Perfect villa for a family stay in the eastern part of Sao Miguel. Perfect outpost for: 1) pico do Vara hike; 2) waterfall trail; 3) praia do fogo; 4) activities in Furnas. The swimming pool in the town is not to count on - the water is cold as ice; the beach is as well non existent. There is a little grocery store opened 09-19 in the town, as well as a couple of cafés. The villa itself is much recommended, 98% out of 100%. -1% for hard pillows, and -1% for the absence of garden furniture (table + chairs). Thanks a lot to our host for the memorable stay!
