A séjourné 1 nuit

First and foremost, the desk clerk, Glen, was absolutely wonderful. Very understanding and patient. He upgraded our room to an interior entrance to make us feel safe, but... the first room smelled musty and the heater was extremely loud, so he moved us, but... The heater did not work and baby roaches were all over the nightstand. We did not even set our suitcases down before walking out! We were able to get a refund and in the future I will do more research before booking a room!
