I arrived on Sunday and the hotel owner didnt send me the passcode for the hotel's main door and i waited for hours trying to call him and he didnt pick up. Gladly, the bar's owner nextdoors helped me in that regard. The room is quite big and ggod but the pillows suck, they get you neck pain and there are many missing things that ruin your stay especially if this is your first time in germany and you dont know around

It's more like a dorm than a hotel. The sheets were clean, but there was dust and lint in the bed frame and a bit of hair in the shower.
