Accommodations were fine/clean. Typical old smoky casino (no problem- expected), zero towels at the pool both times we used it, when asked for some, we were told they would be brought down and never showed up. Also we're only provided 2 bath towels for our room with 4 people and were never brought more after asking. The 2 elevators in our tower both broke down multiple times one night and we were met with total indifference when we reported. Thankfully our son was on the floor where one elevator was stuck so he was able to send it down to us 3 different times

Even though the room was a non-smoking room it still had a smoke smell to it. The king size bed was bent in the sides . The room did not have wash cloths just towels and when I asked the front desk for washcloths they asked for what reason and then brought big towels. The pool hours were from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. like really? in Vegas those hours should at least be until midnight or later.

I was most disappointed when your alarm system went off in the middle of the night. It is not because of the potential danger it was because you did not have staff to help evacuate, explain or organize what the heck was going on. All there was, was a speaker system telling people to evacuate now and don’t use the elevators. We stood outside for at least 40 minutes and saw fire trucks driving through the parking lot, but still had no explanation or anyone from the hotel telling us whats going on. After about 45 minutes I went back into the Casino and guest were playing the games like nothings happening. Myself and other guest “heard” there was a water main break on the 5th floor (thats where I was staying). Anyways people were getting back on the elevator, so I went back to my room and there were people squeegeeing the hallways to remove water. Fortunately for me it was two rooms down from my room. “Very, very unorganized”!!

Front desk upon arrival was simply rude. Had a roach scurrying by front desk while checking in, found 2 more in our room. Wall paper in bathroom on the verge of peeling off. Shower faucet dripping constantly, and has a very slow drain the tops of feet covered in water by the end of the shower. Room is very dated, for the $ should have stayed somewhere/anywhere else. Would definitely not return for another stay.

Hallway and elevator smelled. Room was non-smoking but smelled like some one smoked in there. Sheets were dirty, tiles cracked, wallpaper torn AC didn’t work properly, loud car noises heard from the 6th floor. Walls paper thin, able to hear everything.

The internet never worked, I even called customer service that they provided and they were not able to connect. Then I on my own figured it out… and it said internet is 1Mb/ps but even when I agreed and connected the internet did not work.. the tv in the room was horrible quality and would make loud static noises. The deadbolt on the door was broken and I was not able to feel safe and lock the door.

The bed is always comfortable when I stay there.. there isn’t a lot of food choices within Arizona Charlie’s but my most complaint is the TVs are so outdated channels come in fuzzy wish they would update them

It’s great value for money. Nothing fancy, but wouldn’t expect it for the price. One negative I would say is that the WiFi is unusably slow, and would prevent me from staying there again. Though if you’re someone who doesn’t need internet then would definitely recommend it

It was a clean room but it was old the bed was wore out you got very small and only 2 pillows on a king size bed. No fridge or microwave just a keurig coffee maker with 2 pods. No reclining chair just a table and hard chairs. Just expected more.

Nice room. Clean room and property good size bath tub which is a nice feature. Very noisy though, a lot of activity in the hall very late into the evening. People in the adjoining room were awful neighbors, loud music into the early morning hours. Typical behavior you have to expect with the price point. Definitely seemed to be a party location, and I stayed on a Sunday night.

This hotel had no service. We had booked 6 rooms for a basketball u 16 for one week . Frombthevatart they refused chkin . Recommended that all q8 youth leave . Made a big deal about name on booking vs who was in what room . Made wvery etempt to be a problem not a solution. There was no path for resolution or escalation to a manager . The only fix was more $$$$. Trully a money grab operation. DONOT go ro this property if you value aervice or selfrespect. I did aemd emails to general manager and managment and never got a respaonce back. And that proceas was impossible to manover . There is no easy way to contact managment or conflit resolution . Again one way street. You can only give money and hope that the unexperianced rude staff will deliver on what you are paying for . So much more to story. But reader you get the point . Be forewarned.... :) ... btw expedia helpline and support was great . 👍

Refused to let me check in after my purse was stolen because I only had my digital id. My 8 year old granddaughter slept on the floor in the lobby until someone was willing to give us a ride to another hotel. They were not helpful AT ALL. Then , they charged me for the entirety of my stay. They said that I CHOSE to cancel, so I couldn't get a refund.

Arizona Charlie’s dropped the ball. They are typically one of our favorite properties to frequent when needing a night away from home. Unfortunately this last visit left a very bad impression on us. Our stay was typical all the way up until the morning of checkout when my ex boyfriend was not only given the room number my fiancé and I occupied but was given a key card to access the room. After the shock of him barging into our room unannounced wore off, my fiancé went to the front desk for an explanation of how this could happen. He was told security would be investigating the situation and a call to us would be made within an hour. After an hour and a half without a call back my fiancé went back to the front desk to follow up and find out what they found. They explained my ex boyfriend posed as my fiancé but left his ID in the room. Security then escorted him to our room where he entered without permission. He was not vetted or made to prove who he was and put our lives and privacy in danger. This is unacceptable and should be addressed. He has been known to carry a gun and if this went another way I would not be here to share this awful experience and warn future guests. The only solution or compensation that was offered was to inform the front desk at checkin to keep our information private. That does not help with the trama and monetary inconveniences incurred because of their negligence. I would be wary to stay here again and hope no one else has to go through this.

