This Isn't Just a Hotel, It's an Unforgettable Florentine Experience ​We knew the view of Florence was supposed to be good, but we were not prepared for how truly breathtaking it would be. Watching the sunset from our terrace, as the city slowly lit up below, was one of the most magical moments of our entire trip. It’s a view you dream about, with the whole of Renaissance history sprawling right in front of you. This view alone is worth the stay. ​But what made this an amazing experience, rather than just a stay at a hotel with a nice view, was the incredible staff. They were so much more than just "helpful." They were our local guides, our dinner reservation experts, and our daily source of smiles. Their attentiveness to detail was exceptional—from the perfectly arranged pillows at turndown service to the way they'd ask about our day and offer suggestions for the next.
