Quality Inn Tully I-81

Excellent pour passage une nuit.

Aucune personne à la réception. Attente pour le Check in. Installation vieille, propre sans plus. Odeur désagréable en entrant dans la chambre. Petit déjeuner confirmé pour 6h30 le demain et … personne a la réception et aucun petit déjeuner. Après 15 minutes d’attente pour un départ d’une journée de route, toujours rien malgré 2 appels à la réception. Je ne reviendrai plus à cet hôtel et je ne le recommande à personne.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating to our request of easily accessible rooms because there isn't an elevator for handicap accessibility for the second floor. The room over all was clean. The bathroom ceiling could use some TLC, the a few of ceiling tiles were starting to breakdown. The breakfast bar was satisfactory with multiple choices fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, waffles and egg sandwiches and of course coffee, tea and juices. The staff were attentive to the needs of guests and replenished the breakfast bar as needed.

Overall good and I would stay there again. Bathroom and sink areas were clean and tidy. Beds were comfortable. Upon leaving and checking to make sure we didn't leave anything behind, I found a piece of crust under the bed from a previous guest. Not a deal breaker. TV cable channels were confusing and it could have used a "guide." Could have had more outlets to plug in the laptop near the writing desk. Some hotels offer pens and a pad of paper for guests- none here. Had little interaction with staff. Not rude, but not impressive either. Adequate. The breakfast offered was very basic. No elevator. All those having been said, it was a quiet stay, there were no major problems, it was comfortable and generally clean.
