The views alone make this home the best to stay at. The deck is amazing, we had great weather in November & even got a bbq in. We had 7 in our group & our dog. Daughter & son in law slept in the guest house, although there was also room there for the grandkids they preferred to camp out with us on the pull out couch in the main house. We didn’t use the loft in the first room. Kids and adults enjoyed the tetherball & nightly fire pit. Rod the property manager was easy to communicate with. The alternate beach access we drove to wasn’t too far. Grocery store was close by. Kitchen had everything you need, except maybe a larger baking dish. We visited the cute little town of Poulsbo. Had thanksgiving at our daughter’s new home in Bremerton. Our stay was outstanding, definitely recommend.

Our family enjoyed our stay in Kingston.The home with cabin was perfect for our family off 5.Plenty of comforts - especially the deck and view. Highly recommend. One suggestion - at night it's extremely hard to see driveway entrance and is easily missed. Perhaps there could be a bigger address number or other identifying mark. Again, thank you for a fabulous place for our family to decompress.

We loved our time here. A very low-key place to stay. It’ll be even better when the beach access is restored, but we knew the situation when we booked. The alternative water access was just fine. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to a friend.

We were in Kingston for our daughter's wedding. We were just a few miles away from the venue. Kingston House. The accommodations were perfect for us. The view was great, we enjoyed sitting on the deck, the fire pit, and made use of the grill! The house had everything we needed! The hosts were great and accommodating!!

This home was absolutely wonderful!! Gorgeous views, windows everywhere and a beautiful large deck. The boats on Puget Sound provided all day entertainment.Hosts were very accommodating and quickly responded to any questions we had. We also liked the little guesthouse on the property where family members could go for a little down time or if they needed a place to check in with the office. The house was well equipped, clean and only a few minutes from the ferry terminal. All in all the experience couldn't have been better!!!

Loved the outdoor wrap around deck in this well stocked, clean, comfortable home! The views are amazing and the setting is peaceful and also close to downtown Kingston. The property manager was very responsive too.

We really enjoyed our two night stay in this lovely home. It was a perfect base for exploring the area, and the house is very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the huge deck and gorgeous views from it, and the private beach is great.

The property is exactly as it looks and is described on the Owners Page.The small Studio / Cottage was perfect for our elderly family member with a short walk from the car to the Studio. FYI; the Studio / Cottage" has a "NO PETS" policy. The main House was gorgeous! The views from inside as well as out on the deck were gorgeous!We stayed at the property while attending a Family Wedding at the Kingston House nearby. Our only wish was that we could have spent more time relaxing at the property instead of running around like crazy people doing the "wedding stuff".One Super Important Comment. Finding the driveway / entrance at night is difficult. It\'s dark....very dark outside. When arriving back to the property the 1st night we were presently surprised to find the driveway lit up like an airport landing strip. Without those lights it would have been hard to find and navigate the long driveway. THANK YOU for those lights. We also tied a ribbon to the address marker at the street so we could find the driveway easier.

Our family of five had a wonderful stay in Kingston. The house & guest unit are centrally located for day trips to Bainbridge, Port Gamble, Poulsbo, & further afield. It was a very clean and comfortable stay: we appreciated having a few kitchen staples in the pantry and a few toys and games to try out. Using the alternate beach access was straightforward, and there are many other great spots to access the water while the stairs are under construction. Hint: check out the beaches in Bainbridge with Seattle views! Thank you for the rental.

Booked property based on reviews. Unfortunately property disappoints. Poor maintenance and not clean in the main house. Oven was extremely greasy and not clean at all. Bbq was disgusting with left on grease so thick we couldn’t even use it without cleaning. Then after cleaning the propane ran out right before we were ready to grill a steak dinner. Cookware was broken and not useable. Furniture extremely worn, in need of replacement. Shower not cleaned, dirty duvet and sheets did not appear to be clean. For 600 per night we were very disappointed.

