever! The beds were so worn out, you could feel the springs through the fabric. The maintenance crew came out, un-jammed the hot tub nozzles allowing all jets to work. Also replaced 1 mattress. They said they replaced 2, but it was only 1. Upon waking up after the 2nd night, we seen roaches! I mean come on, ROACHES! Most of our food was wasted because no one wanted to eat after seeing all the roaches! The outlet behind the couch didn’t have a cover & had a burn mark on it! Also some plugs wouldn't work and when we used others the electric would Flicker. The smoke alarm went off (from cooking the 1st night), but you could barely hear the alarm! So we decided to stay after all this. We decided to just wash & dry all of the clothes before we left, you know to ensure we wouldn’t bring roaches to our home! Well the washer didn’t even work! We told the crew everything that happened & for our horrible adventures we were offered 2 free meals per guest, which was 10 altogether, at their locally owed Delhi. When we went to collect our 1st round of meals, the workers told us we only had 5 meals and wouldn't get anymore. The worker was so rude and disrespectful we decided we wouldn’t want them making our food! We asked for a 140 refund for the food that was wasted & was told no! The only good thing is that everytime we messaged them, they did respond, but somehow was not helpful. Would’nt recommend this place.

Honestly… it’s just very old and a bit run down… ceiling tiles coming out, cabinets wouldn’t stay closed (half didn’t even have knobs), the hot-tubs sides were destroyed (not sure how that happened but it made it leak water), and the beds were missing legs??? I sat on it and just sank (thank god there were a few beds) Even the garage was odd… they left a bunch of garbage in there. And the pictures aren’t accurate… it’s not that nice. Nice part - living room (very comfortable couches) Not worth the price in my opinion. I won’t be staying with this company/lodging place again.

We fit 6 sisters in the house for a weekend and it was just enough. Tiny kitchen, but with sufficient materials to cook all of the meals we wanted. Even has a blender for smoothies, though not listed as supplied. Couldnt find the kayak or conoe and wouldnt have been able to transport them to a river anyway. The ATV trail was not nice for hiking, but just short drives away are many gorgeous hikes

The property is really hard to find because the address in the outside of the house is different than the one advertised. We are lost! Second, we have to leave the property in the morning of the first night because they don't have any power and we have to throw all our food. We wasted our money and time. We complained and they they will not refund the second day because they said that it is our choice to go home despite no power and it is 100 degrees and we are soaking wet of sweat, is it our fault? They also charged two dogs that one of the dogs is a service dog. The dogs are only visiting too and they didn't stay and sleep there. They can charge me one dog for one day for they told my daughter in law that they only charge one dog but when I look at my card today, I've seen two charges for the dogs. This is a very bad experience living in this property with bad customer service and we wasted a lot of money for food and our time.

The staff at check in/out were extremely friendly. Although it wasn't our first time in the area they provided a great list of local spots to hike and activities. House was in a great location. The living room was cozy and the kitchen had any pot/pan/appliance you could need. The house could have used some updates, the beds were not very comfortable and there were a few things that didn't work(exhaust fan in bathroom, sliding door on bathroom was off tracks, fan above the stove). However we still enjoyed our stay/time in the area.

It was a darling cabin that had everything we needed. The only issue was with the toilet. It wouldn’t flush properly. Maintenance fixed it the second day of our stay, but then it malfunctioned again. We were granted a late check-out for 11am instead of 10am. The hot tub was our favorite part!

The cabin was okay--the kitchen was well-stocked, the living room was comfortable, and the hot tub worked. However, it was in need of some TLC (ceiling tiles looked like they might cave in, paneling falling off hot tub, etc). The check-in process was a bit annoying (had to drive 15 min to a different location instead of having the key in a lockbox like most places), and putting the address in Google Maps took us to the wrong location (the written instructions got us to the right place). My biggest complaint was that we requested and were provided a travel bassinet, but it was so filthy/stained that I was not willing to put my baby in it. This ruined our first night somewhat as we had to co-sleep with him, and we ended up getting a Pack n Play from Walmart the next day. I'd strongly recommend bringing your own bassinet if needed.

We had a great stay, and came just in time for peak foliage. The hot tub worked very well, the house was clearly well-maintained, and the location was the cherry on top. Management was responsive and checking in/out was a breeze. Overall a 10/10 experience.

Stay was nice except the electric didnt work right had no plug ins in living room that worked half in kitchen called maintanence and was told someone would be out noone ever came told them at check out they just oh . The hot tub only halfed worked n so did the central air so it wasnt the best trip but we managed.

We had a wonderful time. the cottage was clean and neat very comfortable. Relaxing atmosphere. It rained the whole time we were there but we had plenty to talk about and movies to watch. We looked for the place before we went to the cottage and google kept leading us to Scenic Lane so we ask at check in and they pulled it up on the computer. It also showed the same directions I took a picture with my phone, we thought we missed it and followed the direction again. I got out of the care and knock on some door they sent us further down 33 and we found the cottage.

This was an impromptu couples get away and it was perfect. The cabin was immaculately cleaned. Its location was within 30 minutes of literally anything. We will definitely be back and looking into some of their other properties.

The place was cute. However the smoke detector needed a battery. The hot tub could be cleaned. The place was a little musty smelling and needs an update. Google maps does not take you to the correct address it is approx two miles from where it takes you. The floor was clean but slippery. Ok for the price we still had a good time.

The property is inviting to pets. Description ia a little misleading, it is located on 7 acres, but you have other rentals close by on the 7 acres. The one bedroom is unusable due to heavy mold/mildew smell. Beds were very comfortable. It seems like they are in the middle of remodeling. A nice surprise was tge addition of a pool table in the garage.

We had a great stay. The cabin was clean and organized. Everything that we needed for cooking and enjoying ourselves was provided. We really appreciated the extra touch with the Christmas tree and decorations. We would definitely recommend for a family get away.

The driveway wasn't salted. Snow wasn't cleared. The listing on VRBO didn't mention SUV recommended. The welcome packet at the house said that. Made it so difficult for me to get to the house in my sedan All the pans non stick had scratches.Food thermometer didn't work. No toothpaste or soap
