AMAZING HOTEL! From organising our airport transfer to the room, everything was perfect at this hotel. My sister got sick with gastro, and the staff organised a doctor to come, and helped us meet the doctor’s orders. The pool was also lovely, and the whole hotel had gorgeous views of the water and sunset. Highly recommend!!

お部屋からの夕陽は見事だった。1日はイアに出向いたが、1日は部屋で過ごしたが、イアまで行かなくても充分素晴らしい夕陽が見られる。ホテルまで階段が続くが、ポーターサービスがあったので荷物の心配はしなくても良い。パブリックのプールは冷た過ぎて入れなかった。部屋のプールは温水で良かった。スタッフはみな親切。また来たい。

We stayed at Porto Fira this summer on a family holiday! The hotel was exceptional! The room, views, service, pool, breakfast, and more all wonderful! Worth the stairs back up to Fira, which really were't that bad especially if you take to path going north towards the donkey path! We'll be back!

We enjoyed our whole experience from the transportation from the airport to the ease of check-in. Very informative about all the nearby activities and even gave us info on the boat excursions and when to book so we wouldn’t miss this opportunity in our 3 day visit. The bartender was fun and kept us fed and hydrated! We were upgraded and had an amazing room with beautiful views of the Aegean Sea and volcano. We were able to walk to the restaurants and shops. We visited just before the busy season begins so we had the best service wherever we went. We definitely plan to return. Amazing stay and trip. Santorini is a place for couples and adults willing and able to walk- lots of steps on the cliff to get up to the restaurants and shops, but definitely worth it to see the views! Truly amazing.

Overall was satisfied with my 2 night stay but there are some caveats. We were able to check in a few hours early which was a great help, and were also upgraded to a suite with a hot tub and a great view. The room (especially the bathroom) was quite spacious and breakfast (which is delivered to your room) featured a wide variety of options. Getting to the hotel, and getting around in it, involves a lot of stairs so we appreciated the help with our bags. Finally, the minibar prices are actually reasonable which was a pleasant surprise. One of our windows had been left open prior to our arrival so unfortunately we did have some issues with ants. Also, the hotel is organized a bit awkwardly; the small bar/restaurant is all the way at the top and the pool (smaller than it looks, and with limited seating) is all the way at the bottom so the usual towel/water/drinks service is not available. The TV could also use an upgrade.

This pricey hotel had only a few good things to offer - a clean nice room and a beautiful view. However, I expected more given the price I paid. Room - two out of three windows were broken (they would not fully close and lock), which of course was not safe - we have only stayed for one night, so I just pointed this out at check out. There was also a weird smell, I can't quite define it, but could be some lingering sewage smell, even in the bedroom. Breakfast was underwhelming, it was good on paper, but the freshness and quality of the food were disappointing (baked goods were out of the bag, fruit - a very modest portion for two people, eggs too watered down (I asked for scrambled). I also had to ask for milk for the coffee, which got cold by the time I got the ice-cold milk. Basically, it was a regular motel breakfast and not a $ 700-a-night stay type of food. Oh, and if you were to ask for some more coffee capsules during your stay, you would have to pay 2 euros per capsule!!! There are a lot of stairs leading to the room, but no porter service was offered to us. The pool is tiny, no service there. When checking out I was asked if I wanted to leave a tip for the housekeeping or reception (!!!) It was like a cherry on top of the cake of the terrible experience I had there. Again, the view and the room itself were great, but overall this was not worth it. So glad I only booked it for 1 night!

We spent a week at the Porto Fira suites and loved it here. Staff in reception were incredibly helpful and always happy to help. Breakfast is served on the balcony in the room which was lovely and the choice of food was also great. Pool was lovely and could order drinks to be delivered if wanted. Location was great was one street down from the chaotic streets so was lovely to escape once been out for the day. Thanks for a lovely stay.

The hotel is located in a great section of Fira, close to everything in this section of Santorini to explore on foot. It’s location is also ideal for those looking to explore other areas of the island. The room had an amazing water view with great sunsets and the caldera. The hotel staff was very helpful with taking our luggage up and down the numerous steps and the front desk did a great job helping to set up tours and restaurant reservations. The bartender was very friendly and made great fresh cocktails. The pool was small but plenty big for the hotel and to cool off after a long day of exploring. Overall, a great stay for our family of four.

The property had an amazing view and malina was very nice. Our bartender was incredible as well. The concerns i had was the smell of the suite maybe it was European plumbing but it always smelled in our room horribly, the bed was so hard, we couldn’t enjoy the hot tub because there was so much chlorine in it that our eyes just burned so we only used it once, they offer breakfast daily but after the second day we decided against it because the guy knocked ok our door to see if we were done like we had a time limit to eat. That annoyed me so we opted to not take breakfast anymore while we were there. It was our honeymoon and Greece is amazing i will choose a different hotel when i go back.

