The residence is a new building which has been renewed after great earthquake back in 2023 at the country. The hotel building is new and consisted with 1+1 studio rooms and furnitured a kitchen. I have stayed there with bad + breakfast. My stay was pretty smooth and problemless. I suggest to stay in there if you have plan to visit in Malatya City.
