From the porter and check-in reception staff to the restaurant team especially Sonal, Dipiksha, and Shubham - every member of staff made our stay truly enjoyable with their warmth, professionalism, and attentive service. A special mention also to Razir from housekeeping, who went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, even promptly bringing additional body wash whenever needed. The hospitality and care shown by the entire team were exceptional, and we sincerely appreciate the effort everyone made to make our visit memorable. We are already looking forward to returning on our next visit, especially once the gym, swimming pool, and all other facilities are fully available

My stay at the hotel was truly perfect. The cleanliness throughout the property was excellent, the breakfast was delicious with good variety, and the overall services were smooth and impressive. A special mention to Avinash (Manager) and Jenny, who made the experience even better. Both of them were extremely good, very sweet, and always attentive. Their warm and friendly approach really stood out and made the stay memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and wonderful staff support!

This a new hotel with a beautiful Fort to explore opposite it. The rooms are spacious and the hotel is very well designed and decorated with attentive staff. We had a great stay and would recommend without hesitation. The airport is close by and other attractions are close by too like boating and exploring the area Go and come back with memories to treasure. Thanks The Fort House-IHCL SeleQtions. ❤️
