Overall it’s an excellent property. There were a few stumbling blocks the first couple of nights (don’t stay on the top floors on the highway side ! It get very loud at 6am!!) some of the night staff dropped the ball on a few things but the general manager Is awesome. She absolutely knows what customer service is. Some of her staff not so much but she absolutely made up for their shortcomings. It’s unfortunate that ALL employee’s can’t be rock starts like the GM!!

Room and lobby was very clean! Staff was absolutely AMAZING! The location is perfect and very quiet. We will definitely stay here again.

My stay was amazing! The beds were incredibly comfortable, the rooms were spotless, and the location was a huge plus, conveniently close to restaurants, stores, and the highway. Depending on your membership status, guests are offered a $15 voucher during their stay, and unfortunately I was not given mine at check-in. However, once the staff realized the mistake, they quickly made it right and provided the voucher, which I truly appreciated. One of my favorite amenities was the coffee shop on-site. The barista did not disappoint!! my coffee was perfect every morning during my stay! The entire staff was kind, friendly, and welcoming, which made the experience even better. I can’t wait to come back and visit again very soon!
