Hotel Properzio

Ottima soluzione per posizione, servizi, pulizia e cortesia del personale.

This hotel is presented as a smart hotel but it is not. There is nobody at the hotel to provide support if any help is needed. Our AC did stop working one night and we tried to contact the hotel support via WhatsApp, no answer, we called the local number and they did not provide any solution, we have to stay one night without AC in the room on the middle of the summer, it was a terrible experience, the part that was frustrating was the lack of accountability from the person that answer the phone, she was just saying that electric system shows to be ok and there was no issues with the AC. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone

Martha is a great host. The hotel is quite lovely.

Com relação a localização achei muito boa, mas para a noite a região fica meio sem vida. Os quartos são bem simples, tipo franciscano. As escadarias são fortes para quem leva malas grandes, tanto para acessar ao hotel como aos quartos. Não tem quem ajude a leva-las. Café da manhã atendeu e não excede em nada.