We had a great time! The property could have been 5 star if it wasn’t for the deck not being cleaned, the dust and pet hair left over from prior occupants, the pillows need to be updated, the little black couch is extremely uncomfortable the kids had to pile on blankets just to relax in the evening and watch a movie/show. When you close the shower mold is exposed and unless you are standing in the shower when you clean you can’t see it. This is also the first VRBO or VACASA I have stayed at that didn’t give us access to a vacuum. We are fairly clean people and wanted to vacuum at least a few times during our 4 day stay. We will be traveling to the Kitsap Peninsula more often and might opt to stay again. We anticipate seeing what gets updated over the next 4 years. Also, the not 2 but 4 cameras were a little intrusive. Totally have no issue with the two over the front entrances, but on the deck…? We would stay again.

We loved our stay here very much. The property is stunning, the view of the water from every window in the house is magical. My kids really enjoyed using the telescope to watch the boats go past and the chest of kids toys to play with. The house is also perfectly tucked away behind tons of greenery so it feels very private. We had no issues staying, the place was clean, comfortable (although the sofa could be more comfortable, it wasnt a big deal i prefered the other two chairs to sit on.) Everything was very thought out and really felt like home. It overall was a fantastic place for our family of 5 to stay and its also soo close to all the shops in kingston. We would love to come back some time.

The property was perfect for us. Our kids loved the beach and the loft bed. My Mom was able to have her own little quiet house in the back. We all enjoyed the beauty of the views and the quiet, tree-covered area the house was in. Was 20 minutes from all activities but the drives were all pretty as well! Lots to do and explore!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was perfect for what we needed. We had multiple couples staying, and several people who needed to work remotely. The Wi-Fi was strong, and everyone was able to do what they needed. The common area was great for hanging out together, and the sleeping arrangements worked well. The deck is lovely, and the view can’t be beat. It was just a quick hop into downtown Kingston, and we also jetted off to several other towns to explore. We would definitely stay here again.
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was perfect for what we needed. We had multiple couples staying, and several people who needed to work remotely. The Wi-Fi was strong, and everyone was able to do what they needed. The common area was great for hanging out together, and the sleeping arrangements worked well. The deck is lovely, and the view can’t be beat. It was just a quick hop into downtown Kingston, and we also jetted off to several other towns to explore. We would definitely stay here again.

Extremely over priced. Other than the expansive deck… disappointing. Just one example: Driveway was extremely challenging. Also didn’t appreciate having to work with two separate rental sites and pay an upcharge for that “privilege”.

The views alone make this home the best to stay at. The deck is amazing, we had great weather in November & even got a bbq in. We had 7 in our group & our dog. Daughter & son in law slept in the guest house, although there was also room there for the grandkids they preferred to camp out with us on the pull out couch in the main house. We didn’t use the loft in the first room. Kids and adults enjoyed the tetherball & nightly fire pit. Rod the property manager was easy to communicate with. The alternate beach access we drove to wasn’t too far. Grocery store was close by. Kitchen had everything you need, except maybe a larger baking dish. We visited the cute little town of Poulsbo. Had thanksgiving at our daughter’s new home in Bremerton. Our stay was outstanding, definitely recommend.

We were in Kingston for our daughter's wedding. We were just a few miles away from the venue. Kingston House. The accommodations were perfect for us. The view was great, we enjoyed sitting on the deck, the fire pit, and made use of the grill! The house had everything we needed! The hosts were great and accommodating!!

This home was absolutely wonderful!! Gorgeous views, windows everywhere and a beautiful large deck. The boats on Puget Sound provided all day entertainment.Hosts were very accommodating and quickly responded to any questions we had. We also liked the little guesthouse on the property where family members could go for a little down time or if they needed a place to check in with the office. The house was well equipped, clean and only a few minutes from the ferry terminal. All in all the experience couldn't have been better!!!

The property was perfect for us. Our kids loved the beach and the loft bed. My Mom was able to have her own little quiet house in the back. We all enjoyed the beauty of the views and the quiet, tree-covered area the house was in. Was 20 minutes from all activities but the drives were all pretty as well! Lots to do and explore!

