Terrible. Would not recommend. ever. Only one of the two elevators was working and it was busy and slow all the time. The staircases were dirty and smelled like something died there. No breakfast service, which is fine but considering they have space to provide it, it should be there. Room was OK but there was NO HOT WATER. We maybe got 3 minutes of warm like water and that’s it. Hot tub outside was kind of working, but only half of it. All in all 0/10

Just expect what you pay for when coming here. we decided to stay here for our baby’s first birthday and didn’t want to go all out so we would have more money for activities. The room itself was clean, it wasn’t nothing extravagant but it wasn’t the worst either. not sure if all the rooms only have showers but if so i recommend bringing a baby tub unless you wanna stand in the shower to bathe your toddler. Our TV didn’t work for the first 2 nights and they kept saying maintenance would come fix it but we had to stay on top of them and even then we couldn’t get anyone up there until our third day which was our last night before we were supposed to leave. Only got to get in the pool once because they said someone peed in it but they took 2 days to get it back open which was a bummer because wanted a pool for our son because he absolutely loves water and once again we came for him not ourselves so we were trying to only do activities he was involved in. We ended up having to buy a day pass at another hotel just to swim. While our son loved the beach, a one year old can’t really enjoy swimming in the ocean. Like i said you get what you paid for. We still had to end up coming out of pocket to stay an extra night so we could actually enjoy everything that the hotel was supposed to have. We did pay for a tv and didn’t have it until the third night. Paid for pool amenities only to be able to swim once. Front desk lady was nice but not helpful. Wasn’t very forgiving or helpful.

Had to share a double-size bed because they have no bigger beds. Kept waking up because it was so hot in the room, no central AC, kept going to the lobby to stay cool. The second day the pool was closed for the day because visitors decided to go pee in the pool rather than use the restroom inside the lobby. Waited in line for 20 minutes, at 10am and being next to make waffles, was told the waffle makers stops working exactly at 10. We had to eat breakfast elsewhere, an added expense that could've been avoided if it was communicated to us during check-in and the hotel could've displayed a sign. I would not recommend and will not be staying at this hotel ever again. BTW, the front desk lady was nice.

Was able to check in online but then had to still check in inside so that is a waste of time. Rooms look remodeled or fairly new but they definitely cut corners. There were no outlets in the bathroom. The pool was out of order. The ceiling in the gym was falling apart. Breakfast was very disappointing with very few options and nothing but coffee to drink.

The elevator broke with a small family and myself on it. The phone button in the elevator did not work. I pulled the doors open, cutting under my finger nail. I notified front desk staff. They called the elevator company but did not tell any of the guests that the elevator was out of order. The breakfast was not stocked hardly at all Our bathroom door is the room was broken and would not close. Overall, for the price of close to 200 a night, we were very disappointed. The staff does not care and that is evident. I don't know. The 200 per night was a rip off. I would like some of that back if anyone that can do this, can help.

We loved the pool, it was so clean and it was well maintained. hot tub was so relaxing, The room was so nice and clean, it was quiet at night and my boys and I slept so well. The staff was always so helpful and Nice.I love the area where the breakfast was served and we actually ate lunch in that area a few times and the people who cleaned the rooms , did a really great job.We will be going back again next summer.

This was the worst laqyinta I ever stayed in the drug activity in parking lot at night to doors left propped open at night,elevator out of order,hallways smelled like weed, dirty rooms,no outlets in bathroom,burn holes and stains on furniture,chewed up tv remote,plaster falling off ceiling and walls, felt very unsafe, will never stay there again and breakfast was microwave sausage, no juice or anything just coffee,it was like a homeless prostitute hotel and not friendly front desk staff

The rooms have been remodeled recently. They were very clean and comfortable. Housekeeping does a great job keeping the place clean. The price was perfect for a budget friendly vacation. There was no breakfast d/t remodeling but there are fridges and microwaves in the rooms. Overall I'm very pleased with my stay and will keep them in mind when I go back!

