Good size room, good surface areas, big TV. Towels and wash cloths were very thin and rough/scratchy. ROOM SMELLED LIKE SMOKE even though it was supposed to be a no smoke room. I think the room cleaner smoked leaving the odor behind. This happens even if he did not smoke in the room. Lots of cigarette butts outside the door.

Had hair thru out room,sheets were full of stains pillow cases too the comforter had cigarette burns and black stains all over it there was hair all over the cup in the little coffee machine stains in their bathtub there's a bunch of trash throughout the room it's like they didn't even really make an effort if we weren't so exhausted we would have left we just got a few hours sleep and got the hell out of there scared that we might have caught bed bugs..

This was def a low-end hotel. It smelt like bleach as if they were trying to cover up something. The sheets were stained as well as the towels. I have never seen such poor shaped towels. This hotel was cheap but should have been cheaper for the quality the room was.

We stayed at the Harrisonville Inn and Suites. It was a very nice room with a couch and coffee table and king size bed. Very clean and newer looking..nice shower..will definitely stay there again..I would also recommend it.

The motel was clean & adequate for the price. It is more like a motel layout than I expected for an Inn & Suites. No continental breakfast, just a one cup coffee maker in the room. The fan in toilet shower area did not work. It was hard to regulate the heat/ac unit. Pillows were too soft. Bed was ok.

I am in the area very frequently and this is always a great choice - all the rooms are recently remodeled and they have comfy beds! Love that each room has a fridge and microwave. Plenty of parking & convenient location!

It is an older motel that has been updated. It was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The air worked great. We had a microwave, fridge and coffee pot. It was a safe area. It was quiet. We were on the 2nd floor. The stairs are outside so if you can't do stairs ask for a 1st floor room. I would definitely recommend.

The lady at the front desk was rude. This is not a pet friendly establishment. You pay an additional pet fee at check in. People stand around in the parking lot and keep their cars running. Go ahead pay more to stay at a nicer place.

It's an older hotel but has been updated and renovated inside and out. Clean, looks good, clean room,everything stocked and everything worked. It's no frills as in no breakfast or pool but I didn't need that. Right across the street from Quick Trip and Walmart right behind QT. Just a nice,quiet,clean place to take a shower and lay my head.

This was a stopover on my way back home. Check in was ok despite the key card not working in the door, necessitating a walk back to reception to get another key card programmed. Close to multiple food options and Applebees was within walking distance. The room was nice and clean and smell free. It was quiet from other guests but being at an intersection close to the highway meant some traffic noise but I sleep with earplugs so no issue there. Checkout was painless. Good stay overall and decent value.

On line advertising claims to have a pool; there is not. Update your website that the pool was taken away last year. No complimentary breakfast. Three adult guests, 2 towels. It was noisey being so close to the main highway.

Check-in was smooth and easy. Staff very nice and helpful. I enjoy staying at this hotel when I travel thru the area. A plus is Applebea's a short walk away!

I want to like this hotel cuz the staff was really nice and you could tell people were trying. However, some parts of it are so old and run-down it was hard to be happy. For example, sheets on bed clean, shower tiles fresh, flooring fresh, but the doors in the room looked like they pre-dated WW2. There was no soap for us to use, the toilet ran all night and there were two flies in our room. Other than that it was okay.

It wasn’t a bad place to sleep! It was clean but also needed some updated to the bathroom doors like the term but other than that it was a decent place to stay for a quick stay and then head out for more traveling!
