The walls were marked up and there were2 broken patio chairs. Other than that the homewas very nice.

This home was perfect for our family of 4 adults. We loved hanging out on the screened in porch either reading, playing games or enjoying a meal. Inside was nice too with plenty of seating. The electric fireplace added some cozy ambiance. We slept well at night on comfy beds too. Since it's located halfway between our two adult children's homes in GA and Raleigh, it's quite possible we return next year.

The top priority for me is cleanliness. Besides being a beautiful, spacious, and comfortable home, the house was spotless.
