The cottage was comfortable. There were many items that needed attention (fixing) and possibly a good cleaning. The mini kitchenet could use a couple of wine glasses and towels. The bathrooms could use a small stand to put personal items on and bedrooms could use more hooks to hang clothes.

The property itself was lovely and clean, right downtown. The air conditioning did not operate properly, the common room was very cold and front bedroom appeared to have no air conditioning…we had to leave the bedroom door open all night to get some cool in from the common room.Also we’re disappointed in not being able to connect television to WiFi. One guest called twice for service, left messages and got no response.

We come to Beaufort a few times each year. We loved the convenience of this location. Like others mentioned, it is right off a main road, but is still set back a nice distance. Very clean, loved the decór.

We were looking for a spot within walking distance for our anniversary. This was perfect. It's not a ideal if you're looking to do a lot of eating in (no table). However, you're surrounded by such great restaurants, it just got us out more to enjoy the area. The hosts were great and we'd definitely stay again.

Quaint cottage close to downtown. Everything worked as it should. You can hear traffic noise during the night but that’s a trade off for being close to everything. Decorated nicely. An older home with lots of character.

Best little cottage downtown Beaufort I have ever stayed in! Location, charm and comfort all in one. Two separate bedrooms with private baths, separated by a common area - perfect for two couples or groups of 4! A colleague & I were in town for a conference. The space was private and in an excellent downtown location. We were walking distance to everything we needed. Loved that each room was an en-suite. Small kitchen but we had no need to cook, so that was a non-issue (fridge, dishwasher, microwave).

Charming place in a great location. Loved it. Two suggestions for your consideration. 1. I don’t think you should ask guests to start a load of laundry before a 10:00 am checkout. That means the working appliance will be left unattended. That is a risky thing to do, and your guests do not want to be resptfor that. 2. For such a lovely place, the amenities are a little skimpy. It would be good to have Kleenex in every bedroom and a hairdryer in every bedroom, for example.

Arrived to an inviting flat with lights on and music playing. Thoughtfully chosen snacks and drinks to get us started. Wonderful dining recommendations provided upon request. Helpful ideas on neighborhood walks. Furnished as though our host would actually stay.... linens nice, bed comfy, styled well. Will stay again !

We were impressed with the immediate response of the property management to two minor problems; however, we did not feel that we were being treated to a special event. As the website indicated, very little would be provided. It would have been nice to have a first evening basket provided, letting us know that our patronage was appreciated. As warned by the listing, we knew little would be provided so we shopped prior to our arrival. A small incident, such as not knowing in advance whether a 2# or a 4# cone coffee filter, or Keurig cups would be needed, might seem minor, but it makes the experience pleasant or stressful. My suggestions to the owners/managers is that they consider the travelers first night needs and make them feel welcomed.

Our stay in this cottage was just perfect! We take an annual boat trip and this was our first time staying in this location which was central to everything and walkable to all restaurants and shopping as well as the marina! 10 out of 10, will certainly book again for next year.

A small,cozy and comfortable cottage perfect for a brief stay in Beaufort. The location is perfect for accessing downtown shops and eateries. Next door to a nice coffee shop and across the street from upscale restaurants. Highly recommend for short duration visits to this sea island and historic town.

When my girlfriend and I walked in we were surprised there was no kitchen. Never fear, a $20 griddle latter and all went well with some sautéed shrimp, sesame seared ahi, and steamed oysters! Location was great and was Uber private.

Pros: Great location. Nice decor and vibe. Condo: bad mattress, very noisy, owner changes a huge cleaning fee and then gives you a list of things you need to clean before you leave.

Pros: Great location. Nice decor and vibe. Condo: bad mattress, very noisy, owner changes a huge cleaning fee and then gives you a list of things you need to clean before you leave.

Lovely cottage in a beautiful part of town. The cottage is tastefully decorated. Both bedrooms are comfortable and bathrooms are nice too. Has a small kitchen but everything one would need. Perfect for two friends or two couples. Convenient downtown location where one can easily walk to shopping, restaurants and sights. Parking right next to cottage. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Host interaction leaves much to be desired. Tidewatch was on the verge of being rude, they were not welcoming at all. Due to the snowstorm, we woke up and had no hot water. We had relatives renting other properties managed by the same company, and their hot water also did not work. One unit had no heat. We were told "hopefully it will resolve soon". No apology was made.

Quaint cottage close to downtown. Everything worked as it should. You can hear traffic noise during the night but that’s a trade off for being close to everything. Decorated nicely. An older home with lots of character.