Porto Fira Suites was the ultimate Santorini stay. Even before we arrived communication was excellent, they arranged for transportation from the airport and to the port. Upon arrival they greeted us to take our luggage to the hotel, which was greatly appreciated since there’s a lot of stairs in Santorini. The room was spotless, with unbeatable views of Santorini and the caldera. Breakfast at our balcony every morning was delightful. Customer service was excellent. Overall the ultimate Santorini experience! We can’t wait to go back.

The food and service at this property are top tier except for one of the servers but I think he realized we were staying at the hotel then changed his tune but it didn’t ruin our trip. I would say the rooms need a bit of work- it had a smell in it and the shower drainage wasn’t the greatest - I get it were ina. Cave but just some things that stood out incase anyone going The view from Our room was amazing!! Overall food was amazing and the service- they cater to every need you have

Beautiful hotel with an amazing view along the steep caldera slope of Fira. Excellent service by everybody, whether it was house-keeping, reception, porter, and also the communication prior to arrival. As we were staying off-season (mid-March) we had breakfast in our room, which was fine for us. There was electrical heating provided in the room and the outside jacuzzi was operating and we used it. There was quite a bit of construction in neighboring hotels and in the tourist centres across the island, as everybody was preparing for the tourist season to arrive. This was only of minor impact but people who care about such disturbamce should avoid the off-season. We highly recommend Porto Fira Suites.

Room was great. Very clean and well maintained. The staff are fantastic. Friendly helpful patient. Highly recommend this place. We saw many while we were in Santorini. A terrific hotel. Only drawback is the stairs up and down. Steep and long. Cardio is a must. Mobility is a must. But that’s true of almost every property in Santorini.

Loved this hotel. Staff are very friendly. Breakfast offered is very good. The suite we stayed in (Rm 16/with Hot tub) had amazing caldera/volcano views and was very clean. Will definitely book this hotel again when visit Santorini again.

This pricey hotel had only a few good things to offer - a clean nice room and a beautiful view. However, I expected more given the price I paid. Room - two out of three windows were broken (they would not fully close and lock), which of course was not safe - we have only stayed for one night, so I just pointed this out at check out. There was also a weird smell, I can't quite define it, but could be some lingering sewage smell, even in the bedroom. Breakfast was underwhelming, it was good on paper, but the freshness and quality of the food were disappointing (baked goods were out of the bag, fruit - a very modest portion for two people, eggs too watered down (I asked for scrambled). I also had to ask for milk for the coffee, which got cold by the time I got the ice-cold milk. Basically, it was a regular motel breakfast and not a $ 700-a-night stay type of food. Oh, and if you were to ask for some more coffee capsules during your stay, you would have to pay 2 euros per capsule!!! There are a lot of stairs leading to the room, but no porter service was offered to us. The pool is tiny, no service there. When checking out I was asked if I wanted to leave a tip for the housekeeping or reception (!!!) It was like a cherry on top of the cake of the terrible experience I had there. Again, the view and the room itself were great, but overall this was not worth it. So glad I only booked it for 1 night!

The property had an amazing view and malina was very nice. Our bartender was incredible as well. The concerns i had was the smell of the suite maybe it was European plumbing but it always smelled in our room horribly, the bed was so hard, we couldn’t enjoy the hot tub because there was so much chlorine in it that our eyes just burned so we only used it once, they offer breakfast daily but after the second day we decided against it because the guy knocked ok our door to see if we were done like we had a time limit to eat. That annoyed me so we opted to not take breakfast anymore while we were there. It was our honeymoon and Greece is amazing i will choose a different hotel when i go back.

Porto Fira Suites was the ultimate Santorini stay. Even before we arrived communication was excellent, they arranged for transportation from the airport and to the port. Upon arrival they greeted us to take our luggage to the hotel, which was greatly appreciated since there’s a lot of stairs in Santorini. The room was spotless, with unbeatable views of Santorini and the caldera. Breakfast at our balcony every morning was delightful. Customer service was excellent. Overall the ultimate Santorini experience! We can’t wait to go back.

