This is definitely a budget hotel. It was clean and the people nice. The beds were very hard and there were some very soft spots on the floor. The one frill it had in this very no frills place was an ice machine. It was acceptable but not at all fancy.

The outside was a little run down but the room was extremely clean. The person noticed it was two in the room and gave us extra towels at check in without needing to ask.

The room was disgusting, bed had stand and hair from previous people. The floor was completely dirty, the bathroom had toilet paper roll No toilet paper on it, the shower was bad, one towel in a double occupancy, and no towels at the other room my friend was in, the internet didn’t work, people blaring music till late getting drunk that were staying there no respect, the air conditioning was completely dirty and a smell coming out of it, I’ll just stop it here. I will Not be returning. Thank you. Have a blessed day.

Front desk staff friendly and efficient. Had reservation payment info ready when I arrived. Property was clean but dated motel. Room was clean and had mini fridge and microwave. Rug seemed newer. Bed matress comfortable. No evidence of bed bugs. Bathroom dated and in need of updating. Tub shower had cracked seam tape and not caulk. Bath linoleum should be replaced. No plastic cups in room. Overall it was decent for the low price.

The staff was great, unfortunately the internet was down, which means no TV except basic cable.and my phone can't get online. So that stunk. Very old hotel .not in the greatest condition. On the plus side It was quite.and the beds were ok.

Staff was friendly and had my reservation ready. Room was clean. Carpet and mattress seemed new. Bathrooms need some updating, but ok. No plastic cups or tissues in the room. TV was full cable plus many streaming options. Has wifi. Overall it met my needs and expectations.

Very tired motel, likely built in the 50s. But price is right and room was clean and beds comfortable. Solid WiFi. Good tight budget option.

We arrived at midnight, so I was the only person checking in. The man behind the desk didn't speak English very well. He called someone else during my check-in process. I don't know what they discussed, as they did not use English. The room was very big and very clean. The bathroom was not updated, but it was functional. The towels need to be replaced. They were telltale gray and very hard. We just needed a place to rest our heads for a few hours and this place did the trick. There was a refrigerator and microwave in the room, but we didn't use them. If passing through I would possibly stay here again. but it wouldn't be for longer than one night.

This is a "get what you pay for" kind of location. We were in town for the balloon rally. It was 2nd best location but had availability 1 week prior which is rare for these events. They seemed to have a few weekly or longer term guests/residents. However, the staff was wonderful and helpful and polite. Our room was partially updated. And there were things that were definitely lower budget motel vibes, like a loose toilet seat, slanted floors and very springy beds. But we were able to sleep decently and the A/C was cold, even if it did smell of mold and look like it had mold in it. It may be that this staff just took over the property and is still in a transition to improving it because they were the best part of the stay. If we return for this annual event we will probably look at the closer option, but if its booked full, we wouldn't say we would never book here again. It's just exactly how its named.

Really run down. Carpet all bunched up. Light switch turns everything in room off. As a result they switch the lights off and you had to find the lights in the dark and turn them on. Couldn't understand the person at the desk, didn't speak english or not clearly enough to be understood. But most reasonably price hotel in area. In a town with most kinds of shopping. Was clean, no bed bugs, TV had number of channels.