I recently stayed at your property, and I am extremely dissatisfied with the condition of my room and the overall experience. As a loyal guest who chose La Quinta expecting a clean, safe, and comfortable stay, I was shocked by the state of the accommodations provided. Below are just some of the issues I encountered, all documented with attached photos: 1. Mold and Water Damage – Multiple areas of the ceiling and walls show visible water damage, peeling paint, and signs of mold, creating significant health and safety concerns. 2. Dirty and Damaged Fixtures – The air vents were covered in dirt and debris, several wall plates were loose or missing, and the ceiling showed noticeable cracks. 3. Unsanitary Furniture and Bedding – The chair was heavily stained, the lamp shades had watermarks and burn marks, the curtains were visibly dirty, and there were spots on the bedding that raised serious hygiene concerns. 4. Evidence of Neglect – There were signs of mold near the desk and other furniture, cracks and peeling around the walls, and overall poor maintenance throughout the room. This experience was far below the standards I expect from La Quinta. Beyond being unpleasant, the conditions posed potential health risks and made my stay extremely uncomfortable.

The deck clerk was very rude , i didn't have a coffee pot or ice bucket...was told it was on back order. Then i seen roaches crawling around and seen two dead ones on counter And the hallway smelled like mold on the 4th floor. I took pictures of roaches since the rude deck clerk told to put it in my review. Here the review...nasty staff & building

Having to change rooms due to mold on the walls, the smell of mildew and the tv not working was not really what I was expecting. They moved us to another room on a different floor and the employee did not seem surprised when I asked to move rooms for the issues I had. They new room was cleaner did not smell but the tv did not have a remote to be able to use it. Was too tired from being wet to address this concern again with the employee at the front desk. Will not stay at this location again.

Smelled of mold and cigarettes. Mold all over the wall around the outlets and doors. Hallway was dark with the lights flickering and smelled of strongly of marijuana. The bed foundation was terrible. I can’t describe what was going on but it felt and sounded like sheet metal underneath.

I had to catch a flight the next morning so stayed here for one night to be closer. While our room was clean and had comfortable beds I was not pleased about our tv or room phones not working. I went to the front desk and waited almost an hour for someone to come up and when he did he only brought a new remote even though I said it was issues with the tv. I had to go in person because the phones did not work. He came close to midnight to tell us since it wasn’t the remote we would have to wait until the morning which would not be helpful. Besides that the beds were great but would not recommend.

I was really surprised by how good the room looked. It had nice bedding modern furniture and hardwood floors which I appreciated because those carpets be not so nice. My favorite of all was the bathroom because of the new renovation.

The room was clean and seemed to be updated/modernized except the bathroom did NOT have a door. The beds were comfortable mattresses on top of metal frames which were very squeaky/loud when you moved on them or got in and out of bed. Doesn't make for a good night's sleep.

Under construction inside and out. Poorly lit hallways. One elevator operating. Stairwell leaking, dirty. Room: laminate flooring was good. Beds appropriate however, there is no door to the bathroom. It wasnt missing. It was never there at all. Uncomfortable to share a space. No amenities.

Tv remote didn’t work. Phone in room didn’t work. Front desk would not answer phone all evening when I called from my cell. Sliding latch lack on door had been removed. Did not feel safe. Noisy.

The room I was in tv didn’t work the first night, however it was replaced the next day. Once reported. The water didn’t get that hot. Also it was not a lot of options for breakfast.

Lied to as soon as I got to the property about the early check in and late check out option and not helpful at all. They have guests high on drugs all over. Random men were knocking on my door after 12am while I was with my child. Not safe at all. Tv didn’t work, they acted like it was the remote I had to ask about it multiple times the next day they changed the entire tv. Sheets and blankets had blood stains everywhere. When I contacted Expedia about the issue even they couldn’t get in contact with who ever is in charge.

One of the mos cleanest Hotels I have ever been . You would see people cleaning and vacuuming all day long . The swimming pool was so clean and nice , we enjoyed the heating pool as well . The staff was very kind . The room was well maintained and so clean

The deck clerk was very rude , i didn't have a coffee pot or ice bucket...was told it was on back order. Then i seen roaches crawling around and seen two dead ones on counter And the hallway smelled like mold on the 4th floor. I took pictures of roaches since the rude deck clerk told to put it in my review. Here the review...nasty staff & building

At first I was a little indecisive on staying at this hotel because of several of the reviews I read but so glad we did. The hotel was great it was clean and super close to everything (even the beach) The service was super great (especially Phyllis) we couldnt ask for a better hotel!

Room was nice but staff was eh. Could not call to see if our room was ready and when we came there early they said they had no rooms ready then proceeded to check other people in about 10 or so minutes later. The hallways and elevator were dirty and when checking out there were about 6 cop cars arresting a guy. Overall not a bad hotel but not for the price we paid.