We were here visiting family, and my husband and best friend for a golf tournament at Whitehorse. This property had everything we needed and so much more. The gorgeous view was remarkable. We loved our stay here very much. The property is stunning, the view of the water from every window in the house is magical. My kids really enjoyed using the telescope to watch the boats go past and the chest of kids toys to play with. The house is also perfectly tucked away behind tons of greenery so it feels very private. We had no issues staying, the place was clean, comfortable (although the sofa could be more comfortable, it wasnt a big deal i prefered the other two chairs to sit on.) Everything was very thought out and really felt like home. It overall was a fantastic place for our family of 5 to stay and its also soo close to all the shops in kingston. We would love to come back some time.

We really enjoyed our two night stay in this lovely home. It was a perfect base for exploring the area, and the house is very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the huge deck and gorgeous views from it, and the private beach is great.

We could not have been more pleased with our stay here. The house is beautiful and the view is breathtaking. All amenities in place. The neighborhood was charming and access to ferries made it a perfect hub for visiting the entire region. We also lucked out on the weather. Thank you so much for sharing your lovely home with us.

Our family of five had a wonderful stay in Kingston. The house & guest unit are centrally located for day trips to Bainbridge, Port Gamble, Poulsbo, & further afield. It was a very clean and comfortable stay: we appreciated having a few kitchen staples in the pantry and a few toys and games to try out. Using the alternate beach access was straightforward, and there are many other great spots to access the water while the stairs are under construction. Hint: check out the beaches in Bainbridge with Seattle views! Thank you for the rental.

We had the best time at this lovely property. The views are unmatched and the beach access was awesome! Our dogs loved being able to swim and also loved spending time on the deck! The weather was epic during our stay and we had everything we needed. We had a couple delicious meals at The Kingston Ale House, but other than that, we cooked a lot. We will definitely be back!! Thanks for a wonderful vacay!!

Booked property based on reviews. Unfortunately property disappoints. Poor maintenance and not clean in the main house. Oven was extremely greasy and not clean at all. Bbq was disgusting with left on grease so thick we couldn’t even use it without cleaning. Then after cleaning the propane ran out right before we were ready to grill a steak dinner. Cookware was broken and not useable. Furniture extremely worn, in need of replacement. Shower not cleaned, dirty duvet and sheets did not appear to be clean. For 600 per night we were very disappointed.

Rented for my sisters 60th birthday with our adult daughters. Spent the day in Seattle and then drove to house. Wanted to try the ferry from Edmonds to Kingston but had a 2 hr ferry delay. Drive was only 30 minutes longer than ferry ride. House was absolutely awesome from the property to the deck and view and we knew we were home when every room had a basket of fuzzy blankets. So lovely and will definitely rent again. Quaint little islands and locals. Wonderful places to eat but this place was so so nice

This place is highly recommended by our family. It was beautiful and has a great view. Yesterday we saw a humpback whale right out the living room window. It was slapping its fins and was out there for about 15 min. Amazing! The houses were great and we were very pleased. Thank you

Overall, this was a great location near the ferry and had everything we needed! It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked as well. It was easy to find the house and easy to check in and out of. Home instructions were easy to use and wifi was consistent. The TV had trouble staying connected to the WiFi sometimes, however. The beach access was a bit hazardous, with a lot of thorny vines growing into the stairs and the step off from the stairs being a big jump/step down onto a log that isn’t stable and rolls a bit. Could use more stairs or some big rocks there for safety. As a note: they don’t allow dogs to be left at the house alone, which wasn’t unreasonable, but it definitely changed our plans since we didn’t know ahead of time. Overall, we had a good and comfortable experience, but for the price, I would’ve loved to have another amenity (a hot tub is a suggestion!) or at least more updated decor.

What a great house! Very cozy and welcoming. The view is stunning. I enjoyed having my coffee in the morning and being able to see the water from the living room. This house feels very private even though there are other homes nearby. My daughter and niece enjoyed the little cabin as well. Would love to stay again!