Checked in April 7th- did not get rooms cleaned or any fresh towels until April 10th. Phoned to front desk April 9th for clean towels and were told no one was there until 9:30am to give towels. Explained I need to be up and ready to leave hotel each morning at 8:00 am of my stay and couldn’t wait till 9:30 am. TV didn’t work. Coffee maker in room, but wasn’t refill coffee supplies until 3rd day. I would NEVER recommend this hotel or book again

Room next to me had a party and loud music all night. Front desk refused to take care of it. I had to walk downstairs to find security to deal with it and even when they went up, the party continues! Several complaints to the front desk and they refused to even move my room. Then they double charged my security deposit and fees for the resort fees when they refused to even make changes or control and noise complaints... Will never stay here again!!!

Room next to me had a party and loud music all night. Front desk refused to take care of it. I had to walk downstairs to find security to deal with it and even when they went up, the party continues! Several complaints to the front desk and they refused to even move my room. Then they double charged my security deposit and fees for the resort fees when they refused to even make changes or control and noise complaints... Will never stay here again!!!

I stayed twice actually. I only got 1 night the 1st time as I wasn't sure how long my mom was going to be in the hospital. I went back and got 2 more nights. Security did a welfare check because my door was cracked open a little when they were doing their rounds. I was by myself and that made me feel very safe. This hotel will be my go to any time I have to go to Vegas. Very very pleased.

Housekeeping sucked. Check in was fine after I left the counter and came back to a better worker. We traveled for over 17 hours and to be talked to like we were interrupting the lady was just unacceptable. I called the front desk for towels no one ever came. The toilet backed up and we were told "oh it's normal" no blankets on the bed just sheets. It's a good thing we always pack our own. Fix the housekeeping and front desk workers and this would be a nice place to stay.

Staying at the Arizona Charlie is home away from home. Having a Ross across from the hotel is a great option in case an event or emergency arise. Also, there are local stores/ mom's and pop's restaurants and nearby shopping plazas at walking distance. As well as gas station and convenience store. This is the 1st place I look to book when going to Vegas, it never fails me.

Staying at the Arizona Charlie is home away from home. Having a Ross across from the hotel is a great option in case an event or emergency arise. Location is sketchy. Lots of homeless including 1 aggressive dude at nearby gas station who would not take no until he finally wandered off. Once inside typical noisy smoky casino. Room itself was clean, good bed, good bathroom with amenities. Cheap. Stayed because we had early flight out of airport.

Its a locals place in a sketchy area. But they do their best- im not blaming the hotel. Affordable food, friendly staff, low budget place. I wasn’t in town for fun Vegas stuff, i just needed a room for a few weeks to help out a sick family member, so it worked for me.

Staff everywhere were extremely helpful and friendly. Restaurants were delicious and reasonably priced, the room was clean, well appointed and updated. The pool however hadn’t been cleaned in a minute.

Good locals casino with great entertainment. Rooms are ok for the price. Kind of a cross between motel 6 and Choice Hotel. But for the $ it was fine. Room had fridge and coffee pot. Ate at their Cafe and the food was excellent and staff was great.

I will NEVER stay here again. I knew Nevada was a state that allowed weed, but I didn't expect my room to reek of it. I had thought it would be fun to stay here because it was close to my mom's, but there were so many sketchy characters about, that I didn't feel safe. I had wanted to go swim in the pool, and even that didn't feel safe. There were only 2 towels for 3 of us, the floor still had hair on the floor, the shower drain didn't drain well and the deadbolt was dead (literally!) There was no deadbolt to work with!

I booked a King Room in the Klondike tower but on check in was told they only had Queen rooms in the Meadows tower (older and not as nice.) Was told there was nothing they could do about it. Desk agent was seriously unhelpful. Stay was fine, rooms are basic but comfortable. Beds are good, but found loose hairs in the bed as I turned it down. Not complaining, it's a cheap room in an older hotel, but in a locals market, you'd think they would try harder. I like having somewhere I can sleep it off when I'm having a night out and drinking. Vacation destination it is NOT.

this place is horrible.there 4 dys 3 nites housekeeping NEVER came eventhough we were told to get on the list to reqst housekeeping The towels were not folded Neatly bunched up..ice machine never worked the entire time.blackout curtains did not work.They were messed up Light was shining in It was hard to sleep.We tossed turned the 3 nites.Unable to enjoy the tour we were tired.non-smoking room still smell like smoke even in hallway allergies were affected because of this.Denny’s was a joke.The host was rude.The area we wanted sit she said no eventhough another group of 3 people were seated.she threw menus on the table.she was complaining to everyone that came in that we wanted different seats..we left. The smoke was traveling all in the Denny’s the casino and the hotel air system was horrible. It was stinky musty smelling smoke, nasty air. We will never stay at Arizona charlies Decatur again this was the worst place we’ve ever stayed at the staff was nasty unruly, and a professional. The casino was horrible. We couldn’t even play any slot machines because the cigarette smoke was so horrible. This was the nastiest place we ever stayed in and we travel quite frequently. The staff was not nice.They were not friendly. They were rude and a professional at all when we were checking in there were 8 people before us and only one representative checking all of us.They only have 2 luggage racks to bring in luggage from our car.this big hotel with only 2 racks.
