The room was clean & comfortable..the AC worked great..the parking was close..the breakfast was great with many choices..we will be back..

One of the most unloved hotels ever aircon a nightmare thought I was on a runway of an airport.

There is a musty smell. I think the property needs to be inspected for the source and corrected.

The worst experience ever. First night, toilet was not working so we were moved to another room. We took a shower the same night and the curtain did not close because the rod was curved so curtain stayed in the middle of the rod making all the water from the shower go outside in the floor making a big puddle that I had to wipe off using towels. Expressed my concern the next day to the front desk gentleman. He said he was going to let maintenance know about it. Next day, no one came to fix it so let the front desk lady know about it and she said no one said anything about my concern and she was going to let maintenance know. Came back that night and asked the front desk gentleman who I expressed my concern on Sunday and he said maintenance checked it out and put a work order but wasn’t sure when this work order would arrived. I asked him to move us to another room so we could take a nice and decent shower. His response was he couldn’t help us with our request and instead he handed us with about ten towels so we could wipe off the floor after we took a shower so obviously we didn’t because we were not going to do that. So we didn’t take showers for TWO because of lack of respect and care about the issue with the shower. Wednesday, I decided to check out a day earlier because we needed to take a shower after two days of not been able to do so. The manager told us that maintenance checked the curtain and nothing was wrong with it. Do not stay at this place!!
