The automated 24 hr check in is a nice idea but seems not to work well in practice. We checked in after midnight so it didn’t recognise our booking as it thought we were booking too early for a booking the following day. You’d think a check in system could differentiate, but no. And the guy on the phone was super grumpy at 1am too which is a bit much when it’s their fault. There were people we saw the other day who told us the system didn’t recognise their booking number. So it wasn’t just us with issues. The hotel itself is lovely and great value.