Overall was satisfied with my 2 night stay but there are some caveats. We were able to check in a few hours early which was a great help, and were also upgraded to a suite with a hot tub and a great view. The room (especially the bathroom) was quite spacious and breakfast (which is delivered to your room) featured a wide variety of options. Getting to the hotel, and getting around in it, involves a lot of stairs so we appreciated the help with our bags. Finally, the minibar prices are actually reasonable which was a pleasant surprise. One of our windows had been left open prior to our arrival so unfortunately we did have some issues with ants. Also, the hotel is organized a bit awkwardly; the small bar/restaurant is all the way at the top and the pool (smaller than it looks, and with limited seating) is all the way at the bottom so the usual towel/water/drinks service is not available. The TV could also use an upgrade.

An all around great hotel. The room was amazing. We chose the hot tub suite and had a very memorable time sitting in the tub during sunset- would highly recommend! Definitely lots of stairs but that’s the case for all of Santorini. Staff made it very easy with their assistance though

Wonderful location and super friendly staff! Communicated with me before arriving to ensure we had transportation from the ferry to the hotel. We had less than 24 hours in Santorini and staying here helped us to feel like we had the whole experience! We even ate at the hotel and the food was delicious for dinner and breakfast! The rooms were spacious and I loved the outdoor space! I would love to stay here again sometime!

The food and service at this property are top tier except for one of the servers but I think he realized we were staying at the hotel then changed his tune but it didn’t ruin our trip. I would say the rooms need a bit of work- it had a smell in it and the shower drainage wasn’t the greatest - I get it were ina. Cave but just some things that stood out incase anyone going The view from Our room was amazing!! Overall food was amazing and the service- they cater to every need you have

Room was great. Very clean and well maintained. The staff are fantastic. Friendly helpful patient. Highly recommend this place. We saw many while we were in Santorini. A terrific hotel. Only drawback is the stairs up and down. Steep and long. Cardio is a must. Mobility is a must. But that’s true of almost every property in Santorini.

The hotel is located in a great section of Fira, close to everything in this section of Santorini to explore on foot. It’s location is also ideal for those looking to explore other areas of the island. The room had an amazing water view with great sunsets and the caldera. The hotel staff was very helpful with taking our luggage up and down the numerous steps and the front desk did a great job helping to set up tours and restaurant reservations. The bartender was very friendly and made great fresh cocktails. The pool was small but plenty big for the hotel and to cool off after a long day of exploring. Overall, a great stay for our family of four.

The photos are a true representation of the hotel. It’s gorgeous! We had bad weather and there wasn’t a single sunset because if this but we still thought the hotel and place was gorgeous. Be warned. You’ll be climbing 100’s of stairs every time you leave the hotel to go anywhere. Bring comfy shoes!

Staying at Porto Fira Suites was like living in a dream! The view was perfection, the staff were extremely kind and helpful, and the location could not have been better. I recommend Porto Fira Suites to anyone going to Santorini.

We enjoyed our whole experience from the transportation from the airport to the ease of check-in. Very informative about all the nearby activities and even gave us info on the boat excursions and when to book so we wouldn’t miss this opportunity in our 3 day visit. The bartender was fun and kept us fed and hydrated! We were upgraded and had an amazing room with beautiful views of the Aegean Sea and volcano. We were able to walk to the restaurants and shops. We visited just before the busy season begins so we had the best service wherever we went. We definitely plan to return. Amazing stay and trip. Santorini is a place for couples and adults willing and able to walk- lots of steps on the cliff to get up to the restaurants and shops, but definitely worth it to see the views! Truly amazing.

The concerns i had was the smell of the suite maybe it was European plumbing but it always smelled in our room horribly, the bed was so hard, we couldn’t enjoy the hot tub because there was so much chlorine in it that our eyes just burned so we only used it once, they offer breakfast daily but after the second day we decided against it because the guy knocked ok our door to see if we were done like we had a time limit to eat. That annoyed me so we opted to not take breakfast anymore while we were there. It was our honeymoon and Greece is amazing i will choose a different hotel when i go back.

The food and service at this property are top tier except for one of the servers but I think he realized we were staying at the hotel then changed his tune but it didn’t ruin our trip. I would say the rooms need a bit of work- it had a smell in it and the shower drainage wasn’t the greatest - I get it were ina. Cave but just some things that stood out incase anyone going The view from Our room was amazing!! Overall food was amazing and the service- they cater to every need you have

We stayed at Porto Fira this summer on a family holiday! The hotel was exceptional! The room, views, service, pool, breakfast, and more all wonderful! Worth the stairs back up to Fira, which really were't that bad especially if you take to path going north towards the donkey path! We'll be back!

