Hotel is a no frills hotel but VERY clean. Included breakfast which was pretty good - the waffles were very good! You can run down the street and grab bottles of water, sodas etc. there is also a Wendy’s and MacDonalds within walking distance s

At check in they charged us $250 when the rooms were paid for in advance. Pool was closed and there was no elevator for someone with bad knees had to walk up stairs. Tub floor creaked with every movement when taking a shower.

I tried to call ahead & it took me 7 tries to get someone to answer the phone. Then when i get there, i try to call the front desk with no answer. Then they call me & inform me that i have to pay an additional $25 per person to add 2 people to a 4 person room, tho i oringinally ordered the 2 queen bed room for 3 people & paid way too much for what should really be a motel.... so we will NOT be staying at this hotel again! Totally ridiculous & they try to blame Expedia for the price hike!! Not only was the room too bright from the hallway & outdoor lights when we turned out the room lights to sleep, the sink wouldn't drain & the beds were horribly uncomfortable. Definitely will be staying somewhere else next time we're in this area.

We needed a last-minute reservation after another hotel we'd booked had to close due to fire. This hotel is right near a Tesla super charger, which was super convenient for us. The interior seemed decently clean, but maybe a bit dated. Our room felt spacious and we did not have any issues. The free continental breakfast did not have a ton of options, but was sufficient for us, and there was a friendly employee checking in on guests at the breakfast area. We were only there one night, but overall had a good experience. Im not sure if theres much shopping/food around the area, but it is a super convenient location for anyone that needs the Tesla super chargers.

The young woman checking us in was friendly and efficient, then an older man came in and was rude and wanted to charge us $25 for early check in, even though our room was not ready. Why would I pay $25 more to check in 15 minutes early to a room I did not have access too? The hot water in the room was warm at best and the air conditioner was loud and on its last leg.

The owners live on the property. We don’t live super far away and my area lost power so we were trying to get a room for our roommate and her baby so we brought her to our room. They pounded on our door at 2am telling my husband to get out or they are calling the cops they wouldn’t even let him sit in the car on there property. We took our roommate home that same night. They then banged on the door at 8am with a video camera taking video of the room to make sure nobody was in the room. Then after we left they gave us back the security deposit and then two days later took 250 back. I would not stay here again if someone paid me to!

Receptionist was very nice and accommodating. Went out of her way to see to our safety and comfort going so far as to go out and spread salt around our vehicle so we didn't slip and fall when we checked out. I appreciate people who go above and beyond .

We really enjoyed our stay. Very quiet, clean and felt very safe. Beds were excellent and linens were clean and crisp. A full breakfast with a lot of choices. Great food. Coming again next year and will stay here again if available.

The room and the bed was good, and so was the breakfast. We couldn’t use the direct TV remote, but ended up not needing it because we had a long driving day and went to sleep early.

We needed a last-minute reservation after another hotel we'd booked had to close due to fire. This hotel is right near a Tesla super charger, which was super convenient for us. The interior seemed decently clean, but maybe a bit dated. Our room felt spacious and we did not have any issues. The free continental breakfast did not have a ton of options, but was sufficient for us, and there was a friendly employee checking in on guests at the breakfast area. We were only there one night, but overall had a good experience. Im not sure if theres much shopping/food around the area, but it is a super convenient location for anyone that needs the Tesla super chargers.

Turned Away at 2 a.m. With Four Children I booked this hotel late at night through Hotels.com while traveling as the only adult with my four young children. We arrived around 2 a.m., exhausted and expecting to check in, but the front desk refused to give us the room because of the occupancy limit. I understand that hotels have policies. What was so disappointing was the complete lack of effort to help us find a reasonable solution. Splitting into two rooms was not a safe or practical option with one adult and four children. Nor was that alternative (or any others) suggested, no help was offered in finding another property, and there was no flexibility shown given the hour and the circumstances. We ended up sleeping in our vehicle in the hotel parking lot before continuing our trip. Management was aware of our situation, yet the response remained simply that it was their policy. I was also charged for the reservation even though we were not allowed to use the room. That made an already difficult experience even more frustrating. Hospitality is not just about enforcing policies. It is also about how guests are treated when something goes wrong. In this situation, the management showed very little compassion, judgment, or willingness to help a family in a difficult position. I would not recommend this property to families or anyone arriving late at night.