From the moment we pulled into the parking lot, we could tell this hotel has been recently remodeled with a lot of modern upgrades. It's perfectly located in between the Beach, The Airport, a variety of Restaurant's and both major Outlet Mall's at a reasonable price. Our room was fresh & clean from the bathroom to the bed and the AC worked great. Despite being the busy season (August) and very busy, we never heard any of our neighbors so we slept great after a long day. Check-out was a breeze and would definitely return in the future.

We didn’t end up staying here. After checking in. We didn’t feel safe inside of the hotel nor the parking lot. We decided to go somewhere else for the night. Would not recommend for anyone staying alone nor a group/family.

Upon walking into the place the front desk person was very nice. Seen her through out the week in my travels. First you get what you pay for, even if that. Be careful at night in the parking lot. Prostitution and junkies love this place. The hotel is run down and in desperate need of repairs and general maintenance. Stuff broke all throughout the property. Such as big one.. cameras!! Burnt wiring, broken smoke detectors, flooring in areas, burnt bed sheets, main area bathroom no place to dry hands, ceiling missing tiles and water damaged. Elevator missing screws and parts, and floor tiles missing/broken. My room. Looked like there was a break in at one point. The door had evidence that someone tried to kick it in. The light switch plate was not installed properly. Looked like big holes were patched over poorly. Bad and missing caulking in bathroom. Chipped glass mirror and hung crooked, shower valve did not work properly, mold and who knows what on ceiling, paining job was done by a 2 year old, drain clogged every time, toilet hardly flushed, bed made I big metal noises, mattress was hard. I could on for ever! If you needed extra towels you can’t ask the front desk you have to hunt down cleaning staff who don’t speak English. But you can enjoy the pool, on Saturday nights they have gangster mic night by the pool. Seriously a gangster party. Was impressed by the prostitutes pretty much not having clothes on running around were nice to my girlfriend. I could go on for days.

The hotel is now under a different name while I stayed there they were under construction but even tho the stay was nice the only issue is the one elevator was sooo slow and the stairway smelled of urine and pot but the pool was nice the staff was nice the location was very convenient I’d stay again

We loved our stay so much we extended it several times. 3 days tuned into 3weeks. Good value for the price. Big plus for us was the location. 10 minutes or less to everything we wanted to do at the beach. Nice bar only about a minute drive. If we ever wanted snacks, we could walk to a nearby convenience store. I can't thank the staff enough

There was a lot of construction noise. The elevator was out half the time. There was no breakfast even though that was advertised on the website. Even the drink machine didn’t work, they didn’t have water at the front desk. The front desk employee didn’t greet me upon my arrival. There was a hole in my bathroom. The phone weren’t working.

I was upset the decided not to serve free breakfast advertised because it was “Black Bikers Week” going on which meant there would be a crowd but that still doesn’t mean you shouldn’t serve food because of an event especially one that’s specifically a certain race .

Was able to check in online but then had to still check in inside so that is a waste of time. Rooms look remodeled or fairly new but they definitely cut corners. There were no outlets in the bathroom. The pool was out of order. The ceiling in the gym was falling apart. Breakfast was very disappointing with very few options and nothing but coffee to drink.

A little confusing, my booking said Days inn but it says La Quinta on the sign. The room was clean and updated. Very noisy neighbors. Stayed for 3 days. Breakfast is non-existent, apples and biscuits with jelly and butter was all they had besides coffee. A worker was bringing out some prepackaged pastry but was told to put those back for the weekend. So plan for your own breakfast. Other than that pool and hot tub was nice and the location is close to the beach.

The hotel was OK for the price. Upon arrival we were informed that even though we lived 45 minutes away, we were considered locals and that we would be charged $150 next time. When I asked why the woman behind the counter, said that there was a lot of drugs and prostitution at the property. Then she proceeded to say that she had to watch a video about human trafficking and that if she didn’t have it watched by 7 PM the day before they would’ve taken their flag from the property. Needless to say, I did not need to hear this information. She should have talked up the property and just explained that the $150 deposit for locals was for our safety. She also said it would not be refundable which means we will not stay there again. I think that the deposit should be refunded if the locals can prove they’ve treated the property correctly. Most people who want to come there for drugs or prostitution can’t afford the deposit anyway. When we arrived at the room, it was freezing cold and no way to control the temperature. There were no extra blankets and the thermostat was taped up so that you couldn’t adjust it. There was also no remote for the TV so we had to get up and change the channel by hand.