Overall was satisfied with my 2 night stay but there are some caveats. We were able to check in a few hours early which was a great help, and were also upgraded to a suite with a hot tub and a great view. The room (especially the bathroom) was quite spacious and breakfast (which is delivered to your room) featured a wide variety of options. Getting to the hotel, and getting around in it, involves a lot of stairs so we appreciated the help with our bags. Finally, the minibar prices are actually reasonable which was a pleasant surprise. One of our windows had been left open prior to our arrival so unfortunately we did have some issues with ants. Also, the hotel is organized a bit awkwardly; the small bar/restaurant is all the way at the top and the pool (smaller than it looks, and with limited seating) is all the way at the bottom so the usual towel/water/drinks service is not available. The TV could also use an upgrade.

Wonderful location and super friendly staff! Communicated with me before arriving to ensure we had transportation from the ferry to the hotel. We had less than 24 hours in Santorini and staying here helped us to feel like we had the whole experience! We even ate at the hotel and the food was delicious for dinner and breakfast! The rooms were spacious and I loved the outdoor space! I would love to stay here again sometime!

Loved this hotel. Staff are very friendly. Breakfast offered is very good. The suite we stayed in (Rm 16/with Hot tub) had amazing caldera/volcano views and was very clean. Will definitely book this hotel again when visit Santorini again.

This pricey hotel had only a few good things to offer - a clean nice room and a beautiful view. However, I expected more given the price I paid. Room - two out of three windows were broken (they would not fully close and lock), which of course was not safe - we have only stayed for one night, so I just pointed this out at check out. There was also a weird smell, I can't quite define it, but could be some lingering sewage smell, even in the bedroom. Breakfast was underwhelming, it was good on paper, but the freshness and quality of the food were disappointing (baked goods were out of the bag, fruit - a very modest portion for two people, eggs too watered down (I asked for scrambled). I also had to ask for milk for the coffee, which got cold by the time I got the ice-cold milk. Basically, it was a regular motel breakfast and not a $ 700-a-night stay type of food. Oh, and if you were to ask for some more coffee capsules during your stay, you would have to pay 2 euros per capsule!!! There are a lot of stairs leading to the room, but no porter service was offered to us. The pool is tiny, no service there. When checking out I was asked if I wanted to leave a tip for the housekeeping or reception (!!!) It was like a cherry on top of the cake of the terrible experience I had there. Again, the view and the room itself were great, but overall this was not worth it. So glad I only booked it for 1 night!

We spent a week at the Porto Fira suites and loved it here. Staff in reception were incredibly helpful and always happy to help. Breakfast is served on the balcony in the room which was lovely and the choice of food was also great. Pool was lovely and could order drinks to be delivered if wanted. Location was great was one street down from the chaotic streets so was lovely to escape once been out for the day. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Amazing service! Everyone was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and just like the pictures. The breakfast is also delicious and the hotel location is perfect. Our family enjoyed this stay very much and would definitely come back again.

Loved our stay at Porto Fira Suites - excellent breakfast delivered to the room and wonderful staff. Even though the hotel is 85 steps down the walk down is not that bad. Majority of the steps are wide brick ones, not narrow slippery marble ones. If you are concerned about the steps, request a room on a high floor and you will avoid more steps within the hotel. View from our rooms was great even though we were just one level below reception.

We had an absolutely magnificent 2 days in Santorini at Porto Fira Suites! It's in an excellent location in Fira - so close to shops, dining, but the most incredible part is the view - absolutely STUNNING! Our Senior Suite was the perfect size for my husband and I along with our two daughters. Beautifully and tastefully decorated with windows overlooking the sea and sunset. The service was impeccable from helping us with coordinating airport transport, to the porter who lugged our luggage down 85 stairs, to the manager who walked us through the history of the island and recommendations on activities & dining, to the bartender who made the best aperol spritz! We also really enjoyed our private balcony where we ate breakfast al fresco. We cannot recommend this hotel enough!

I have truly never had a better hotel experience, and that is with a lot of international and domestic travel. Even prior to our arrival, the hotel staff reached out to assist in arranging transportation and any other needs we may have. From the moment we arrived, they were ready for us and were incredibly warm and welcoming. They took time to give thoughtful recommendations and we immediately felt at home. Throughout our stay they greeted us by name and asked about activities we had told them about. The room was wonderful and had everything we needed, including amazing views. Our stay was already delightful, but they went above and beyond when we had an early check out but late evening flight that night, with an all-day tour during the day. For no extra charge they not only kept our bags, but when we got back from our tour and had a few extra hours to kill before our flight, they showed us to a room so we could rest and enjoy a final sunset dinner, with no extra charge. They seem to truly care about the people they are taking care of, not just seeing us as “customers.” Would absolutely stay here again and will recommend to anyone who is visiting.
