Extremely disappointing & regret staying here. The “Security” doors which are supposed to remain locked & only accessible by room key were broken so not locked & open to anyone off the street at all hours. The doorway/vestibule smelled like sewage so that was quite a treat waiting on the elevator., The hall a/c on the 4th floor didn’t work so it was over 90 degrees in the hallway so it was a treat waiting for an elevator there too. The room had a total of two towels. Had to go downstairs for towels, hand towels & wash clothes. I was told we were “only allowed 2 towels”. There were 2 adults booked for this room. I guess we were supposed to air dry? There were bits & pieces attached to the shower wall where shampoo, conditioner & shower gel dispensers are supposed to be, but there were none & no soap/gel, shampoo or conditioner either. Luckily I brought my own. The floor lamp was a bare light bulb. This place is definitely NOT fit for human use. Upon check-out, I was told they no longer give printed receipts. Horrible place & should be avoided!

The room was ok. The lamps and power outlets didn't work in our room. It was extremely hot in the hallway on the 5th floor and reeks of mold.

First of all when you walked in the lobby, it was stifling hot. It looked like there was water damage everywhere from the leaking air conditioners in our room. there was mold on the ceiling in the room that looked like it was wiped away and in the bathroom there was definitely water damage above the shower and huge holes that were spackled over and still not dry. When we asked for extra towels, the guy said that there wasn’t any more for the night we had two towels to begin with and there were four of us staying in the room and finally to top it all off when my husband was walking down the hall. A huge cockroach ran from one side of the hall to the ice machine area.

I hate this expression because I actually love pigs, but if ‘lipstick on a pig’ was a hotel this would be it. They seriously need to tear this building down and start over. The entire ground floor smelled like sewage, the pool was closed, the room looked ok initially but the curtains were torn, the tv and internet didn’t work, there were stains on the ceiling, the faucet handle came off when I was turning on the hot water, and the list goes on. No cot or extra bedding was available for our guest and the general feeling the whole time was ‘I cannot wait to get the f out of here.’
